The thing about Loving you Better is that I don't mention details that have no significance on the story.

All of their stories are told through scenes in their lives. There's no actual chronological order. It's not a book that's about today, tomorrow and the next day and the next.

Sometimes I skip weeks or months between a chapter because everything else in between those chapters is meaningless to their stories. They're going about their normal lives in those chapter and I don't think anyone needs to read about that.
