DrxSlade asks: if you ever dated a character from steven universe, who would it be?

That's a multi-faceted (lol) question. I wanna date... most of them? Like the whole Gem race is a yes for me in different ways.

But that's not helpful, now is it? So, I can break it down into three key categories. Perfect (As in, "In my perfect world I'd be with"), Ideal (As in "Ideally, I'd be with"), and Realistic (as in "All things considered, this is the one I'd most-likely stay with"),

Perfect: In a perfect world, I'd date Rainbow Quartz 2.0, and he'd be his own, unique person, and not just a fusion between Steven and Pearl.

LOOK AT HIM! GOD HE'S SO HANDSOME~!! TAKE ME AWAY PRINCE!

He's so handsome, and smart, and witty, and charming, and polite. He's good with kids, and his accent is to die for. MMMMMM

But, sadly, the world is not perfect. My gorgeous dreamboat, even if I were to date him, would sadly be a fusion between Steven and Pearl... and WOW, that would just make our relationship a Gordian knot of weirdness. 

Ideal: So, within the constraints of reality, my Ideal partner (for my tastes) is Yellow Diamond.

Look at her. So sexy, so regal, so powerful~. 

She's brilliant, and an excellent leader. She's confident and decisive, but, she is not completely without heart. She loves her family, and has a soft side that only those that get close are worthy of seeing. 

ANY man, woman, Gem, or mutant in the galaxy would be lucky to have her go on even a single date; having her want to go on another is a sign that they are among the best. Because if she likes being around you? You are in great company.

But uh... not to throw myself under the bus, but I don't know if I could handle ALL THAT WOMAN. I would love to, don't get me wrong. And if I had the chance, I wouldn't hesitate. But I don't know if I could live up to her standards. (Though, if I can, then YAY~!!!)

Realistic: Being real, based on how I act and play and eat, I'd say the Gem I'd date, and that it would almost guarantee working out, is Amethyst.

Gorgeous hair, plump lips, and I love me a full bodied woman.

She's funny, fun, and laid back. She likes to eat, likes to party, but knows when things need to get serious. She's very insightful for someone that acts as carefree as she does. Plus, who doesn't like Tomboys? Tomboys are awesome~!

As far as I can tell, me and her have the best matching personalities, and we'd be dating for a long, LONG time. Lucky me~. The only downside is, we'd probably spend a lot of time hanging out and doing a lot of fun stuff together, none of which is actually productive and we'd go weeks without getting anything of substance done. It's romantic in its own way~.
