"would you like to go to the ball with me?" He asked.

My heart did several flips as my insides screamed internally.

"Yes! Of course!" I happily rejoiced.

He grinned lifting me off my feet as everyone screamed, including alphys and papyrus shaking each other frantically as they fanboyed/girled over us.

This is the best day of my entire life.

The annoying sound of the alarm clock rung making me groan in frustration. "5 more peaceful minutes, please?" I groggily mumbled, as i slid my arm under the sheets to snooze the alarm.

"4:30 PM?!!" I bolted up, throwing the sheets. Oh no, I slept too long. I gotta go get ready for the ball! It'll start in an hour.

I slipped my bunny slippers on, making a beeline towards the bathroom. Gosh, am I really a heavy sleeper? Maybe not. I guess I'm just tired from the party last night.

Last night's party was totally great! Well, everyone surprised me when I took my first step into paps and sans' house. It melted my heart to see all my friends setting up a surprise party like this.

Everyone was there, except for gaster and mettaton. Alphys told me he's helping mettaton into some ball technicalities. She said something about the core's abnormal power activities recently, that it might affect the power supply of the whole underground, but they're just minor problems for Dr. G.

Streamers, balloons and other party decors were hung up everywhere, I could see they set up all their best efforts.

Spaghetti was of course, was one of the foods prepared alongside mom's signature butterscotch pie and other underground delicacies.

The party lasted till 3am, everyone was surely tired that time. Especially sans, who got drunk of ketchup.

Toriel, being the overprotective mom. Suggested that I should stay at the ruins with her and asgore. Because of...well, sans current state.

He got really high, too intoxicated. Papy agreed to mom since he saw sans' improper attitude for over a thousand times whenever he's drunk.

But, anyways I still stayed a bit to help him get to bed. (GET YOUR MIND OUTTA THE GUTTER YA SINNERS, COZ I AIN'T WRITING A LEMON XD).

After I finished a well deserved bath, I sat by my bed and pulled the violet colored package behind the other irregular shaped ones, which are from alphys, undyne, papyrus and asgore.

They all gave me gifts, Papy gave me a picture of himself, in his cool dude pose and a plate of his newly learned spaghetti pie from toriel. I never really ate the whole pie yet, but for once....the spaghetti pie was not half bad!

Alphys gave me three comic books of anime? I guess? A novel perhaps, and a CD of mew mew kissy cutie. She suggested that we should watch it together sometime, since i'm a bit of an otaku fan.

Undyne gave me a customized spear, it looked more like her usual blue spears but it looks unique. It glows a radiant yellow whenever I hold it, I guess it came from my magic.

Asgore gave me a pack of golden flower tea, I didn't know we both love this tea flavor, I only knew it when we had this tea drinking competition yesterday, I know, tea for a birthday party? Its extraordinary, and, well, he obviously won coz I feel like vomiting on my first 8 cups.

And well, sans, he gave me the blue heart pendant necklace, every time I touch it, I see the glistening red hue inside it. But what marvels me the most is the violet glimmer it emits whenever its stricken by light.

And last but not the least, mom's gift, I haven't opened it yet, but she told me to save the wrapping till tomorrow. Which is today for that matter.

Carefully snipping the wrapping. The package revealed a lovely silky red off shoulder gown, it was simple yet nice.

But what captured my interest the most was the note from mom.

Dear child,

It seems like time just flew too fast when I see you now, My once cute child growing into a beautiful young lady.

I do not long for writing letters but I do long for your deep understanding. You may not see it but everyone, each one of us cares a whole lot for you.

For you changed and brought the light in our lonely lives, You aren't just a friend and companion to us, your a family. We're always right here for you, whenever you need us, we'd always remain in touch, in your heart, Remember that. <3

"Thanks mom" I chuckled and wiped the stray tear, trickling down my face. "Well, time to get ready!" I smiled as I started changing for ton-ton's ball.

~After a few minutes~

I tied my hair in a bun, since my hair grew longer and I carefully clicked the necklace sans gave me, as I hid the gold locket. I grinned and observed my reflection in the mirror, making sure everything was prim and proper.

"That'll do" I smiled, turning to each side as the gown swayed swiftly. "Now, I just need to wait for sans." I made my way outta the room and downstairs till I opened the ruins' door.

Abruptly, a ping was heard under my purse. I hurriedly picked the phone and saw a message from none other than sans.

Sans: heya, bun-bun :P

Frisk: Hallo snas XP, Are you ready for later?

Sans: yep... way ahead of ya

Frisk: Great! Pick me up in awhile! Btw, are you OK? You sound...off. Still having the hangover?

Sans: uhh...yeah I'm fine, after all, i've always been BONE this way. *badum-tssh*

Frisk: Pfft, Haha mkay, see ys!

Sans: ???

Frisk: Typographical XP, I accidentally pressed s instead of a coz they're beside each other.

Sans: oh hehe its fine, i know how things get together, like how R is beside T..H is beside J and

Frisk: And?

"like how I 'm beside U~." His voice rung from behind, making me squeak in surprise.

"Haha, very cheesy of you sans." I turned beet red, lightly punching his arm. "So, ready to go?" I asked.

"Sans?? Hmm...like what you see?~" I teased, as he stared at me for a good couple of minutes.

"n-no, you just look pretty..." He trailed off. "beautiful" he winked, handing me a light blue rose. "Thank you sans." I giggled. "But, may I ask, when is this 'gentlemanly attitude' of yours gonna last?" I raised a brow as the wind blew, making my cheeks freeze like icicles.

"till you can't resist kissing me." He smirked, fixing his black coat. "Pshhh! Never mind, let's just go." I rolled my eyes as I covered my now flustered face.

"ok" he chuckled as the blue hue wrapped me again, feeling that dizzy sensation of teleportation.
