Sarah and Morgan were in science class. They were taking notes when all the blinds of the windows came down. All the kids looked around when a red light went off. Over the intercom they heard a voice say that they were in lockdown.

The teacher told the kids to sit in the back of the classroom, which they did. Sarah pulled out her phone to call her father, but her father was in another call.

Meanwhile Steve got called in. He was given directions to the Odinson park, the park of the founder of Midgard. A special place.

Steve stepped out of his car and went under the police tape. He got held back by no one other than Maria Hill.

"Steve, you shouldn't go here." Maria says

"And why not? It's a murder. I'm a detective." Steve says

"The case is delicate to you." Maria says

"What are you talking about?" Steve asks

He looked around and saw Kate Bishop in tears talking to his best friends Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson.

"Maria I want to look." Steve says

"No." Maria says, but Steve pushed her away. "Steve!"

"What do we got?" Steve asks

"Mr Rogers, I'm sorry." Jimmy Whoo says

"What is it?" Steve asks

Steve pulled the white sheet from the body's head. He took a step back. His mind turned blank. Maria hugged him quickly as he kept staring at the face. Joey.

"Does..." Steve starts while tears roll over his cheeks. "Does Natasha know?"

"No." Maria says, "We thought you should tell her."

"Can... can you get my kids home? I have to see Natasha." Steve says

"I will." Maria says, "And Steve. We will catch whoever did this."

Steve nodded slowly and walked back to his car shaking. Once he sat inside he pulled the door close and put his head on the wheel. Tears dropped down on the wheel. Steve gathered himself together and drove slowly back to the house.

Sam and Bucky followed Steve home to make sure he got home safe. The three walked to the porch and Steve unlocked the door.

Natasha got up from the couch and put her book away. "Back so soon?"

"Natasha..." Steve says

"Steve are you okay? You're really blank." Natasha says while cupping his cheeks. "Awwh, you cried. Steve is everything okay?"

"Nat, please sit down." Sam says

"What's going on?" Natasha asks while she sat down.

Steve grabbed her hands and they looked in each others eyes. "We found a body." Steve says

"So?" Natasha asks

"It's Joey." Steve whispered as his troat hurted.

Immediately tears formed in Natasha's eyes. Her mouth slightly open of disbelief.

"Joey? But, but, he can't be." Natasha says

"I'm so sorry Natasha." Steve says

"He's really..." Natasha brings out, her tears blocked the rest of what she was going to say. Natasha quickly hugged Steve and cried his arms.

"We will give you some space." Bucky says

"Mom?" James says

"Is everything okay?" Sarah asks

The two parents looked up at their kids. Sarah immediately ran to Natasha and hugged her.

"Why are you crying?" Sarah asks

"Sit down." Steve says

"What's going on? Where's Joey?" James asks

"He, he..." Natasha says, but she couldn't bring it out. It would make it real and she didn't want that.

"I'll tell them." Steve says, "Your brother, he... We found a body. And it belonged to your brother. Joey, he was... He was murdered."

"What?" Sarah says as the tears rolled down her cheeks.

"Come here." Natasha says and pulled Sarah on her lap.

"Call us if you need anything." Maria says

Suddenly it was quiet in the Rogers house, the only thing you heard we the sobs of the family.

"Morning." Steve says

"I don't think it's a good idea that you're here." Maria says

"I think it is. I have to find out whoever stabbed my son to death." Steve says

"Steve. I think your feelings will be in the way of your judgement." Maria says

"I don't think so." Steve says

"Steve, Natasha needs you, and your kids." Maria says

"Natasha's sister is with her, they will be fine. Now what are we going to do?" Steve says

"We are going to the school to interrogate." Maria says

"Great. Let's go." Steve says

"Only if you will be a professional." Maria says

"I will be." Steve says

"Rogers. You should take some days, or weeks, off." Nick Fury says

"I won't sir." Steve says

"I know you want to find the murderer, but I think you should go home." Nick says

"With all respect sir, I have to be here. I just want my son to rest in peace, and this case is the last thing I can ever do for him." Steve says

"Okay. But if you make one slip up, you will take a break." Nick says

"I got it sir." Steve says

"Let's go, Rogers " Maria says
