"You two actually ended up in a tie..." Kazue said, amazed.

"Even I can't believe it myself..." I just replied.

"But still, that just proves our center's awesome!" Maiko nudged me.

"Stop it, it's embarrassing..." I blushed a bit.

"Hi guys!"

"Oh, hi, Jade. What's up?" I asked.

"Nothing. Just bored like you three. I just wanted to join you, if you guys don't mind." She said.

"Oh, no, not at all." I gave a closed-eyed smile.

"So, how are things going along in your own Friendship Pyramid?" Jade began.

"Nothing much. Just talking about stuff, with one of us still bribing for cheat sheets." I gave Kazue one of my signature sharp glares.

"Tch, don't give me 'that look'." He crossed his arms.

"But it's still unfair to be so user-friendly to Iris. She might file you a case for material abuse." Jade laughed.

"Jade, don't talk like I've finished Law School. I'm still a Middle-Schooler, don't rush me..." I sweat-dropped.

"Wow, how smart are you guys exactly?" Maiko gave a grim look.

"A hundred times more than us, that's for sure." Kazue gave the same plain look.

"Hm, I also hear that chemistry may build up for Kazue Koichi-san, but to whom? Maiko Megami or Iris Hitomi? I'm for Team KazuRis, that's for sure." Jade stuck out her tongue.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" Kazue and I said together.

"That exists?" Maiko said, the awkward vibe seeping through her skin.

"What? Even Louisa once thought you were a developing couple. You used to hang out together, more than Kazue-san hanging out with Maiko-san." Jade laughed.

"Did I ever tell you her words can kill?" I whispered to Kazue.

"Now I see." He whispered back.

"See? You two are two peas in a pod!" Jade smirked her trademark.

"I'm sorry if I have to debate with you on this one, Jade Suzume, but I believe, from my understanding of the phrase, "Two Peas in a Pod" mean that they're two FRIENDS that share similar things in their personality." I said.

"And those similarities may lead to a synchronizing relationship, an improvement, a 'level up'." Jade said.

"That's what you think." I said. "The chances of 'KazuRis', is 0%, FLAT." I said.

"Wow, Clash of the Brains..." Kazue said. "Whoo! Nice rebuttal there!" He winked.

"Guess you really are not Iris Hitomi for nothing. I'll beat you next time." Jade said. "I'm gonna leave you three be." She waved goodbye.

"Where do you get those comebacks from?" Kazue asked.

"Impromptu, at that situation." I said.

(At Kazue's House, after school)

The three of us decided to stay there. That was basically the last day we'd see Paprika Private Academy till Fall.

"So, Agnes-san..."

"How are preparations for the wedding?" I asked.

"Doing well. I've only planned on the wedding venue so far. Lucas and I decided it would be at the Beach, because everyone would surely agree, right, Aria-chan?" Agnes smiled.

"Yeah, you have a point there." Kazue nodded.

"Ooh, a Beach Wedding! You know what this means, Iris?"

"BEACH VOLLEY!" We said in chorus.

(Oh yes, I'm quite fond of volleyball now.)

"Wow, you two are hyped up." Kazue laughed.

"Kazue."

It was Lucas.

"Yeah, Lucas?" Kazue said.

"I was just thinking, maybe I could introduce you to my other friends, basically some are from high school, maybe like a Bachelor's Party, a few months before the wedding. Of course, if his elder sister doesn't mind." Lucas winked.

"Of course not! I think you should join him, and I'd invite Iris and Maiko to the Bridal Shower. Are you two in?" Agnes offered.

"Sure! We'd love to!" Both of us said in chorus.

"Settled! Just a reminder for the boys, though, no drinking. Kazue, if you're thinking of joining in on the Red Wine, I say you're too young for that." Agnes swished a finger to him.

"Aw man. Wanted to try that without Aneki knowing..." He whispered to Lucas.

"I heard that." Agnes said.

"Ehh....." Kazue stood there like an innocent lamb.

"Anyway, we aren't really planning much, because it's still quite a long time. Just enjoying being single and all." Agnes said.

We talked all throughout till 6PM, where it was Maiko and my cue to leave.

(The Next Day, PriPara)

"Time to strike, and give those two 'princes' from Faithful|Thorns a piece of my mind..."

The person vanished with a swish of a cloak.

"Masaki Akahiro".
"Sadako Bakagari."

Masaki and Sadako glanced around, finding the source of the voice.

"Who are you?!" Sadako exclaimed.

"Whoever you are, you may seem familiar." Masaki said.

"Oh, good for this Masaki, he's keeping his cool like a real prince. This other one's just about to run paranoid."

A finger snap was heard, and two little bottles labelled 'Drink' appeared.

"What the hell is this?" Sadako wondered.

The two boys drunk to their curiosity...

And fell unconscious.

"GUYS!"

"Hikari, what's the hurry?" Charlotte asked.

"Hear me out! It's Masaki-san and Sadako-san! They're missing!"

"What?" My eyes widened.

"Sorry if I'm sounding so unfair, but I need Iris to investigate. I'm really worried that Masaki might get harmed. I still treat him as if he was my friend!" He said. "I thought I needed your stock knowledge to solve this mystery!"

"Hikari..."

"Count me in!"

"Besides, for Sadako's side, maybe it could be the work of someone who convinced him that he or she would help him win Charlotte. Because anything involving Charlotte would motivate him. Because he's apparently obsessed!" I said.

"She's right...." Charlotte thought.

"A case? Let me be Number 3!"

"Jade-chan!" Hikari said.

"I think you'll need extra help. Besides, maybe once we solve this together, maybe we could put Masaki and Sadako, and maybe even the suspect, to a normal state of mind." Jade said.

"Let's get to it!"

"Just like Lala Manaka, Dorothy West, and Mikan Shiratama."

"We will be PriPara Police, Battalion II!" Hikari said.

"Okay!" Jade and I nodded.

Charlotte rose from her seat.

"I'll give my support for your newfound duty." She said.

"Me too." Maiko nodded.

"We'll put up a Live Show so we'll let everyone know we'll be on this kind of mission." Jade said.

"Alright." Charlotte said.

"And I may also have a clue on who the suspect is..."

"The Thieving Genius."

Me: Hm.
Jade: Hm.

"But instead, we'll suspect the 'Thieving Genius" of Kidnap, for the kidnap of Sadako-san and Masaki, you get what I'm saying?" Hikari asked.

"We understand." Jade and I said in unison.

"Now that we have all these information, I say we go!" I added.

"Wait." Charlotte stopped me.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Well, I'm sure you won't need to go just yet. Let a day pass, because it's hard to leave without being prepared." She said.

"You're right." Jade said.

"You have a point, yup!" Hikari nodded.

"All you need is..."

"Training."

"Sorry to have to say this, but I only have to train your acting leader, Iris. Because most of the work will be in her hands. Just do some physical preparations, you two should be fine."

"Because I know EXACTLY what to do with Iris..."

"Huh?" I wondered.

Charlotte grabbed my hand.

"Let's go to my house, stat." She said.

"This, my friend..."

"Is my spare training room. You ever wonder why I keep wanting to punch the dummy?"

"Because, my second love, after music, was Taekwondo."

"Wow, sugoi!" I said, getting hyped up.

"Now, do exactly what I do, alright, slowly but surely." He said.

"Put your left hand in."
"Then your right."

"Like this?" I did as told."

"Yes. Like that." He said. "Then put your right hand, clenched in a fist, to the left direction, and your fisted left to the right direction, so it seems like it forms a cross." He said.

"Uh huh." I nodded.

"Once you've done that, lean to the right, then to the left." He said further.

"Wait, wait, are you teaching me something like hip hop moves?" I wondered.

"No. Lastly, jump." He said. "Jump your highest."

"Hah!" I exclaimed, jumping.

"Now do everything again, and follow my rhythm."

I did all those things quickly.

While both my hands were forward, Kazue punched them, which was for defense.

While I leaned with a crossed hand formation, he punched, which was a lesson of dodging.

And as I jumped, Kazue kicked, and slid underneath me.

"Woah..." My eyes grew big.

I continued punching him, kicking him, as he held out his hands for me to punch and kick, plus he let me use the dummy in his house for me to continue on.

"Oh, and by the way."

Kazue sighed. "I asked Hikari if her dad had one of these. Luckily, she was able to bring me this. Now I'm giving it to you."

He handed me a small chip.

"It's a surveillance chip. You should place this in your PriPass, so there would be a surveillance feature, so I could see your every action and communicate with you once I call." He said.

He patted my shoulder.

"As a friend, and since I treat you like a twin sister, I just don't want you to be in danger. Good luck with Jade and Hikari, I know you three can do it." He winked.

"Arigato, Kazue. You're the best friend I could ever have." I gave a closed-eyed smile.

"Don't mention it." He gave a peace sign.

Training went on till about 8 in the evening.

(The Next Day...)

I arrived at the Changing Station to see Hikari and Jade.

"You guys ready?" I asked.

They both nodded.

"Then let's start this mission!"

"To save Masaki and Sadako!"

"Please insert your necessary PriTickets. You may also scan Friend Tickets too." Meganee said.

"PriPara Change, Start!"

"Like the Jade color you will represent!"

"And no one can surely stop my troop!" I made a fist.

"So we have this Live Show to let you know about this venture, and to wish us luck!"

In our Making Drama, Hikari was pretending to sketch something.

Iris: So you have a clue on who the culprit is?

Jade: Who could it be?

Hikari showed her sketch, but only for Jade and I to see, so no one had an idea.

Iris: *Nods* Then let's go! *blows a whistle*

Our hands formed a gun position, and we posed like secret agents.

"Bye everyone!" We exited the stage.

"Iris... Don't fail, don't fail!" Maiko had her hands folded.

"Have faith in Iris's team. She knows what she has to do." Charlotte said, holding on to her purple PriPass.

Our quest began.

I placed the surveillance chip in the slot in my PriPass. There I had an additional application that made me receive video messages or calls from Charlotte.

"Alright, Hikari, do you know where this 'Theiving Genius" stays while in PriPara?" I asked.

"I can't be mistaken. Follow me." Hikari said.

Through Hikari's directions, we were able to make it to what seemed like a dim throne room of a castle.

"This is the place?" Jade wondered.

My PriPass started ringing.

Me: Charlotte?

Charlotte: Have you made it?

Me: Yes. We're about to find out who the culprit is. Don't worry, I'm fine. Always remember I'm doing this because Sadako's still your friend, despite you asking for space from him, and because Hikari considers Masaki as a friend too.

Charlotte: Thank you. I appreciate it, Iris. Maiko and I are awaiting your safe return.

Iris: Count on it.

*Call end*

"I know you're here, Thieving Genius!" Hikari said.

"Or should I say..."

"Hibiki Shikyoin!"

Jade gasped. "No way, as in the Hibiki Shiyoin?" She said.

"Who is he exactly?" I asked.

"Someone who wreaked havoc on the peace PriPara had once, and turned it to his own Empire, CelePara---"

"Oh my GOD, PriPara's fully restored, right? I'm not really the bad guy now."

Out came a boy with silver hair and was wearing the familiar Brilliant Prince Cyalume Coord.

"Really? Then prove to me by showing that you really didn't take Masaki Akahiro and Sadako Bakagari through kidnap!" Hikari said.

"Not only do you steal PriTickets, you steal people too, huh?" Jade said.

"Oh, you two are up-to-date about me. While, I think your leader has no clue on who I am. Pathetic little rose." He laughed.

"I am NOT pathetic as you seem! I would charge you of kidnap anytime!" I said.

"Huh, is that so?" He said.

"Well, I like girls like you. I know you're innocent, and just, appealing to me. I seem to have found another Princess, Iris Hitomi."

"How do you---" I was cut short when he started waltzing with me.

"Don't stress things out too much. The night is young, mi amore." He said, starting to flirt with me.

I slapped him. "If you intend to make me lose my purity, I am not letting you do that!" I said. "I know that style of men. So Don't.ME!" I pointed to him.

"Woah, I don't mean to do anything harmful to you. I'm just kidding around." He laughed a laugh that still sounded seductive to me.

"Don't prolong the agony, Hibiki. You also need to show Iris what she needs to know." Hikari said.

"What...?!" My eyes grew wide.

"No big deal." He said.

"You like files, I give you files. Here." He handed a vertical envelope.

I opened it to reveal...

"You're a girl?!" I exclaimed.

"God, why don't you know out of all people? I thought you were the smart types, huh?" Hibiki said, ashamed that I didn't know.

"It doesn't matter. I'll go straight to the point now. If it's those two you need, then I give them back." She said.

"That easy?" I asked.

"Indeed. All I did to them was teach them a lesson. If they want to impress the ladies of their lives then, do it like how a prince does. That's how I was so popular with the ladies." She winked.

I shuddered at the thought on how a girl was able to do such endeavors in her life.

"Here. Brought back safe and sound." She said.

"H-Hikari, you actually got here?" Masaki said.

"Iris Hitomi... you're here." Sadako said.

"Hooray! Masaki-san, you're back!" Hikari jumped for joy.

"Sadako, I'm glad you're okay. For the sake of Kazue being your friend, I came here to take you back with Jade and Hikari with me." I said.

"Arigato, Iris. I hope Charlotte's okay too." He said.

"Alright, you all can leave. My business with all of you is done." Hibiki said.

We left.

"I'll take care of the guys. You go on ahead to Charlotte-san and Maiko-san. They must be waiting." Hikari said.

"Charlotte..."

"Take me with you, Iris! I beg you! I need to make things right with her!" He said.

"Well sorry, I believe with you around, it'll make things worse."  I said, walking away.

"GRRR...."

"AAAHHHHH! CHARLOTTE!" Sadako screamed, falling to his knees.

"You're the only one I love. And I won't give up until you're mine to love forever, my Beautiful Witch..." He cried, his tears dropping on the floor.

"CHARLOTTE!"

(Meanwhile)

"Charlotte, Maiko!"

"Iris! I'm glad you're back!" Maiko hugged me.

"How was it?" Charlotte asked.

"Well, Hibiki Shikyoin was half-bad, to say the least. But I wouldn't wanna get involved with her again..." I sweat-dropped.

"Well now you know. She's definitely one tough cookie, darling." Charlotte said.

I laughed. "Still a sass queen alright."
