Nate's pov

Rosa's belly was on the fountain in Castelia while watching Lanturn swim in the water happily. I smiled while watching her feet dangling and humming a random song. I like seeing her this way

"Are you happy?" I asked. she looked at me and smiled

"Yes... I'm so happy" her eyes were very beautiful and bright "I don't feel so sad anymore.."

"Sad?" She nodded and pet Lanturn and Ampharos, the two seem to get along

"Yeah.. I'm always sad because I always think about my parents... and how the pokemon that took care of me just disappeared out of nowhere" she looked at Lanturn "where did you go..?"

"Lan! Lan!" Lanturn said

'Team Plasma took us and gave us to Lord N' Meloetta translated. Rosas eyes widened

"Lan! Turn! Lan.." (Ghetsis took us away because he knew we were mistreated Pokemon... to trick poor N to thinking all Pokemon where like us) Rosa sat up and looked at the water

"You guys... were kidnapped?" Lanturn nodded

"Lan! Turn! Lan! (Yes... we thought of you all the time, then it was time that N let us go... we went to find you in Pinewheel, but you weren't there...) Lanturn looked down in a frown "lan lan..." (So we all went our separate ways... I was swimming in the ocean ever since... till I found your voice) Rosa looked at the evening sky

"Ghetsis... I honestly never liked him.. it was always Lord N I looked up to because he saw a future..." I sighed and looked at my lap "do you know where the others are?" She asked Lanturn, she shook her head

"Lanturn... lan.." (we haven't seen eachother in years... N released us when he became king" Rosa sighed

"That was when Team Plasma was still under construction..." Lanturn nodded and looked at me

"Lanturn" (thank you)

"Huh?" I asked

"Lan! Turn" (for taking care of my Rose) I blushed and looked down

"We haven't known eachother for that long..." Rosa looked at Meloetta translation confused, her thoughts must not be going to Rosas mind

"Lanturn.. lan turn" (still... I can see you make her happy...)I smiled and looked at Rosa staring with her bright eyes

"Yeah... and I wanna continue to make her happy" I said without taking my eyes off of hers. She blushed and looked down "how about a Castelia cone? My treat?" She smiled and stood up

"Okay!" She returned her pokemon and pulled me to my feet happily "lets go!" I laughed and followed her through the city. we spend a few days here. I had talked to her about sneaking into people's places without permission, she pouted but she listened and had now went through the front door after knocking on the door

Rosa had performed in that cafe again, put up a new painting she made in the gallery and was sold for a good amount of money. I have no idea what she's doing with this money, since she wouldn't tell me, but I guess I have to take the surprise

We were walking through the city while eating a Castelia cone... she had been getting one everyday... "you're going to get fat" I said. she flinched and glared at me

"You're already fat!" I looked at my stomach and saw my stomach a bit bigger than it use to be

"Well, what do you expect? That's what happens when you're in love" I smirked, her face went completely red. I laughed and threw my napkin away

"You're finish already!?" She gasped while having ice cream on the side of her lips. I whipped it off her and licked it from my thumb. she turned even more red and picked up her pace. she's so cute

We had no more business in Castelia, so we pass the fountain and saw that one blonde guy we saw in the sewers... he's weird

"Oh! It's you again! Former Team Plasma member!" He told Rosa. she sweatdropped

"I have a name..."

"What is it?"

"None of your business" I sweatdropped. why did you tell him you had a name if you weren't going to give it out?

"If it's not a bother, may I have a look at your Pokemon?" He asked. she bit her lips and send out her small Pokemon, Sewaddle, and held it in her arms close in caution

"Thank you" he smiled and observed little Sewaddle, it didn't look comfortable "how interesting! Your Sewaddle seems to show more self-confidence than others of the same species"

"Well yeah, it's like saying I'm happier than the others of my own species" she smart talked "my Sewaddle went through a tough time, so we're together now" he nodded

"How many badges do you have former member?"

"3" I said for her, I know she won't show any pride in them. he nodded and looked away

"Fantastic! I'm not sure how you're doing it, but you're bringing out the power of your pokemon!" Rosa and I looked at eachother

"Who are you anyways?" She asked. He looked at us

"Oh, excuse me! I'm a scientist. my name is-" she ran off without letting him finish "er... did I say something?" I shrugged

"She's shy" he sweatdropped "anyways, I'm Sam, World International Police. she's my partner, Rapunzel"

"Interesting... may I see your Pokemon as well?" I shrugged

"Sure" I send out Dewott standing near my leg confidentially "he's my Dewott" the guy observed it

"My... powerful. allow me to finish? My name is Colress" we shook hands "the theme of my research is: 'bringing the power of Pokemon'" uh... he looked away "bringing out the power of pokemon! Is it possible to being out their maximum power through the bond they share with their trainer?" Dewott and I looked at eachother

"Well, one things for sure... Dewott and I are a perfect team... if he suffers, I suffer" Dewott smiled. Colress nodded and rubbed his chin, thinking

"There might be another method as well" he said to himself "I like to test my theory by battling with you"

"With me?" I pointed at myself

"Do you find this acceptable?" I guess... "either way, I'll be waiting on route 4, it's just beyond here" he pointed north

"Alright then" he nodded and walked away. I better look for Rosa... Meloetta appeared and waved in a greeting "hey Meloetta! Seen Rosa?" She nodded and flew off, I followed

I saw her near the exit gate, sitting down while taking something silk from Sewaddle... it looked like a carefully designed silk tread bracelet with some tiny yellow, blue, red, and ice blue stones in them

"Wow, that's pretty" I smiled while sitting next to her. she gave it to me so I can help her put it on "there" she smiled and stared at it "what are the stones called?"

'It's pieces of a broken water, thunder, fire, and ice stones' Meloetta said 'they are evolution stones hat lost their touch because they are broken. Sewaddle found them while Rosa was running and used her string shot to make it' Rosa looked down at Sewaddle

"Awe... thank you darling!" Sewaddle smiled and crawled her shoulder

"It looks pretty on you" I smiled

"Thank you"

"So why did you run?" She sighed and stood up after taking out a pair of goggles we bought earlier

"I don't like scientist... they're creepy" so she doesn't like doctors either? I nodded and took out my own and put them on. the desert resort is up ahead "lets just go forward"

"Good, I need to check on my place anyways" she looked at me confused "don't worry, you'll see" I grabbed her hand and walked through the desert until we saw Colress looking at a bunch of flat looking rocks

"Yo!" I waved. Rosa pulled on my hand, but I didn't let go. we walked to his side, she hid behind me

"I've been waiting for you!" He said "interested in what's behind me?"

"I am, actually" I looked at the rocks

"These are not mere rocks, hit the Pokemon known as Crustle" oh!

"Didn't you battle one?" I asked Rosa. she nodded. Colress took out a strange device

"Observe" he turned it on "with this device I created to energize Pokemon, I'll..." the device send out a odd sound, making the rocks come into a Crustle. they all walked away "those Crustle... were they lying here, out of energy, with their boulders on their backs?" He asked himself "Sam" he looked at me "Team Plasma said we should recognize the potential in Pokemon and liberate them from humans" I could feel Rosas anger behind me "I disagree" the anger went away "conversely, it should be humans who bring out the hidden potential in Pokemon" he fixed his glasses and looked at Rosa behind me, now holding my shoulder "well then, I will test you to see if you're a trainer who can bring out the hidden potential of Pokemon!" He send out magnenite

"You're going to battle?" Rosa asked "I never exactly seen you battle a real trainer before.. it had always been students"

"There's a first for everything" I took out a Pokeball from my pocket and send out my new Elektrik

"That pokemon..." Rosa said

"It's one of the Pokemon we rescued in Castelia!" I smiled

"It was a Tynamo first... when did it evolve?"

"When I was early morning training" I looked at Colress and his Pokemon "ready when you are!" He nodded

"Right magnenite! Use thunder wave!" Magnenite send out a bunch of electric waves. I smirked and crossed my arms

"Dodge" Elektrik moved out the way in the speed of light

"Whoa! That's fast!" Rosa gasped

"Special speed, you did say the best strategy is speed" she smiled "now! Use Crunch!" Elektrik appeared right in magnenites body and started crunching it down until it was defeated "alright!" I cheered. Elektrik appeared near me and tried to bite me "Elektrik!" I whined while running away "no! I'm not food!" I can see her enjoying chasing after me... I quickly took out her Pokeball "return!" She finally disappeared. Rosa was choking in laughter

"Haha, very funny" I said sarcastically and send out Dewott while Colress send out a klink

"Klink! Charge beam!" Dewott was electrified before I could blink. he took on tons of damage and could hardly stand

"Dewott!" I gasped

"Why would you think a water type could defeat a Klink?" Colress asked. I glared and looked at Dewott struggling to stand

"Don't you dare insult my pokemon!" I glared "Type advantages don't matter! If you want to see my Pokemons real power, you got it! Dewott! Use revenge!" Dewott glared angrily and started beating on the Klink until it was fainted. the two of us huffed and crossed our arms "insulting my pokemon has got to be one of your biggest mistakes" he nodded and returned his pokemon with a smile

"You are quite the trainer" Dewott came to my side, paralyzed. I assume Meloetta gave him a berry without being seen by Colress "just like the gym leaders in each area or the elite four and champion in the Pokemon league, you bring out the power in Pokemon by being kind to them. that's the kind of person you are" he nodded to himself "I'm extremely grateful for your help, this is a token of my gratitude" he gave me a jar of... protein, cool

"Thanks" he put this hands together

"This is so frustrating! If only we could talk to pokemon in order to bring out their power! But there's no way a person like that could ever exist" I sweat dropped, thinking about Meloetta

After he spoke a bit more, he left me and Rosa alone. "wow" Rosa said to me "you always surprise me when you start acting so serious. it's like your someone else" I smiled and pet her head

"You have to be serious sometimes, but it's good to have some fun on the way" she nodded and followed me through a tiny area that looked like a town in the desert, but not quite. the building I had owned for awhile now was just up ahead

"What's that?" Rosa asked while looking at my building. I walked up ahead and faced her while opening my arms

"Welcome to Join Avenue!" She sweat dropped confused "I own this place!" I grabbed her arm "come in! I'll show you inside! Many people from far and wide come to visit this place!" We ran inside and saw my lovely assistants standing near the door way

They saw me and bowed "welcome back master" My hand was violently squeezed by Rosa. I shouted and pulled away to rub it

"Hello ladies" i nervously laughed, I didn't think of what Rosa thinks of me about me having my own assistants and employees "how's the Avenue?"

"Great! The place has upgraded to rank 45!" All of my employees ran out the office and threw confedee. my jaw dropped

"No way! That's amazing!" I cheered "all of you had worked hard! This place has gone to top shape since I left! Let's celebrate!" I looked at Rosa giving me a face "er... oh right..." I faced her

"Allow me to explain" one of my assistants gave me my eye glasses to look professional. another took my Pokemon so they can be healed "Join Avenue is a place where you can own your own small business. many people here had made raffle shops, dojos, markets, flower shops, antique shops, cafes, nurseries and much more! It's like a mall you can say" I looked at my employees "these are my employees, they help me manage things so things won't get too stressful" I smiled at everyone "we are all like a big family, this is a lot of fun" I looked at Rosa and saw her begin to cry, I flinch

"Waa!!!" She cried to her knees, I panicked and squat to her height

"W-what's wrong!? Why are you crying!?" Meloetta looked at her confused

"N-Nothing!!" she continued to cry. I sighed and grabbed under her arms and lift her in the air like a baby, she looked at me surprised

"Don't 'nothing' me, tell me what's wrong" she frowned and looked down

"I saved a lot of money so my dream can come true..." I put her down "I want to make a large building where Pokemon can be adopted and have groomed and stuff... it's my own business" she whipped her nose "I sort of got jealous because you're always better than me" I sweatdropped

"Better than you? You're the one with the robotic mind" I chuckled

"I mean... You're rich and get to have things you want... you even have a farm... I want one of those too" I smiled and hugged her close

"You're so silly, what's mine is yours, okay?"

"No... I can't do that" I laughed and let go of her

"I'll share this place with you" I looked at everyone "attention everyone! I would like to introduce my partner in crime and best friend! Rapunzle! She will also be my partner here!" Everyone looked at eachother and than cheered. Rosa blushed

"Nate... you don't have to give me everything..." I pet her head

"Its okay, I like keeping that shine in your eyes, I'll do anything to keep it there" she smiled and hugged me passionately. I blushed and placed my chin on her head... my heart was beating fast...

Rosa's Pov

"Come on! Put your back to it!" I shouted while Nate and Dewott were training in the dojo. he actually gave half this place to me... it's amazing!

First, we became partners. second, he gave me a room in his home, third, he put me through Trainer school. forth, we started a journey together and become World International people. Fifth, we are movie stars. and now we own a company!? My dream is coming soon much faster!

My dream is to build a nursery, a adoption center, a daycare center, a salon, a training station, and all of the above for pokemon in one building! I love pokemon so much... I would love to do this for them

"Rapunzle! Give me a rest!" Nate whined. I rolled my eyes and jumped on the boxing ring that was owned by a little boy... anyone can own a shop, huh?

"I thought you were the best World International Police in Unova!" I smirked "it'll be sad that a girl can beat you up" he glared

"A girl can't beat me up" I giggled and looked at Meloetta looking at something, but I was too high up the ring to see

"Prove it then!" I send out Ampharos "care to having a boxing match?" I picked up some boxing gloves and helmet from the box near us and threw him a pair before putting on a pair of my own. he looked down at them nervously as I put on a mouth piece

"I'm not fighting a girl" I rolled my eyes

"What if there's a criminal who happen to be a girl? Are you just going to let her get away?" I put in my gloves and punched my fist into eachother

"No way! I would never-" I stood in a fighting posture

"Then let's do this... David! Ring the bell!" I ordered the owner. The little boy obeyed and rang the bell. I started jumping while my hair started bouncing with me. Nate lift his hands

"No Rapunzle, I'm not fighting ...YOU!" I swung over his head before he ducked

"Come on!" I went for a kick, he moved. Ampharos was mimicking me, Dewott looked uncomfortable fighting a girl like this as well, which I found strange "do something!" Nate kept running from me. I groaned and cornered him. his face went red while looking at my sweaty body. "you still won't do something?"I drop down to swung his leg with mine and made him fall. Ampharos used her tail to drop Dewott

"Pathetic" I snorted and looked at him sit up. I offered a hand "but I guess you can be the brains and I'll be the Brawns" he chuckled and rubbed the back of his sweaty neck

"I honestly think you have both of those..." I giggled and jumped off the ring to grab a rag for both of us

"I wonder if our Pokemon are done in the salon" I thought to myself. he jumped off the ring with me

"I'm sure they are" we walked over to the salon owned by four of the girls that use to be in trainer school with us, the A sisters, Ariel, Ally, Alex, and Amy

"Hi Nate!" The girls giggled, the girls, except for Ariel, glared at me "Rose" they mocked. I rolled my eyes

"Hello ladies, How's the new business?" He asked while leaning on the counter, I hate when he flirts... especially when he's around me... not that I'm jealous

"It's great!" Alex blushed. he nodded

"How much for the grooming?" He asked

"For you? It's free!" Ally smiled "but for her... it's 1000 poke dollars" whatever. he chuckled and paid for me... I always feel bad when he does this

They handed us our Pokeballs after he paid "see you soon ladies!" He waved. they waved like he was a celebrity or something... he might as well was... he's so popular, charming, sweet and handsome. I can see why everyone likes him. I'm just a brat who has panic attacks and anger issues

We walked through this avenue and ended up in a cafe "two lemonades please" Nate ordered to the owner.

"Right away Sam!" Everyone here knows his as his Code name, but few do know him as his real name... he looked at me

"So! How you liking the place?"

"It's nice" I said without looking at him

"What's wrong?" I shook my head and saw Smeargle, Ampharos, and Sewaddle walking towards me with a box in hand... yeah, Ampharos wanted to explore the place, but I had no idea she took Smeargle and Sewaddle with her. if that's the case, I can guess that they made an outfit together

"What you got there?" I asked while picking it up. Meloetta showed up on the box

"It's a surprise, you should wear it when you challenge Elesa, Nimbasa City's gym leader" I made a face

"Why would I do that? Why do you keep making me do all these gyms?" I asked

"Probably because Meloetta knows you admire the hero and probably wants you to meet her in the Pokemon league" Nate said while our lemonades came. my eyes widened and I ended up grabbing his shirt

"She's still Champion!? After two years!?" I gasped, he nervously laughed

"Maybe..? If you get all the badges, you might see her and even challenge her" my smile brightened happily. I squealed excitedly and drank my lemonade happily. I could feel Nate smiling at me, I can also feel something else staring at me. I ignored it and hugged the box I was given. if I get all the gym badges, I'll get to meet Angel... this is so exciting!
