I just want to say, before I get on to the news, thanks you for reading! I LOVE the Pokemon X and Y anime, and have always wanted to do discussions, hypes, etc. So, welcome to your news center! Feel free to give me suggestions over topics to write about, and I will!

Some terms you might want to know if you're about to read:

Hype- A hype is a prediction that is a guess you really want to happen.

Prediction- A hypothesis; predictions are either really close or really far, not in the middle. In the middle is a hype.

Theory: A theory is a extreme prediction or hype that the person truly thinks it'll be true. Theories will often be strong and correct.

XY000- This stands for an episode. XY symbolizes its in the X and Y anime, and the 000 (the number) symbolizes the episode.

Amourshipping- The belief that two characters, Ash and Serena, belong in a romantic relationship.

Ship- A fandom term, short for relationship. It'll often be said like "I ship it!" Or "That ship is really cute." Ships are sometimes canon, and sometimes just a hype or prediction.

Canon- Symbolizes something is true, often a ship. Used like "THE SHIP IS CANON!"

OTP- Stands for one true pairing. A person's strongest and biggest ship.

SatoSere- The combined name (often used for Amourshipping) for Ash and Serena, using Ash's Japanese name (Satoshi).

Pikeveeshipping- The belief that Serena's Eevee and Ash's Pikachu belong in a romantic relationship.

Pokeshipping- The belief that Ash and Misty (UGHHHH YUCK) belong in a romantic relationship.

Gen- Stands for generation, used in Pokémon gaming talk.

Any other things you might want to know:

Often in this discussion book you'll see that we don't use episode names, we'll use numbers instead. If you are confused, ask one of us that talk about it, and we'll gladly tell you what episode it was in name. You can also kindly ask me to start using the episode names if you're getting too confused ;)
