Previously in Pokemon Chaos and Order…

After Ash was able to save Serena from Nihilego's fusion by using his new Z-Move, the two were confronted by the Genetic Pokemon Mewtwo.

Meanwhile, Nate and the others trying to stop the Team RR Admins were confronted by Giovanni and Lysandre respectively. How will our heroes clean this mess? Let's find out...

"Use Aura Sphere!" Nate commanded Lucario, his last standing Pokemon, in the battle against his father, Lysandre. The Pokemon Nate was battling was a Gyarados, but not a normal one.

It was bulkier than its normal form. The fins on its face, its barbels, and its crest are now considerably longer. A large spike extends downward underneath its chin, and it now has a black underside. The yellow spots along its body are replaced by raised red scales. Two large white fins appear on its back, similar to those on its face. Most of the other fins along its back disappeared, except for the one near the tail. Instead, it now has four white, pointed fins near is tail: two on its back and two on its underside.

"Incinerate!" Lysandre commanded. Gyarados then shot a orange, yellow and red fireball with a bright center and black highlight at Lucario's Aura Sphere. The two attacks collided and exploded. "Use Thunderbolt!" Clemont commanded. "Power-Up Punch!" Korrina commanded.

Clemont's Heliolisk extended its collar and its body becomes surrounded by yellow sparks. Heliolisk then fired a bolt of yellow and blue electricity surrounded by purple rings at Gyarados. Korrina's Hawlucha's fist then became surrounded in a red-gold aura and it charges at Gyarados.

Despite its best attempts, Gyarados was unable to dodge and was hit by both of the attacks. "Alright Lucario, if we wanna finish that guy we gotta give it all we've got!" Nate showed Lucario his Z-Ring. Lucario smirked and stood up. "Okay love-Pidoves, stand back!" Nate said.

"What?!" Clemont and Korrina asked simultaneously, both blushing. "DO IT!" Nate growled. Clemont and Korrina nodded (still blushing) and took a few steps back. Nate then took out a Z-Crystal from his backpack. It was reddish-orange in color and had a fist etched in it.

Without wasting a second Nate slapped the crystal in his Z-Ring. "LET'S DO THIS!" He exclaimed before crossing his arms together in the shape of an 'X', causing the crystal to glow red, before the same glow surround him. He then spread his arms to the sides of his body, moving them in a semi-circle formation. He then brought his arms forward, one on top of the other.

Nate then brought one of his fists backwards. "You're gonna pay for what you did to the family!" Nate exclaimed, before starting to punch the air in front of him multiple times before striking a pose that had him punching the front of him with force. All the while, Lucario was doing the same movements.

The light that surrounded Nate then went over to Lucario, surrounding it and making the same 'Z'-like shape to appear before him. "Our Chi will burst to defend those we care about!" Nate mumbled.

"ALL..." He exclaimed. Lucario's eyes glow sky blue and its body becomes surrounded by a gold-orange aura. "OUT..." Nate continued, causing Lucario to repeatedly punch the air in front of it, causing multiple orange, hand-shaped energies to be rammed at Gyarados.

"PUMMELING!" Lucario then rapidly charges at Gyarados, leaving an orange stream behind it before punching it with full force. Gyarados was sent flying backwards and cracking the metal wall it landed in. Gyarados then reverted back to its normal form and collapsed to the ground, defeated.

Before anyone could say anything, a defeated Rhyperior came flying out of nowhere and crashed into the ground. Following it were Giovanni, the Rocket Trio, Dawn and Barry.

"Looks like our work here is done..." Nate said. He looked at his father's face and he appeared to be devastated. Lysandre fell to his knees and punched the ground. "It's over..." Nate sighed.

Meanwhile...

"Let's try a Thunder-Shuriken!" Ash commanded the two Pokemon standing in front of him. Greninja put its hands in front of the shuriken-shaped part of its legs. A swirl of water then appears in front of each of its hands, forming into orbs and eventually into blue sharp-edged throwing stars.

Greninja then threw the shurikens at Mewtwo before Pikachu blasted the shurikens with Thunderbolt, causing the Shurikens to become surrounded by a yellow aura.

Mewtwo looked unimpressed. It put its hand forward and forms a multicolored orb of energy, surrounded by a magenta aura, in front of its hand. The shurikens hit the ball and were absorbed by it. Mewtwo then closes its hand into a fist, which causes the orb to explode and send multiple shockwaves at Pikachu and Greninja.

The shockwave hit both of them, bout only Pikachu seemed to be affected. Pikachu screamed out in pain and was flung backwards into Ash's arms. It had been defeated. Ash looked worried.

"Is that REALLY all you've got?" Mewtwo asked, unimpressed. "It's too easy..." Ash placed Pikachu safely next to Nebby, who was still protecting Serena. Ash then stepped forward and stood next to Greninja. "Greninja...!" He said before him and Greninja crossed their arms together in the shape of an 'X'. They then spread their arms to the sides of his body, moving them in a semi-circle formation (like a Z-Move).

"LET'S POWER UP!" Ash exclaimed while bringing his arms to the side of his body, Greninja doing the same. The two then brought their arms upwards, causing a swirl of water to surround Greninja. All the while, one of Ash's rainbow feathers was glowing.

The water vortex surrounding Greninja blew up into a million water droplets. The water droplets then began to move until they formed four swirls of water on Greninja's back. The swirls form an orb and eventually a giant Water Shuriken. Greninja stands up, its appearance altered. Ash and Greninja then open their eyes together, which flashed red.

Mewtwo's eyes widened in realisation. "So I see you have a Battle Bond Pokemon..." it said telepathically. "Whatever that means, we're gonna kick your butt!" Ash exclaimed. "Water Shuriken!" "With pleasure!" Greninja spoke telepathically.

Ash and Greninja then reach for their backs and Greninja grabs the giant Shuriken on its back. It then jumps high in the air and with all its might, it throws the shuriken at Mewtwo, not giving it time to dodge and creating a huge explosion.

"Yeah! Way to go!" Ash praised Greninja. Before anyone could do anything else though, a blue and gold sphere was fired from the dust cloud that was created as a result of the explosion of the Water Shuriken. Mewtwo's Aura Sphere hit Greninja in the gut and sent it flying backwards in pain.

Ash flinched and grabbed his stomach, feeling the same pain Greninja was feeling. Serena gasped in horror, having seen the whole battle in session from behind Nebby. Braixen suddenly hopped out of its Pokeball, worried sick about what was going on.

Ash and Greninja were panting uncontrollably, trying to catch their breaths and continue the battle. They knew the fate of the world was in their hands but the pain was just too great and the two collapsed on their knees. "It's... it's... too much..." Ash murmured while taking deep breaths. "We... can't defeat him..."

Mewtwo was just hovering there, grinning to itself. It then formed a barrage of balls of black and purple energy with black static all around it. It then fires the balls at Ash and Greninja.

Serena's and Braixen's eyes widened in horror. The two were able to maneuver their way over and under Nebby and began to charge at Ash and Greninja. Serena then wrapped her arms around Ash and turned her back to face Mewtwo, trying to minimize the damage Ash would take if hit.

Braixen however kept charging, destroying all of the incoming Shadow Balls with barrages of its own attacks. Then, only one Shadow Ball was remaining and it was heading towards Braixen.

Braixen quickly pulled out her wand-stick and brought it to the front of her body. The Shadow Ball hit Braixen's wand-stick with so much force it send Braixen tumbling backwards, leaving tracks on the rock where its legs were being dragged.

Braixen however refused to move. She knew Greninja was much more powerful than her, and so she needed to protect him with all her might. She kept her ground and kept trying to pull the Shadow Ball back. She howled, both in pain and in determination, as her body began to glow.

Braixen kept pushing the Shadow Ball back, until it was sent flying back at Mewtwo, hitting it and sending it flying backwards. Braixen then kept howling and kept glowing as a fiery aura surrounded its body.

When the glow dissipated, Braixen was no longer a Braixen. It was a relatively tall bipedal Pokemon resembling a fox. It is covered in a coat of fur that resembles a robe; this "robe" is primarily dark red, with red-orange, flame-like markings near its knees, as well as a thin tuft of white fur on its torso, flanked by yellow fur draping down from its shoulders. It has three tufts of red-orange fur protruding out of each ear. Its forearms feature long red fur resembling sleeves, and its hands and feet are dark gray with three clawed fingers and toes, respectively. A tail covered in yellow fur protrudes from its "robe". When its mouth is open, two pointed teeth can be seen on its upper jaw.

"Braixen... Evolved...?" Ash said in shock, still trying to catch his breath. Serena looked confused and turned around, not having witnessed what just happened. Her eyes started to water with tears of joy.

The newly-Evolved Delphox then walked over to the injured Greninja and extended her arm. Greninja smirked happily and took it, both it and Ash standing up with the help of Delphox and Serena. The four then began to glare at Mewtwo, who was just recovering from the exploding Shadow Ball. All the while, Lusamine was observing and taking notes.

Meanwhile...

"You will pay for this!" Kyurem roared madly. "No! You will face justice for your crimes!" Keldeo shouted back. Kyurem then blasted a Dragon Pulse at Keldeo, while Keldeo blocked it with Hydro Pump.

Without wasting another moment, Keldeo fired Focus Blast at Kyurem. Kyurem quickly fired an Ice Beam, freezing the energy sphere and propelling it back at Keldeo. Fearlessly, Keldeo charged at the frozen Focus Blast and broke it into a million pieces with Aqua Jet, also striking Kyurem in the chest.

Kyurem then retaliated with a Glaciate attack, catching Keldeo off guard and sending it flying backwards. Before Keldeo could get up, Kyurem kicked it in the gut, causing it to smash into some of the devices powering the device Kyurem was hooked up to.

Keldeo tried its best to get up, but Kyurem put its giant foot over it and kept bombarding Keldeo with Glaciate. "You should've stayed outside of Team Rainbow Rocket's business!" Kyurem growled. "You're nothing but a weakling! Unworthy of the title of Sword of Justice!"

Keldeo stayed there, growling and shivering. It had no idea of what to do. "Is... K... K... Kyu... Kyurem right...?" It questioned itself as its body began to freeze. Keldeo then remembered how Ash fearlessly rescued it and his friends from Kyurem the first time they met. Being inspired by Ash's courage was what allowed Keldeo to become more powerful.

Keldeo then began to scream as its body glowed gold. The glow was powerful enough to send Kyurem flying backwards, destroying even more machines. When the glow dissipated, Keldeo was now in its Resolute Form.

Keldeo glared at Kyurem angrily. "I AM KELDEO OF THE SWORDS OF JUSTICE!" It exclaimed. "AND I WILL NOT STAND BY WHILE THIS POKE-BULLY IS BEATING UP ON INNOCENT HUMANS!" Keldeo's body glows yellow, and a giant yellow blade of energy forms from its horn. Keldeo then rushes at Kyurem and slices and stabs it repeatedly.

"Im... Impossible...!" Kyurem said weakly. Keldeo put one of its hooves on top of the injured Kyurem. "I think you need to chill out..." it said before slicing Kyurem one more time with its Secret Sword, knocking it out cold. (Ba dum ching)

Keldeo sighed in relief and exhaustion as its body turned back to normal. "It's over!" Keldeo exclaimed.

Back to the Ultra Deep Space...

Ash, Serena, Greninja and the newly-Evolved Delphox stood there, glaring at Mewtwo. "Mystical Fire!" "Water Shuriken!" Serena and Ash commanded in unison.

Greninja put its hands in front of the shuriken-shaped part of its legs. A swirl of water then appears in front of each of its hands, forming into orbs and eventually into blue sharp-edged throwing stars. Simultaneously, Delphox swings its wand stick around in a circle, forming a ring of red-orange fire in front of itself. It then releases a red-orange stream of fire from its mouth at Mewtwo.

Mewtwo swiftly dodged both attacks and retaliated with an Aura Sphere. "Ice Punch! Go!" Ash commanded. Greninja pulls back one of its arms and then a blue icy aura surrounds the hand on that arm. Greninja then punches the Aura Sphere attack, freezing it instantly, much to Mewtwo's shock.

Without receiving any further orders, Greninja then kicks the frozen sphere, like a soccer ball, which is blasted towards Mewtwo.

"Hidden Power!" Serena commanded without wasting a second. Delphox then forms three light blue, green and yellow orbs of energy around its head. It then fires the orbs at Mewtwo, which rotate before colliding. After colliding, there was a huge explosion, in the shape of a snowflake, of light-blue energy.

"ENOUGH!" Mewtwo roared powerfully before its body flashed white. After the glow dissipated, Mewtwo was different. Its body grew larger and bulkier than its normal state. The horns on its head are longer and extend from V-shaped ridges on its forehead. Additionally, the horns are now pointed and curve upward. It now has two tubes behind its neck, its eyes are light blue, and it has large, purple growths over its shoulders. Its torso is smooth and small compared to its long, bulky limbs, and a Y-shaped line connects the collar and underbelly. Its forearms and thighs each have two raised ridges, and its digits are now longer and thinner. The tail is slightly shorter and stiffer than before and has a curled tip. When using moves in battle, it is shown to be able to stretch its arms and legs.

"I WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO STOP THE ULTRA BEASTS FROM DESTROYING HUMANITY!" It roared before firing another Aura Sphere. "Night Slash!" Ash commanded. Ash and Greninja moved in perfect synchronization and spread their arms apart. Greninja's hands then became surrounded by a black and red aura with a purple outline. The auras then form into two sharp kunai shaped blades.

Before the Aura Sphere hit Delphox, Greninja sliced the Aura Sphere in two. Mewtwo's eyes widened in shock. "I have never witnessed a Pokemon with this much power before..." it murmured.

"We need to become stronger somehow!" Ash exclaimed. Serena wasn't in that good of a shape either. She was slightly slouched and her hands were on her knees. She was panting insanely. "How... are... we... going... to do... that...?" Serena said in between panting. Ash took noticed of it and extended  his hand to her.

"The same way we always became stronger..." he said with his signature smirk on his face. Serena looked up and smiled before taking Ash's hand. "Together..." the two spoke in unison as Ash pulled Serena up.

As soon as Serena stood up, both of the rainbow feathers inside Ash's jacket started to glow. Delphox and Greninja turned around and saw what was going on. "What's going on...?" Serena asked. "I don't know..." Ash responded. Suddenly, a giant swirl of rainbow fire appeared and surrounded the four.

"It's... beautiful..." Ash and Serena said in unison, mesmerized by the beauty of the unnatural fire. Greninja's and Delphox's bodies then started to glow white.

"You look beautiful..." Greninja mumbled in disbelief, looking at Delphox. Delphox blushed. "Thank you..." Delphox replied shyly. "You don't look too bad yourself..." she continued.

"So the two can talk now..." Serena murmured. Ash's eyes widened in realisation. "THAT'S IT!" He exclaimed. "What?" Serena, Greninja and Delphox asked in unison.

"The Battle Bond, this Rainbow firewhirl, Serena recovering that quickly from being hit by Pikachu's Z-Move...!" Ash said. "It's all connected to the Rainbow Feathers!" Ash said as he took the feathers out. "Ho-Oh chose me to be the Rainbow Hero..." he continued before handing Serena one of the feathers.

"I don't know how, but you're part of it, Serena..." Ash continued as Serena took the feather. "Greninja and Delphox are going to become much MUCH stronger now!" "Whatever it takes..." Serena said. "I'll walk to the end of the world for you..." Ash blushed from the remark.

Greninja and Delphox then looked at each other with passion-filled eyes. The two then pressed the palms of their hands together and the glow intensifies.

The rainbow fire vortex surrounding the foue blew up into a million lava droplets. The lava droplets then began to move until they formed four swirls of water on Greninja's back. The swirls form an orb and eventually a giant gold Water Shuriken. Delphox was nowhere to be seen.

Greninja's appearance was altered. Its body appeared as if it was surrounded by black fur. The ears on the sides of its head were now a honey-color. Its tongue was now a shade of blue, similar to that of the ribbon Ash gave Serena. The shuriken on its back was mainly gold, but swirls of purple, green, orange and blue were constantly moving around it.

Greninja opened its eyes. One of them was chocolate-brown and the other one was crystal-blue. Ash and Serena were holding hands and opened their eyes together. "Let's do this!" Ash, Serena and Greninja (with a hint of Delphox' voice) said in unison. "It's not over, Mewtwo! And we never give up before it's over!"

The new Ash/Serena/Greninja/Delphox fusion started its ultimate fight against the Mega Mewtwo, for the fate of all humanity. Whatever the outcome of the battle might be, our heroes will have to move on with their loves, each with his or her goals and dreams, which may separate our heroes...

Will Ash and Serena be able to save humanity? What paths will our heroes take leading to the future?
