Governor Winters and Norrington were talking at the fort. James proposed to Anne a few hours ago but Winters didn't gave her answer to the proposal and went back to the mansion.

Governor Winters: Has my daughter given you an answer yet?

Norrington: No, she hasn't.

Governor Winters: Well, she had a very tiring day. Ghastly weather, don't you think?

Norrington: Bleak. Very bleak.

Governor Winters: Wait, What's that?

Norrington saw something in the distance as his eyes were widen and he tackled Governor Winters as a cannon was shot at the fort.

Suddenly multiple cannons were fired at the fort as Norrington shouted at his men to return fire as they saw the ship.

Meanwhile the order were at the prison until they heard sounds as they looked through the small space and saw a ship with cannons being fired at Port Royal as they were speaking to each other.

Alex: I know those guns, It's the Pearl.

Prisoner: The Black Pearl? I've heard stories. She's been preying on ships and settlements for nearly ten years. Never leaves any survivors.

Charles: No survivors? Then where do the stories come from, I wonder?

Meanwhile Norrington ordered his men to fire at the black pearl as the Pearl began firing at Port Royal as some of the pirate crew left the ship and began swarming the port as they were attacking the navy. Meanwhile two pirates were running towards the mansion as they were looking at each other.

Pintel and Ragetti are a uncle and nephew duo and are part of the black pearl.

Ragetti: The mansion is over there.

Pintel: Then let's get going. We don't want to keep the captain waiting.

The duo began running towards the mansion as the black pearl continued firing at Port Royal as chaos was happening.

Meanwhile Will who was aware of the chaos grabbed two swords and a axe and began fighting the pirates as he threw an axe at one pirate instantly killing him.

Meanwhile Anne who looked at the chaos through the window heard someone knocking on the door as the butler went to check it out as Winters shouted at him.

Anne: Wait! Don't open the door!

Too late, The Butler was shot in the head as he fell down until Ragetti and Pintel opened the door as they looked at Anne.

Pintel: Hello Chum.

Ragetti: Up there!

Anne immediately ran away as she ran inside one of the rooms and locked the door. Someone grabbed Anne's shoulder as she turned around and it was Estrella.

Estrella: Miss Winters. They have come to kidnap you.

Anne: What?

Estrella: Your the governor's daughter. You need to run away fast! Get to the fort and-

Suddenly Ragetti and Pintel broke the door down as Anne tried to run away until Ragetti stopped her but Winters grabbed the lantern and smashed it on Ragetti's head as he was in pain.

Ragetti: Ah! It burns! It burns!

Anne grabbed a fire poker and hit Pintel in the face as she ran to the next room and looked around until she hid in the closet as she saw Ragetti and Pintel looking around the room as they were saying something.

Pintel: Come on! We know you're here, poppet.

Ragetti: Poppet.

Pintel: Come out and we promise we won't hurt you. You've got something of ours, and it calls to us. The gold calls to us.

Ragetti: Gold...

Anne's eyes were widen as she was looking at the medallion.

Ragetti and Pintel looked at the closet as they walked towards it and opened it as the duo saw her.

Pintel: Ello, Poppet.

Anne: Parley!

Ragetti: What?

Anne: Parley. I invoke the right of parley. According to the code of the brethren, set down by the pirates Morgan and Bartholomew, you have to take me to your Captain.

Pintel: I know the code.

Anne: If an adversary demands parley you can do them no harm until the parley is complete.

Ragetti: To blazes with the code.

Pintel: She wants to be taken to the Captain. And she'll go without a fuss. We must honor the Code.

Meanwhile Will was fighting the pirates as Grapple was gonna attack him until Turner grabbed the sword and stabbed him as he was dead. Will continued fighting the pirates until he heard someone calling his name as he turned around and saw Ragetti and Pintel taking Anne with them as she was shouting at Will.

Anne: Will!

Pintel: Come on!

Will: Anne!

Turner was gonna run towards them until. . . .

Meanwhile The Order were at the prison until they heard gunshots as they saw Twigg and Koehler.

Twigg: This ain't the armory.

Koehler: *Looks at the cell and sees the order* Well, well, well look what we have here, Jack Sparrow protege Alex Ambrose and The Order.

Twigg: Last time I saw you. You and Sparrow were all alone on a godforsaken island, shrinking into the distance. Their fortunes haven't improved much since then.

Michael: Worry about your own fortunes.

Alex: Eventually Karma will strike and bad luck will reign on you.

Koehler was angry as he grabbed Alex by throat until they noticed Koehler arm.

Alex: So there is a curse.

Racheal: Looks like you all didn't listen to Alex and Jack and now-

Twigg: Shut up! Leave them, We have more important matters to attend too.

Koehler let go of Alex as the duo left the prison as the order looked at each other and tried to find a way to get out of the prison.

Jason: *Looks through the small space* They stopped firing.

Charles: Looks like they're leaving Port Royal.

Meanwhile Anne along with Ragetti and Pintel were at the black pearl as Bo'sun was walking towards them and spoke to them.

Bo'sun: What's the matter?

Pintel: She's invoked the right of parley with Captain Barbossa.

Anne: I am here to negotiate-

Suddenly Bo'sun slapped Anne as she was shocked until he spoke to her.

Bo'sun: You'll speak when spoken to.

He was gonna slap Anne again until someone grabbed Bo'sun hand and spoke to him.

Unknown: And ye will not lay a hand on those under the protection of parley.

Hector Barbossa is his name. He is a legendary and ferocious pirate of the caribbean. A captain of treacherous morality. He was Jack Sparrow's first mate until he betrayed both Sparrow and Alex and marooned them on a island.

Bo'sun: Aye, sir.

Barbossa: My apologies, Miss.

Anne: Captain Barbossa, I am here to negotiate the cessation of hostilities against Port Royal.

Barbossa: There are a lot of long words in there, Miss. we're naught but humble pirates. What is it that you want?

Anne: I want you to leave and never come back.

Barbossa: I'm disinclined to acquiesce to your request. That means "no."

Anne: Very well. I'll drop it.

Winters dangled the medallion near the water as the black pearl crew members were scared as Barbossa spoke to Anne.

Barbossa: Me holds are burstin' with swag. That bit of shine matters to us. Why?

Anne: It's what you've been searching for. I recognized the ship. I saw it eight years ago on the crossing from England.

Barbossa: Did ya, now?

Anne: Fine. Well, I suppose if it is worthless then there's no point in me keeping it.

Anne was about to drop the medallion until some of the pirates stopped her as Hector let out a chuckle and spoke to Winters.

Barbossa: *Chuckles* You have a name, Missy?

Anne: Anne. . . . .Turner. I'm a maid in the Governor's household.

Barbossa: Miss Turner?

Pintel: *Whispers to Hector* Bootstrap.

Barbossa: And how does a maid come to own a trinket such as that. Family heirloom, perhaps?

Anne: I didn't steal it, if that's what you mean.

Barbossa: Very well, you hand it over and we'll put your town to our rudder and ne'er return.

Anne: *Gives the medallion to Barbossa* Our bargain?

Bo'sun: Still the guns and stow 'em. Signal the men, set the flags and make good to clear port.

Anne: Wait! You have to take me to shore. According to the Code of the Order of the Brethren -

Barbossa: First, your return to shore was not part of our negotiations nor our agreement so I must do nothing. And secondly, you must be a pirate for the pirate's code to apply and you're not. And thirdly, the code is more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules. Welcome aboard the Black Pearl, Miss Turner.

Anne was shocked as Hector told his men to sail away from Port Royal.
