*I didn't have time to vector any eyes, so I just made a rough sketch

Tutorial :
1. Prepare your eyes

2. Make sure the eyebrows and the eyes are not in the same layers

3. Go to transform > perspective form

4. Make the size of the eyes smaller then click on the checkmark

5. Exit the artwork and tap on the three dots, then select duplicate. Later, there will be two artworks.

6. Go to the second artwork, and repeat till you have this :

7. Now, duplicate again, then erase the eyes. Activate the symmetry ruler below :

8. Turn on force fade

9. Draw a line and the other side will mirror it

10. Set the length of start to 0%

11. Draw the eyelashes

12. Go to your GIF app and set it to loop (the arrows below)

13. Done!
