Tutorial :
1. Prepare your blank canvas

2. Add your picture

3. Color the whole canvas black and lower the opacity

4. Set the length of start and end to 0% and pick the rectangle drawing tool at the bottom

5. It's looking a little bland, so draw two rectangles and color it in

6. You can adjust the size with transform > perspective. You can tamper specifically with only one rectangle if you made the rectangles on different layers

7. Draw a straight line at the top with the straight ruler to add more 'oomph' :v

8. Add your texts and done!

- to make the rectangles identical, copy and paste it then make it smaller with the  transform tool
