Belle and Beast walked hand in hand through the snow down to the gardens. It's intricate vines framing a archway that they ducked through. Belle was awed by the different species of flowers that she'd only ever read about. It took her a moment, however, to realize they were entering a cemetery.

She cling to Beast who held her tight as they approached two head stones in the center. He knelt down on one knee and stared at his parents graves, "I never knew my mother very well, but I loved her none the less. And even though he did this to me, I still loved my father too."

He placed a large paw over the stone and traced their names. "I'm so sorry." Beast turned to look at her, watching as snowflakes stuck to her hair, "I can only imagine how painful a loss like that could be."

Beast nodded and sat there long enough for Belle to join him, and she didn't complain when she felt his strong arm came around her, pulling her close.

They made there way back not long after, Beast took cloak while Belle went to sky in front of the fire. Everyone had gone out back to resume training, minus Bucky who was curled up on the couch with Kate. Belle shook her head, making a mental note to give Bucky the 'you hurt her you are dead' speech later.

Beast joined her in front of the hearth, letting her lean on him as she read aloud.

Gaston marched up the road to the compound, LeFou trying his hardest to keep up with him, "Why are we going here? I'm sure Belle's fine."

She's been gone from classes for days, Kate barely gives exceptional excuses, and now my sister is missing also!"

Gaston pounded on the door but got no answer. He made his way around the side, looking for a window to climb into.

Instead, he found Tony and Rhodes sitting on a balcony, discussing the vary people he wanted to see, "So you know where they are?"

Tony glance sat the dark skinned man sitting in the wheelchair, "Sort of. The tracker in their quinjet went somewhere in France, but quit working suddenly, probably due to extreme temperatures."

"Why would they go to France of all places?"

"Why do you think? Our Beast was found there, probably didn't live far away from that base. I'll bet my tower that Capsicle and his team is there too."

Rhodes stayed silent for a moment, "So, when do we leave?"

"In an hour or so, maybe with my daughter there Steve won't punch me when we ask to stay."

Gaston backed away and contemplated this information. Belle and his sister were in France, Tony knows about the location of the fugitives, and did he say a Beast?! He's gone mad! Gaston shook his head, it didn't matter, he knew where Belle was.

"Shouldn't he inform the government about the rogues' location?" LeFou asked confused.

"Yes, but he's not. He's breaking the law." A wicked grin formed on Gaston's face, "LeFou I'm afraid I've been thinking."

"A dangerous pastime-"

"I know! But that wacky old man is Belle's father, and his sanity's only so-so. Now the wheels in my head have been turning, since I looked at that loony old man. Now I promised myself I'd be married to Belle, and right now I'm evolving a plan!"

He grabbed LeFou and they walked back down the road in high spirits, "No one like Gaston, takes cheap shots like Gaston, plans to persecute harmless crackpots like Gaston! And who's marriage we'll soon be celebrating! My what a guy, Gaston!"

Beast ran on all fours to the dining hall where everyone was finishing their meal, minus Belle. Sam was the first to see him, "Hey man! What's up?"

Beast looked at all of them, "I want to give Belle something, and I need your help to do it. They all agreed of course.

So later Belle found herself being led to a room on the other side of the castle, "Belle, I want to show you something. He begins to open the doors, then slams them back shut, "But first, you have to close your eyes." Belle raises and eyebrow. "It's a surprise."

She does as she's told and can feel his hand waving in front of her face. She also feels when his large paws take her hands in his and leads them inside. "Can I open them?"

"No, no. Not yet." They pause in the middle of the room, "Wait here." He lets go of her hands and she hears the sound of curtains being pushed apart and feels the sunlight caress her face, "Now?"

Beast turns back towards her when everyone was in position, "Alright, now!"

Belle's eyes open. Then widen at the sight. Books. Rows and rows of books lined on shelf after shelf. It was a library fit for a king, or Prince. "I've never seen so many books in all my life!"

Beast and the others watched as Belle spun around, "You like it?"

"Oh it's wonderful!"

He cleared his throat, "Then it's yours."

Belle leapt into his arms, "Oh thank you!"

Outside Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts, and Chip looked on, feeling pretty good about their chances on being human again.
