No Strings Attached ||Part 2||
WARNING: This one-shot is really stupid. I contemplated whether or not to post it, but since I used up my free time to write, I mind as well do it. So yes, it's not my best, but I wrote this really quickly.

The routine was apart of her nature. She would go there for the night than leave right when she woke up without leaving a trace, and he never questioned it even once. Although it's become a reflex to disembark as quietly and clandestine as possible, there was always a feeling in the pit of her stomach that was incredibly hard to explain. It was as if she didn't want to go, but Sakura knew it was her duty to. Even staying a minute longer would make the guilt sink in and she doesn't want to deal with that.
But why should Sakura feel guilty? For sleeping with her friend frequently? She's an adult woman who feels lonely and Sasuke is an adult man who needs a stress reliever. If he doesn't feel guilty than why should she?
Sighing, the pinkette turned the key in her car to start the engine and placed her hands on the steering wheel, staring ahead of her and at the large house she just came out of. It was at that moment that she knew she was daydreaming and that reality became distant. It was very easy for her to get lost in her own mind which caused any sense of her surroundings to completely diminish.
A tapping noise made her slightly jump and she whipped her head to the window next to her. The shirtless, dark-haired man's face appeared at the window as Sakura pressed the button to make the window go down.
"Uh hey there," she said with awkwardness apparent in her tone.
He gave her a long stare before saying, "You've been staring at my house for five minutes straight."
Fully in reality, a slight flush crossed her cheeks and she cleared her throat, "Yeah, sorry. I'll be going now."
As the window was moving up, Sasuke put his hand on it, which stopped Sakura. He gave her a slight glare and said, "Is something wrong?"
Rolling her emerald eyes, she replied with much annoyance, "What's wrong is that I want to leave and you're not letting me. So how about you move it, Uchiha."
He gave her a small smirk, which irked her to the bone. Huffing out an irritated breath, she opened the car door and rose from her seat, standing in front of the much taller man to try to intimidate him, she put her hands on her hips and said, "What do you want?"
"I'm not ready for you to leave yet."
Sakura's eyes slightly widened and she blushed at his words, "Uhh, w-what do you mean?"
Scoffing, he replied, "I'm making breakfast," Sasuke turned and began walking to his front door, leaving the pinkette in complete confusion.
Crossing her arms, she replied, "This isn't apart of our deal, Sasuke. . . You know that."
Turning back to her, he said, "You act like I care. Let's go."
Once Sakura reached the door, she closed it and sighed, "Have you gone insane?"
Getting a skillet out, Sasuke replied, "You're being annoying."
Scoffing at that word, she sat in the bar stool and watched Sasuke turn the knob on the stove. Next, he brought out some eggs.
"This is so unlike you. I find myself not even able to fathom this," the emerald-eyed woman spoke with such disbelief.
Cracking an egg, the contents dropped into the skillet with a sizzle. While putting a lid on top, he said, "My brother makes better eggs, so don't critic too harshly."
Putting her chin on her palm, Sakura blew a strand of hair from her face, "I'm still in disbelief."
He had enough. Sasuke took a few strides towards the pinkette and glared, "You're lonely, that's why I sleep with you."
Lifting her chin from her palm, she looked down and said sadly, "It hurts when you say that aloud, especially coming from you."
He placed his hands on the counter and replied, "Have you ever thought that maybe I'm lonely as well, Sakura?"
She looked up at him with her doe, emerald eyes, "That never once crossed my mind. It's a bit hard to imagine someone as hot as you to be so lonely, considering girls constantly throw themselves at you."
He scoffed at her comment, but she continues, "And yet, even though we are just friends, you still settle and release your stress on... this," Sakura emphasized by pointing at herself.
"That was our deal."
"You're right. And you making me breakfast wasn't apart of the deal either, yet here we are."
There was a moment of silence between the two. Releasing one last sigh, Sakura grabbed her keys and said, "I'm just going to go."
From there, the Uchiha watched the pink-headed girl leave his house with a slam of the door.

"I was so rude, wasn't I? I mean, Sasuke was being a polite dude just making me breakfast, right?" Sakura looked at her cat, Mr. Muffin Head, and he meowed.
"What do you mean I crossed the line?!" She exclaimed, "It was just. . . weird. It's not like that icicle to offer to do something kind for me like that."
The cat licked his paw and Sakura was tempted to slap herself across the face. Leaning close to her cat, she said, "I'm so lonely, I'm talking about boys to my cat. Great, just great."
Turning to leave the room, her cat meowed to her for her to come back, and Sakura turned to him, "You're a great listener Mr. Muffin Head, but I just realized I'm becoming a psychopath by talking to you about my life problems. I just need to be alone."
Entering her room, she flopped down on her bed back first and rubbed the temples of her head with her index and middle fingers. She was in full contemplation mode. Sakura tends to be serious around Sasuke, but today was a complete bust. One second there was this mutual understanding between her and Sasuke, but now it's as if everything fell apart in mere minutes. It hurts her inside, because she loved being around him, even if they weren't making physical contact. He is one of her closest friends, but there was always a hidden fear that this imaginary contract between them would ruin their friendship, yet it hasn't.
Turning on her side and bringing the covers to her chin, she whispered to herself, "I'm just going to close my eyes and-"
To Sakura's dismay, a knock on the door made her eyes open. Lowly growling at the inconvenience, she arose from her bed and thought she could just ignore the person behind the door, but it could be important. Trying to make the irritated expression on her face disappear, she opened the door.
Slightly widening her eyes, she gave the man one long look before saying, "Hey, you need something?"
"Yeah," the onyx-eyed man gave her no expression when he replied, "we need to talk, may I come in?"
Nodding her head, Sakura opened the door wider, allowing Sasuke to enter her home. Mr. Muffin Head meowed at the man's presence as he took his coat off.
Sakura decided to break the ice by saying, "Listen, I just wanted to say I'm sorry about this morning. I. . . Overreacted."
"It's fine," Sasuke took a seat on the couch.
Shaking her head, the pinkette took a seat next to him and replied with worry in her tone, "No, it's not fine. I was, well, a bitch. Maybe we shouldn't continue this no strings attached thing we have going on."
Turning to her, the Uchiha replied, "I agree."
Sighing in happiness, she replied, "Great! I'm so gla-"
He cut her off, "I'd rather we ventured our relationship elsewhere."
Confusion crossed Sakura's expression as she said, "What do you mean?"
Closing his eyes in annoyance, Sasuke replied, "You're making this difficult for me," opening his eyes, he hesitantly took her hand.
Startled by the touch of his hand on hers, she questioned, "Sas-"
Cutting her off once more, he said as quickly as possible, "I'm taking you out tonight."
Just then, Sakura felt butterflies in her stomach, which she hadn't felt in so long, despite going on several dates with different men. She then realized Sasuke could only make her feel this way.
With that, she gave him a bright smile.
