(Inside the Watchtower, Simon is seen having already teleported Taskmaster.)

Ginga: Batman, Danny, are you ready?

(The scene changes to where Kamen Rider Ghost, Batman and Kamen Rider Specter finally found the exit out of the sewer.)

Ginga: We're down to forty-five minutes.

Batman: We're in position. Commence assault. (Both gets up to the ladder)

(The scene changes into The Rift where hordes of Regime soldiers were there. They are accompanied by Spider-Man, Sigma, Noel Vermillion, Iron Patriot and Return IX who are watching from above. Just then Marisa Kirisame brought a large army of Guardians along with the other heroines who get out of the flying fortress Hyperion.)

Spider-Man: There they are.

(Spider-Man gives the signal as they go into battle with Marisa Kirisame and the other heroines. Due to that, Kamen Rider Ghost  Batman and Kamen Rider Specter manage to enter The Rift's prison without Spider-Man realizing it.)

Batman: We're getting closer. Stay alert.

Nightwing: (offscreen) Not so fast.

(Then the trio sees Nightwing and Catwoman.)

Specter: (angry) You...

(Then Kamen Rider Specter pulls out the Deep Specter Ghost Eyecon and puts it in his Ghost Driver)

Driver: Gen Kaigan! Deep Specter! Get go! Kakugo! Giza giza ghost!

(Then Kamen Rider Specter becomes Deep Specter and then attacks Nightwing while Catwoman pins Batman down, only for Kamen Rider Ghost to attack her, freeing his father from her grasp.)

Batman: Go. I got this one.

(Kamen Rider Ghost nods in agreement and goes to free the other insurgents. Batman gets in his fighting stance.)

Batman: I will not go easy on you this time, Selina.

(While they were battling, despite both of them knowing each other’s moves, Batman realizes that Catwoman's not using her attacks fully as she used to, knowing that she purposely wants to get knock out as she worries Spider-Man might kill her for letting him go. Without opening a word, he decides to use a stun gun at her to knock her out of kindness the moment Selina purposely gives an opening. It works as Selina gets stunned and says "I'm sorry...Bruce..." before she falls down to the ground unconscious.)

Batman: You joined the wrong side, Selina.

(Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Specter is seen easily beating Nightwing to a pulp.)

Specter: This is for my sister. (pierces Nightwing's leg with his Yamato) This is for my home. (breaks both of Nightwing's arms) And this is for my mother.

(As Kamen Rider Specter was about to slit Nightwing's throat, Batman stops him.)

Batman: Stand down, Tokuro. This is a line we don't cross.

Nightwing: (weakly) And you still... wonder... why... I abandoned you...

Batman: Do I look like I care?

Nightwing: (weakly) If you did... you would have... killed... the Joker...

Batman: And THIS is the problem. Parker killed him, and look what he became. You don't need to be killed, Damian. Because you and Jason are both dead to me.

(Suddenly Batman uses his bracelets to defend himself from some shots, and then Red Hood comes in.)

Red Hood: Your insistence on not killing that clown led it all to this, Bruce. Spider-Man BECAME a hero once he did what you didn't. And so I ask you, Bruce. Who's the criminal now?

(Red Hood insulted Batman during the battle, and paid dearly, because the Dark Knight wasn't merciful to him anymore. And after a brutal beating session, Batman knocks him out cold.)

Batman: I should never have adopted you.

(Back at the battlefield, while the Regime Army is dealing with Reimu and the other heroines, they have no trouble dealing with them until Spider-Man enters to challenge them but suddenly Parker was blasted away by Zero's Z-Buster as he was grabbed by Batwoman.)

Zero: Can we play too? 

(Spider-Man tosses Batwoman out as she lands closer to Zero and decides to attack them. Inside the prison, one of the prison cell is been lowered towards Kamen Rider Ghost. Once it opens, it reveals to be the insurgents trio (Stitch, Iron Man and Iron Heart) bruised up.)

Stitch: Took you long enough, motherfucker...

Iron Heart: Language, please.

(Suddenly they hear a sound, it reveals to be Green Ranger playing his flute to call his Dragonzord as it comes out of the sea. But then, Batman kicks him down.)

Batman: That's enough, Tommy.

Green Ranger: The dragon will dine on the bat tonight.

(They fight evenly matched as both learned martial arts and therefore, can exchange melee attacks without any trouble. But Batman didn't master only one, he mastered all of the 128 martial arts, and this was crucial for Batman's victory.)

Batman: The dragon sleeps tonight.

(Then Batman sees Kamen Rider Ghost and Kamen Rider Specter helping the trio to escape. But then he notices Return IX seemingly falling down, but trying to get up.)

Batman: I have some unfinished business.

(Then Return IX sees Batman.)

IX: Look what I found here. Time to end the Insurgency.

(Despite being dazed after crashing down, Return IX manages to gain some advantage since Batman's just a normal human being but Batman wasn't afraid of his tactics as he rushes towards Return IX and knocks him out cold temporary with his stun gloves as Regime Mega Man X couldn't react quick enough upon getting up-close at him.)

Batman: Spider-Man is a maverick, X. Not me.

(Back at the battlefield, Spider-Man manages to hold Batwoman on her neck and was about to kill her until Marisa shoots her energy ball to save her while Zero catches her in time. Spider-Man was not too happy about it and goes after Marisa as they both hold her broom. Despite Parker crashing Marisa into a nearby Regime truck, Marisa manages to kick him away and punches him when he's down. But this doesn't last long as he was push away with a punch and decides to return the favor by tossing her broom at her. But Zero stops him by breaking his armor with a punch. This disarms him but causes him to get up Soon Parker gives up on Zero and catches him. He was about to rip his head off in retaliation, but he noticed Kamen Rider Ghost, Kamen Rider Specter, Stitch, Iron Man, Iron Heart and Batman getting out, and goes towards them, releasing Zero in the process. As the six heroes prepare to go, Spider-Man comes in.)

Spider-Man: Thought you could fool me? Like he did?

Batman: It's not about The Joker anymore.

Spider-Man: This world needed someone to perfect it. And this is what I did. So many lives lost because I held back. When I could use my full power.

Ghost: For what? Control? Corrupt? Oppress? Did you forget what your deceased uncle said? With great power comes great responsibility.

Spider-Man: I could have prevented New York. Saved Mary Jane. My family.

Batman: Crime took my family too, Peter.

Iron Man: And mine.

Spider-Man: BUT NEITHER OF YOU WERE THE GUN!

(Suddenly the six are teleported off, and Spider-Man realizes how.)

Spider-Man: The Watchtower.

(Spider-Man uses an OSCORP Spaceship to go to the Watchtower, but unfortunately Taskmaster's bombs explode it. Then he gets a message saying "Spider-Man, your time is over.".)
