My (Sheik's) P.O.V-

I'm sitting in my special, and very secret, bedroom at the top of one of the lesser known staircases at Smash Mansion when all of a sudden there was a tapping sound at my window.

Huh? What could that be?

Staring over at it, I quickly got up to see what it could possibly be, noticing a small letter with wings attached at the sides desperately trying to get inside. The moment I opened the window, the letter flew in, almost in a hurry.

Once it got inside it didn't stop there, it flew straight to my room door and started bumping into it as if it were trying to break it down.

Why would a weird letter just randomly show up like that? Where did it even come from and why does it seem like it wants to go somewhere?

I quickly ran over to the door and opened it, releasing the letter into the hallway. The moment I opened the door, it took off, speeding downstairs.

I started chasing it down the staircase, desperately trying to figure out what it was. "Wait," I called out after it. "Where did you come from?!"

I turned the corner, about ready to head down the next flight of stairs when I saw the letter nowhere to be found.

What? Where could it have gone that quickly?

"Great," I mumbled to myself. "A magical letter comes to my school and I don't even know about it? Dang, I really must've lost my touch..."

Seconds later, I nearly gave up hope when I spotted it, it was trying it's best to wriggle between the door frame and get into the hallway.

I opened the door, allowing it to fly out into the hallway, a hallway so crowded that I could easily lose it. I gasped at the thought of never finding out what it was and took off after it again, bumping into people along the way.

I start running down the dorm room hallway at full speed, that is until it made a sharp turn, leaving me desperately trying to stop and tripping over myself, falling onto the hard linoleum floor. "Ouch," I slightly hissed out, inspecting my body for any bruises.

"Are you alright," a small voice asked, standing over me.

"Huh, what," I looked up to see Toon Link standing above me, holding the letter. "Oh, I'm alright. Uh, where did you get that letter?"

He looked at me in confusion before remembering the letter he still held in his hands. "Oh, this? It randomly came to me... Sheik, can you read it to me since you're already here?"

"Sure, let's see what it is," I said, trying my best to contain my excitement. I skimmed the letter before reading it to him. "Oh, it's a dare. Are you up for a dare today Toonie?"

"Uh, yeah," he said excitedly.

"Alright, this is the first dare anyone has gotten. It is from Kaleisgood and they said 'Toon Link, you are awesome and I dare you, Toonie, to do the cinnamon challenge.'

He looked up at me in confusion. "Huh? What's the cinnamon challenge?"

Ah, my poor little Toonie, having to learn the way of a world he doesn't even belong to.

"Well," I said. "The cinnamon challenge is a thing that people sometimes do when they want to gain fame or are just plain bored."

"Oh, alright," he said enthusiastically. "Let's do it! It does have something to do with cinnamon do it can't be that hard, right?"

Before I could answer, Toon Link was already halfway down the hallway, running towards the kitchen as fast as he could.

That poor little child, please sweet Nayru, bless my little baby...

I took off after him, just not as fast because I still haven't recovered from all that running earlier.

Dang, he really is one of the fastest characters! I can barely keep up with him!

When I got to the kitchen, Toon Link was already standing in the doorway, holding the container of cinnamon up proudly like it was a trophy he had won.

"Alright, I got the cinnamon! What's next Sheikah mommy?"

Ahhhhhhhhh, my poor baby...

I bent down to his level. "Well, now you just have to get a teaspoon."

"Alright, that's super easy, I thought this would be challenging... I've done way harder stuff," he said, running over to the drawer and standing on the tip of his toes, digging around in it until he held up a teaspoon triumphantly. "Got it!"

"Alright, good job. You have to put exactly one tablespoon of cinnamon in your mouth and eat it in less than 60 seconds without any water. Before we do it, I'm just going to let you know, you don't have to do it if you don't want to, you know that, right Toonie?"

"I know," he said, putting exactly one tablespoon of cinnamon on the spoon.

"I also want you to know that people have gotten hurt by doing it..."

He immediately waves off my last statement. "Psh, I'll be fine Sheik, besides I have courage. What's a little cinnamon going to do to me?"

Aww, my courageous little baby...

He took a deep breath and told me to count to make sure he does it right.

I nodded and looked at the second hand on my watch. "Alright. Three... Two... One... Go!"

The moment I said go he put the entire spoon in his mouth, unaware of the actual difficulty of the challenge.

The sound of coughing quickly drew my attention from the watch and straight to the Hylian boy. I quickly grabbed a cup and ran to the refrigerator, pouring him a glass of milk.

They said no water but they said nothing about milk.

I brought the cup to him as quick as possible, giving it to him.

He drank the whole thing quickly and when he was done, the coughing ceased.

Oh, thank the Goddesses he's alright...

I took cup the from him and walked over to the sink, beginning to wash it while looking over my shoulder at him. "You know, that was very brave of you to go through with it, Toonie."

"Really," he asked, his voice showing his pride.

"Yes, really. When I was younger, I was too Cucco to do the cinnamon challenge."

"Really," he asked again. "But you don't seem like a bird to me..."

I laughed, putting the cup in the dish rack and walking over to him. "Of course I'm not a bird, silly! But I was afraid to do it because of everyone was saying about it, one day I got over my fear though. Anyway, I think we learned a valuable lesson today, don't you think?"

"Yup," he said with the most serious face he could muster. "NO MORE CINNAMON..."

"I thought you were going to say 'I learned that Sheikah mommy is not a bird'..."

"Oh yeah, that too," he said, giggling.

So, there you have it, the first dare is completed! I hope you like it Kaleisgood !!! It took a while to decide what I wanted to do with it but I'm proud of the finished product.

I can't wait to get more dares or questions from you guys!

Until next time!!!
