Tiger POV: (Haven't done her Point of View :P)

Me, Grayson, and Mia are running toward the village well falling of course because it's hard for Mia to carry Grayson with his injured leg from Ava's arrow. I've been telling her that I could help but she said that she alright, until she decide to let me help her out with Grayson. I kept looking behind my back, hoping to see Drake, Red, Ava, and Natalie coming back but they didn't come, are they really in a fight with the mercenaries. I don't know.

We started walking like 2 minutes ago because we've been running 10 minutes and that got us tired so we walk but we could still make it to the village. I heard a sound coming from behind, I turned around to see Drake, Red, Ava, and Natalie also with other two people running with them. I could see some dust and dirt on them, wait, Drake got shot?!

I stopped which made Mia and Grayson stop walking also, they shouted that the mercenaries are coming, once they catch up to us we immediately start running to the village. We need to tell the village that the mercenaries are coming.

"We are almost close to the village! Just around the-"

Before Natalie could finish her sentence we felt ourself being pulled up, we all screamed out loud, also noticing that we fell into a trap, a hidden trap. Grayson, purple hair girl, Drake, and Ava are like sitting on top of me, Mia, Natalie, a boy, and Red, of course I have to be the person that wile be sitting on by a another person. I sigh in a frustrating way, in the distance could see 3 or 4 mercenaries riding on horse while other some are behind them. They stopped below us, some of them laughed at us, I could hear Grayson growl, probably some of them are his friends, well mostly the Empire Assassin.

"Looks like we caught several hybrids and a Dragon thief, I wonder how the Emperor will rewards us, probably a lot of sovereign."

"Yes he would do that. He'll be so happy seeing Grayson, the elf girl, and other bunch of hybrids."

"Are you kidding me?! Are you really gonna let that b*tch have his hand on the Dragon egg?! He will use it to kill all hybrids, humans, and destroying Badlands!!!" Grayson yelled at them.

"Wow talk about having a crazy Commander here *laugh*", they replied.

"Anyway, get these guys tied up, also use one of those things that the Mage gave us for those hybrids who have magic or stuff."

My eyes widen, Natalie, Ava, Red, the girl, the boy, and Drake shocked from them, those things that they said might be the one that could take away all our magic or either a mana. One of the mercenary climb up the tree and started cutting the string, below us are a bunch of them around us with no escape. As the mercenary cut the string we all called down and hit the ground so hard, the one thing is way worse is someone who landed on top of you.

I could see Drake putted his hand over his wound in his shoulder, Grayson felt the pain from his leg but mostly out back are sore and hurt from the fall. They grabbed us by the shoulder and arm and pulled us up, we tried to get off their grip but we failed, I saw one of them pulled out a syringe that has a needle very pointy. I started panic, again trying to get out their grip, I can't, the mercenary put my head to my left shoulder as he was about to put the needle in my neck.

I could see Natalie trying to struggle out of the mercenaries's grip, I closed my eyes not wanting to see it, but then I heard someone got hurt. I open my eyes to see the mercenary with the syringe fell down but then notice a arrow on his head. Couple of arrows came by and hit couple of mercenaries, I have finally got out of their grip, use my fire magic and shot it at the mercenary that were holding me. Mia, Grayson, the purple hair, the boy with a scar on his eye I guess, got out also, I saw people and some hybrids came out of bushes and started attacking the mercenaries as we did also. Natalie, Red, Ava, and Drake also got out but they are staying on one place, probably of Drake's injuries, or the headaches that Drake and Red get.

And yes I knew that Red get headaches, Ava and Red told us that after we met them from the whole small battle thingy that happened last night. I could see Grayson in a bit pain on his leg but Natalie use her magic to create a shield that protects Grayson from getting hurt or killed. The some other mercenaries are running away, retreating to the empire but the people and the hybrids are shooting at them or chasing them, I guess they don't wanted them to tell the Emperor what happened.

Me and the others are a bit tired but as long there is no mercenaries anywhere, we'll be okay and safe, I looked at the groups of people and hybrids high fiving each other. Some of the others went to Red, Drake, and Grayson helping them, one of the hybrids told us to come along with them. The purple hair girl question who are they, until the hybrids answer that they are just soldier from Veridian, my face just lit up, Natalie looked at me with a smile. I smile back, they must've heard the scream that we did when we fell into the trap, we followed them to the village which is not that far, it's like to 5 minutes.

The village looks so nice a beautiful, there are river flowing next to them, flowers and plants are blooming, the house look nice and plus there is an Inn, they also made a mine to find gems and other materials. I was shocked that there are people and hybrids living in this village, "Natalie, why you haven't told us that humans and hybrids lives here!", I said.

She replied,"You know, I sometimes forget things but yea, besides there are people who came from the Empire to live here because they hated all the destruction and how the Emperor act."

"I thought I was the only one but I am glad there are people knows about the commotion from the Empire." Said Grayson.

Natalie continues,"Even though there are villages that don't allow hybrids, hybrids will just break that rule and just do whatever they wanted. Even though it is risky and dangerous, but I know there has to be a village that has humans and hybrids living together and trust each other. Of course I venture around and found Veridian, they have good supplies and a lot of nice people that will help us."

"Excuse me, I don't want to interrupt of this conversation."

I looked at the women behind Natalie, well all of us,"You all should get some rest from all that battle that happened close to the village, it seems that you've been a rough adventure."

"Sure we'll get some rest, thank you." Mia thanked the lady as she left.

"Come one guys, let's go to the Inn."

"I hope there will be rooms for us."

"Uh, not exactly, there are no room."

"Come one! No privacy! Ugh..."
