It's been nearly a full week since I fought Noir. Even at a weakened state I was still able to overcome the challenge. This pushed my status of strongest student even more.

I also began dating Ruby. Whenever we went out to eat she would ask for piggyback rides. I either flew to the restaurants or jogged lightly at a pace that was still faster than any car out there. I was on top of the world. I was then called to Ozpin's office.

Ozpin:"(Y/n), sit down. We need to talk."

I nodded and sat in the chair across from him as he sat behind his desk.

Ozpin:"As you may know, people have often compared you to the heroes of old."

"Yeah. And that's all I've been hearing about them."

Ozpin:"Well, I think you deserve to know exactly who they were."

I nodded and listened intently to his next words.

Ozpin:"Many, many, centuries ago, an unknown pod crashed near the southeast mountains of Vale. Inside was a child from another planet, she would later be known as Son Goka."

"You mean Son Goku?"

Ozpin:"No, her name is Goka. She was raised by her adoptive granpa, Gohan. He raised her well and when she was 14, she met someone who would inevitably change their lives as they know it. This person was known as Bauxer Briefs, the genius son of the Briefs Family. The founders of Capsule Corp."

No way...

Ozpin:"They went on a mystical journey for the seven magical orbs known as the Dragon Balls and made many friends along the way. They stopped the Red Ribbon Army which was an early predecessor of the allied nations of Atlas and Vacuo. Time went on as she grew older and started a family with a man known as Pi-Pi. They had a daughter who they called Gochan."

This is insane...

Ozpin:"Goka, Piccolo, Gochan and many others faced powerful foes on multiple occasions. One was her brother, and then two more of her species."

"The Saiyans right?"

He nodded.

Ozpin:"One was a bald, evil, yet somehow entertaining man known as Nappa. Next was the Princess of the Saiyans, Vegeta. They fought and Goka's team came out victorious but they were left with major damage."

"Sounds about right. Vegeta was a formidable foe."

Ozpin:"They traveled to a planet called Namek in search of Dragon Balls."

"Heh, good ol' Namek. I remember being sent out on a mission there. Boy was it rough, everyone running around looking for Dragon Balls, fighting each other, trying to stay under the radar. It was a whole ordeal."

Ozpin smiled lightly.

Ozpin:"And you know who all was there, correct?"

"Yeah. Vegeta, Gochan, Krillin, Zarbon, Dodoria, The Ginyus, Frieza, Goku, and let's not forget the most important person there was... Cui!"

Ozpin started to chuckle and I did too.

Ozpin:"Yes. And as you know, it was quite brutal. That's when Goka became a Super Saiyan."

Ozpin continued to tell me the story of the Z Fighters. All seemed normal until he mentioned the Shadow Dragons. This meant that in this world, Beerus never woke up and that Uub was born.

Ozpin:"After that, a mysterious virus struck all of the ki users. This wiped out the strongest warriors and left everyone else to mourn.

"Huh... I see..."

Ozpin:"Mhm. And Qrow told you about Salem. She and I were still at war at the time they were around. We never intervened with them because we would be wiped out instantly."

"Makes sense."

Ozpin:"That's all I have to tell. Sometime after they were gone, quirks became a thing and the teachings of ki were cast to obscurity."

"Speaking of which, Ozpin, after Damien it became clear to me that anyone can use ki if they got it gifted to them. Which is why, I want to create a club and teach my classmates about ki. They're not like me. They have auras, quirks, and semblances. They should be able to pick it up faster than I ever could."

Ozpin:"I'll allow it. Just take this paper and get at least five other students to sign and you'll be the club president."

"Thank you sir. And one more thing, can you show me what Goka and Vegeta looked like?"

He nodded and typed something on his desk and a picture appeared.

"Well aren't they adorable? Thanks Ozpin, I'll be back with the signatures!"

Ozpin:"See you soon."

I walked out his office and started to think about things.

"If I could go back in time, I could see how they compare to my versions of Goku and Vegeta."

Elsewhere

Towa:"My, my, my, it seems that this world had their own powerful warriors."

A fly was on the ceiling of Ozpin's room and flew out the window. Towa was watching the live recording somewhere in a forest through a scroll she stole.

Towa:"If I can get to watch them in action Mira should have enough energy to subdue (Y/n)."

She smiled to herself and began to prepare a journey to the past.

With You

I decided to head to Ruby's dorm and knocked on her door. She opened the door and smiled sweetly at me.

Ruby:"Hi (Y/n)!!"

She jumped into my arms and kissed my cheek. I chuckled and kissed her nose which caused her to giggle.

"Hey, wanna join my club?"

Ruby:"Of course!"

I handed her the paper and she signed it.

Ruby:"What's your club?"

"Well, I'm gonna teach my classmates how to use ki."

She gasped and stars appeared in her eyes.

Ruby:"Does that mean I can shoot lasers like: PEW PEW! Or? Like PEW! ZWOOP! KACHAA!"

She made finger guns and shot them everywhere and made cute noises with it. I smiled and rubbed her head which made her stop and lean into my hand. I could've sworn I heard her purr lightly.

"Could you let me in so I can ask your team?"

She nodded and dragged me inside.

Yang:"Hey bro."

"Are you saying bro in a friendly, general sense or are you saying that because I'm dating your sister?"

Yang:"The latter."

Ruby:"Yang! We're not married." *mumbles* "Not yet anyway..."

"Huh?"

Ruby:"N-Nothing!"

"Okay... I wanted to know if you want to join my club? I'm trying to teach ki."

Yang:"Seriously?!"

Weiss:"That's incredible!"

Blake:"It does sound really useful."

"Yeah. With all you super powered kids you should be able to pick it up in no time. Soon you'll be flying to your destinations. But be careful flying over certain areas. The military back home is strict about their airspace. Once, they shot missiles at me."

Ruby:"Oh nuuu! They're gonna pay with their lives for hurting my (Y/n)!"

She grabbed her scythe as fire swirled around her body. Her team hid behind me frightened. I sighed and rubbed her head to calm her down.

"But it didn't hurt much. It was just annoying like having someone flick your nose."

Yang:"I know what you mean. But I'll be happy to sign up."

I handed them the paper and they signed their names.

"Sweet. Just need one more."

There was a knock on the door and Ruby opened it showing, Joan, Pyrrha, Kirishima, Rias, Akeno, Izuki, Iida, Uraraka, and Ryuko.

"Talk about convenient. Join my club!"

I held out the paper as Rias took it and read out loud what it was about. They soon got excited for it and wrote their names down.

Kirishima:"Ah man I'm so pumped!"

"I'm glad you are. There's going to be a time where I can't help everyone so this is to help you get stronger. Once you get a decent handle on ki, you'll be able to shoot regular ki blasts, fly on your own, and increase your physical prowess."

Rias:"Is it okay if I bring my peerage along?"

"Sure but if Issei does something pervy it's your job to smack him upside the head. 3 strikes and I'll blast him to oblivion."

Everyone just laughed as I looked at her.

"I'm being deadass."

She gulped and nodded. I just laughed and gave her a pat on the shoulder as everyone went on their way.

"Well, thanks a million you guys. I gotta turn in this sheet to Ozpin."

Ruby then jumped on my back.

Ruby:"I'm coming with. I wanna go on a date later."

"Sure thing."

Weiss:"Remember, we have our final exams in a few more weeks."

Ruby:"I know."

Yang:"Yeah Rubes. If you want to become a huntress you need to give it your all on the exams. If you don't pass your tests, then you won't be able to cuddle with (Y/n)."

Ruby:"You monster! He deserves all the cuddles in the world! And I'll be the one to give it to him."

That could be taken out of context.

Ruby:"I promise I'll do my very best!"

I just smiled and began walking to Ozpin's office with Ruby still riding on my back.

Ruby:"Are you nervous about the exams?"

"Not really. I didn't just work out at the gym. I worked out at the library as well. I made it my goal to not be a pushover. Whether that be in physical combat or through standardized tests."

Ruby:"That's good to hear. I'm nervous."

"You'll be fine if you study. You should study with Weiss, Yaoyorozu, or Izuki. They'll get you on track."

Ruby:"Can't I study with you?"

"I'd just be a distraction to you. Plus I like to go in guns blazing with no knowledge on what might be."

Ruby:"But what're you going to do if you fail?"

"Then I fail. Besides, I'm only here for Mira and Towa. Once that's over, I'm done. I would've done what I needed to."

Ruby:"Oh..."

Her grip loosened and she sounded disheartened. We made it to Ozpin and turned in the sheet. He gave me a key to an empty room I could use. Ruby and I still went on that date and it was incredibly fun. The day ended with her falling asleep while leaning against as we stared at the sunset. I took her back to her dorm and looked out the window.

"Once I'm done with Mira and Towa, I'll head back home."
