"Saan ka pupunta?" Napahinto ako sa pag lakad when I heard Kazan's voice sa likod ko.

I am with Laurie, pupunta kami sa New Cresthill. No allies will come with us. I don't fear death, dahilan ko lang kila Astrea at Kari na I'm scared to get killed by the hunters.

Tch. I'll kill them first before they can kill me.

"Wag kang makialam Kazan." Hinarap ko siya. He is standing right in front of me.

"Your business is my business, mate.", I laughed at him sarcastically. Did he just called me mate?

Lumapit ako sa kanila at tinitigan siya sa mata. Tinitigan niya rin ako pabalik kaya napangisi ako sa isip ko.

Good job, Kazan.

"You will go to your room and forget following and talking to me." He stopped moving for a while before turning his back on me at umalis.

I just compelled an Alpha. Two points for me.

"That was easy." I smiled at Laurie boastfully.

Nag lakad pa kami papunta sa gate ng Academe. Laurie, Morgan and Zamantha casted another temporary spell para hindi maka labas ang mga students dito sa Academe.

"Let us out." We are able to pass the gate through her words.

We walked even farther until maka rating kami na road na may mga dumadaang sasakyan.

We waited a couple of minutes hanggang sa may marinig na akong isang sasakyan. Humarang ako sa gitna ng daan to stop the car.

My plan worked dahil huminto ang sasakyan.

The driver started beeping his car pero I remained still kaya lumabas siya sa sasakyan niya.

The angry teenager shouted in annoyance.

"Ano ba? Alis diyan!" After he stepped out of his car nag teleport ako papunta sa likod siya and then bite his neck until he's dead.

Tinulak ko lang siya sa daan at pumasok sa sasakyan.

"Hop in." I called Laurie as I tap the passenger's chair.

"Once a beast, always a beast," she commented pero nginisian ko lang.

"Whatever you say."

......

After a couple hours of driving, naka rating na kami sa New Cresthill. It's almost 12 midnight but the people here are still wild and partying.

"Let's go." Hinila ko si Laurie papunta sa isang bar counter na malapit sa amin at umupo sa isang stall.

We do know na nasa asylum sila ng hunters pero we don't know a single fucking idea about where we can find that place.

We need to get to that place as early as possible.

To save Ice and Hera or To save our Academe and home.

In neither way, win or win.

"Hi." The girl beside me looked at me at tinaasan ako ng kilay.

Tss, humans.

"What?" Tinitigan ko siya sa mata. And after a couple of seconds, she freezes habang titig na titig sa mata ko.

"Where is the hunter's asylum?" I am just sitting beside her, waiting for her answer.

"Nine blocks from here, makikita niyo ang asylum ng mga hunters. But be careful, I know who are. A vampire and a witch." And after that the girl started laughing.

What the heck! Hindi siya na compel?

"Vladamir Fang." Tinignan ko si Laurie. She is looking at somewhere kaya tinignan ko ang tinitignan niya.

My eyes widened when I saw Vlad looking at us habang naka ngisi sa amin. And this stupid prime vampire, meron pang babaeng tao ang naka sandal sa kaniya.

For some reason, my blood boiled dahil sa nakita ko.

Vlad whispered something to the girl bago lumapit sa amin. The girl suddenly disappeared.

"Jealous eh?" He playfully smiled at me. Vlad created a clone which is the girl na kasama niya kanina.

And this girl that I compelled, Vlad compelled her first before I compelled her.

This vampire and his games.

"Let's keep going." Laurie started walking.  Nag katinginan kami ni Vlad and then sinundan si Laurie.

......

"So this is the place." Tinignan ko lang paligid.

I can smell a lot oglf metals from here. You know, the bullets and guns. The gate is high and wide but we can easily jump on it.

I am about to jump pero hinila ni Laurie ang braso ko so I looked at her. Her eyes are close.

"Vlad, gawa ka ng isang vampire clone." Vlad gladly made one.

The vampire clone jumped through the gate pero hindi pa siya nakakababa ay naging abo na siya.

"A witch casted a spell on it. I know both of you are strong enough to pass the spell barrier but mayroong trap dun. You won't get burn but the hunters will trap you." That make sense.

Tinignan ko ulit ang gate at ngumisi. Simon, Medea and the hunters did pretty well on this one.

A vampire free asylum.

"How can we get inside then?" Vlad asked habang bored na naka tayo sa tabi ko.

"A simple spell from a powerful witch." Laurie glared at me dahil sa pang-aasar ko sa kaniya.

Laurie stepped back and then itinapat niya ang kamay niya sa gate.

"Eḻuttuppiḻai taṭaiyai uṭaikka"

And then she started to say weird witch language as usual.

"Done. Let's go." Laurie finally announced after a minute of wainting.

Vlad jumped through the gate and I did the same thing.

"Vampires!" Laurie shouted moderately para hindi marinig ng mga hunters.

"What?" Si Vlad na ang sumagot sa kaniya.

"How am I supposed to pass this gate idiots?" I can imagine her annoyed face right now so I laughed mentally.

Vlad is going to jump na dapat to get Laurie but I stopped him.

"Ako na." He smiled at me again as if saying na you're jealous ano?

Tinaasan ko lang ng kilay si Vlad and then tinalon na ang gate at kinuha si Laurie from the other side at bumalik sa loob ng asylum.

"May mga nakapasok!"

I can hear the hunter's footsteps and voices. They are about 20 meters away from us and they are all running.

"Here we go again." I said in the most boring tone.

We just waited here sa gate until dumating ang mga hunters.

The time na nakita na kami ng hunters na naka tayo sa gate, they started shooting us with their useless guns.

Vlad and I teleported papunta sa hunters and we tilted their heads one by one.

Easy peas.

The hunters are already dead. So we just basically wasted a minute of our time killing these weak hunters.

And oh, may silencer ang baril nila so the hunters na nasa loob wasn't able to hear the gun shots.

"Let's go find Ice and his human." nauna na akong pumasok sa loob.

"Wait, Arcadia." Laurie handed us a piece of ring.

"What is this?" Pag tanong ni Vlad while he is putting it on his finger.

"Invisibility ring. We only have ten minutes and the effect of the ring will be gone." Laurie answered.

Oh, cool. Never heard anything about this invisibility ring thingy.

Sinuot ko na ang ring and naunang pumasok sa asylum.

Now it's time to play hide and seek with Ice.
