AS THE THREE OF THEM MADE THEIR WAY up the steep hill that lead them to the centre of the small town, The Doctor gawking at Amy the entire time. Reese couldn't help but laugh lightly at the gobsmacked look that had stayed on his face since the redhead had revealed her true identity.

"You're Amelia." He sputtered.

"And you're late." Amy retorted angrily.

"Amelia Pond, you're the little girl." The Doctor repeated.

"I'm Amelia and you're late."

"What happened?"

Amy looked at him in annoyance. "Twelve years."

"You hit me with a cricket bat." The Raggedy Man complained, his lips pulled into a frown.

Pulling her skirt down slightly as she scoffed, Amy shook her head. "Twelve years!" The ginger then looked over to Reese and pointed The Doctor in her direction. "Plus, the cricket bat was her, not me."

Reese put her hands up in defense as The Doctor then turned his head to face her, looking all types of offended at the fact she'd knocked him out so harshly.

"I thought you were a burglar!" Reese defended herself. "What else was I supposed to do?"

He continued to gape at her. "Um, perhaps not violently whack me across the head with a cricket bat," he suggested sarcastically. "That would have been nice."

Rolling her eyes, the Williams girl came to a stop in front of Amy and The Doctor. "Well, that's just too bad isn't it?" She goaded him. "Anyways, I did it for Ames. Like she said, twelve years, it's quite bad that you made her wait that long for you to come back."

Obviously, Reese had no idea what the real identity of this man was when she used said cricket bat on him, but he didn't need to know that.

Amy, who looked appreciative of her blonde friend backing her up, nodded along. "Yeah, exactly!" She chimed back in. "Twelve years, and four psychiatrists!"

The three then continued to walk, and The Doctor peered at Amy curiously.

"Four?" He asked.

"I kept biting them." Amy revealed, looking sheepish.

Reese let out a giggle as the memories of a small Amy, storming through the front door of the Williams residence after an argument with her aunt, came flooding back to her. Her laughter caused her redheaded friend to glare lightly at her.

Shrugging, Reese responded. "Sorry, those were just some fun times I was remembering."

A smirk made its way onto The Doctor's face for a few seconds, before he turned back to Amy, asking her "Why did you keep biting them?"

She shrugged. "They said you weren't real."

The small smile that appeared on The Doctor's face at Amy's words ended up disappearing when the familiar and loud voice from before spoke once again. But this time it was coming from the speakers of an ice-cream van parked a few feet away from the trio.

"Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated."

Reese raised her eyebrows in surprise, whilst Amy groaned in annoyance.

"No, no, no, come on. What?" The kissogram complained. "We're being staked out by an ice-cream van."

The Doctor rushed over to the van, causing the two women to follow him hurriedly.

"What's that?" The Doctor asked the ice-cream van driver, a man Reese was familiar with named Carl. "Why are you playing that?"

"Something tells me that Carl isn't the one broadcasting the message." Reese stated, sending Carl a quick smile. "Right, Carl?"

The ice-cream man nodded at her. "It's supposed to be Claire De Lune."

The Williams girl then turned to the Raggedy Man with an 'I told you so' expression, but he paid no attention to the snarky look on the blonde girl's face. Instead his attention was drawn to the radio, which was now playing the same message directed at Prisoner Zero, and then it ended up coming through someone's phone, and a jogger's ipod.

Reese furrowed her brows in confusion as she gazed around, noticing how most people that were out and about now had their attention drawn to the nearest electronic device, which were all emitting the same message over and over again.

"Doctor, what's happening?" Amy asked.

There was no answer from the man, who instead opted to grab both Reese and Amy by the hand, pulling them along to the nearest house as the continuous voice spoke again.

"Repeat, Prisoner Zero will vacate the human residence or the human residence will be incinerated."

。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆

Reese audibly groaned as she realised who's house The Doctor had ended up dragging them into. She saw Amy wince and looked at her with slight sympathy as they reached the door of the Angelo residence. It was bad enough that she had just had a terrifying encounter with an alien back at the Pond house, but now she was being dragged into her ex-boyfriend's house? Hadn't she been through enough?

Walking into Mrs Angelo's living room, the elderly lady looked up in surprise at the intrusion. Reese sent the woman a small, sheepish smile. Despite having openly avoided both Jeff and his nan in the weeks following the break-up, Reese did actually have a lot of time for the lady.

The Doctor also shot the old woman a large grin. "Hello! Sorry to burst in." He apologised. "We're doing a special on television faults in this area." The Raggedy Man pointed to himself and Reese, before remembering Amy's attire, and adding, "also crimes."

Reese turned her attention to the TV, letting out a quiet "ew," when she saw the image of a large eyeball on the screen. Mrs Angelo continued trying to change the channel, but to no avail.

"Let's have a look." He requested, taking the remote from Mrs Angelo's hand.

"I was just about to phone, it's on every channel." She informed him, before turning around to the two girls. "Oh, hello Reese, dear. How have you been? I've not seen you in ages."

Reese wanted to do nothing more than make a snarky comment about the woman's grandson, and his wandering lips (and hands) that lead to their split. But, she managed to restrain herself when she saw the kind smile on the pensioner's face.

"Yeah, I've been fine, Mrs Angelo." Reese answered her. "Bit of a busy day."

Understatement of the century, the blonde thought to herself.

With the attention of Jeff's nan now away from her, Reese wandered over to where The Doctor stood, coming to a stop near him and screwing her face up at the image on the television.

"Why is it like that?" She asked him, tilting her head at the TV.

He peered down at her briefly, taking his eyes off the remote. "I assume this is their way of trying to get Prisoner Zero's attention, by putting it on every channel." He explained to her, flicking through the TV.

Reese nodded. "Oh. . .um, I just meant. . .why does it look like a giant eyeball?" She could feel her cheeks going slightly red with embarrassment.

Now her question sounded slightly dumb in comparison with his answer for the question he'd thought she asked.

"Oh," The Doctor responded sheepishly. "Well, that I don't quite know. . .yet."

"Ah, okay."

The two then fell silent, in time to hear Mrs Angelo begin talking to Amy.

"Amy dear, are you a policewoman now?" She asked the redhead, looking questionably at the short skirt and police vest the young woman was wearing.

"Well," Amy gulped. "Sometimes."

Reese felt a smirk grow on her face as her best friend's face started to flush.

"I thought you were a nurse?" The old woman continued to wonder.

"I can be a nurse. . ." Amy nodded.

"Or, actually, a nun?"

This last question was the one that caused Reese to laugh, but she quickly covered her mouth with a few of her fingers before Mrs Angelo could hear her.

"I dabble!" Amy concluded, shooting the Williams girl a brief warning look.

Clearing her throat so that she didn't sound as though she had been laughing, Reese piped up. "Yeah, Mrs Angelo, Amy has her fingers in all the pies."

At the blonde's cheeky reply, The Doctor's stare turned somewhat disapproving, and Reese merely rolled her eyes at him.

Jeff's gran looked as though she wanted to move on from whatever the other three seemed to be talking about, so she sent the redhead a nice smile.

"Amy, who's your friend?"

The Doctor looked up from whatever had his attention before. "Who's Amy?" He wondered aloud, looking over to the girl in question. "You were Amelia."

Amy gave him a weird look. "Yeah? Now I'm Amy."

"I'm Reese," spoke the shorter woman, raising a hand. "You know, if anyone cares."

"Amelia Pond, that was a great name." He protested, not responding to Reese's comment, much to her annoyance.

Amy clenched her jaw, narrowing her eyes as she did so. "Bit fairytale." She sassed him back.

The Williams girl winced at her friend's tone, letting out a low whistle as she saw The Doctor's look of annoyance at Amy's response.

"I know you, don't I?" Mrs Angelo cut into the tense silence that had fallen over the room. "I've seen you somewhere before."

The Doctor merely shook his head at the woman, walking over to her and making a strange face. "Not me, brand new face. First time on."

This comment caused Reese to tilt her head in confusion. Brand new face? What did that even mean?

Mrs Angelo looked just as confused at the others in the room.

Turning his attention back to Amy, he asked "And what sort of job's a kissogram?"

Amy seemed somewhat reluctant to answer the question posed to her. "I go to parties and I kiss people." She informed him.

The Doctor looked appalled at this revelation, so Reese decided to add more fuel to the fire by adding,  "With outfits!"

Amy glowered at her, and Reese smiled innocently across to her.

"It's a laugh!" The ginger girl defended herself when she saw The Doctor's expression.

"You were a little girl five minutes ago!" He chided.

The disapproval in his voice caused Reese to frown at him slightly, not liking the tone he used to speak to her friend.

"Yeah, maybe for you." the Williams girl retaliated quite harshly.

This shut him up promptly, and Amelia shot her blonde friend a grateful glance. "You're worse than my aunt." She complained to The Doctor.

"I'm the Doctor, I'm worse than everybody's aunt!" He retorted, before turning to face Mrs Angelo again. "And that is not how I'm introducing myself."

Reese moved out of the way as he brushed past her, in order to reach the small radio in front of them. He then brought out his blue and silver screwdriver again, using it on the small device. Through the portable radio the four of them were then able to hear the same voice from before.

"Répétez, le Prisonnier-" It spoke in French, before switching to German as The Doctor pressed his screwdriver again. "-Zero wird der menschliche-"

"Okay, so it's everywhere, in every language," The Raggedy Man established, turning off the radio. "They're broadcasting to the whole world."

He then ran over to the window, causing Amy and Reese to follow suit, both girls sharing a confused look as he opened the window, poking his head out of it and looking up to the sky.

"What's up there? What are you looking for?" Amy asked him.

Reese then walked over to the other window nearer the back of the room, copying The Doctor's actions from before, peering up at the sky for a brief second before looking over at The Doctor with their heads both out of the window.

"Is it that big eye thing?" She queried. "Do you think that it was a spaceship or something?"

Even Reese was shocked at how naturally that question slipped out of her mouth. She brought her head in from the window in sync with The Doctor, and he was now looking at her curiously before nodding in response to her question, satisfying the Williams girl enough for her not question him much further.

"Okay, planet this size, two poles, your basic molten core?" He rambled to himself. "They're going to need a forty percent fission blast."

This all sounded like gibberish to Reese as she observed the quick way he talked with a quirked eyebrow. The front door to the Angelo house, drawing everyone's attention to the tall, buff-looking man that walked into the living room.

"Oh, for god sake." Reese found herself muttering, clenching her jaw as she watched her ex-boyfriend walk into the room.

Jeff looked taken aback by the amount of people in his front room, his eyes landing on Reese, looking like he wanted to say something to her, but was stopped in his tracks by The Doctor quickly walking up to him.

"But they'll have to power up first, won't they?" The Raggedy Man continued to talk as he and Jeff stared awkwardly at each other. "So assuming a medium-sized starship, that's twenty minutes."

The Doctor used his tiptoes in order to become equal heights with Jeff, coming back down after a few seconds. Reese looked on in bewilderment as the two men continued to stare the other down, though Jeff just looked thoroughly confused.

"Twenty minutes to what?" Reese asked, relieved when The Doctor finally walked away from Jeff, following his figure as he walked back over to them.

"Are you The Doctor?" Jeff asked.

This question caught both the man in question, and also Reese and Amy, off guard. Reese looked confusedly at her ex, wondering how he could possibly have known the Raggedy Man's identity so quickly.

It seemed as though the newcomer's question flicked a switch in Mrs Angelo's memory. The older woman then turned and faced the other three with an excited expression. "He is, isn't he?" She asked Amy. "He's the Doctor! The Raggedy Doctor! All those cartoons you did when you were little. The Raggedy Doctor, it's him!"

As Amy's face went nearly as red as her hair, Reese made a noise of recognition, suddenly realizing the reason everyone else was able to recognise him so quickly.

"Cartoons?" The Doctor asked bemusedly, walking round to take a seat on the sofa.

Jeff became increasingly more excited as he also put all the pieces together. "Gran, it's him, isn't it?" The man asked his grandmother. "It's really him!"

Amy sighed deeply from her spot behind Reese, glowering through her hands at the Angelo boy. Feeling a bit bad for her embarrassed friend, the Williams girl turned to Jeff, sending a glare his way.

"Jeff, shut up, will you?" She snapped, not really feeling that bad when her ex-boyfriend's face fell. She turned back to The Doctor as he sat on the couch, staring at the TV. "Twenty minutes to what?" She asked him once again.

As the eye on the TV continued with it's warning, The Doctor turned to face the blonde. "The human residence, they're not talking about Amy's house." He realised. "They're talking about the planet."

Reese's breath hitched involuntarily at his words. "What?" Her question came out quietly.

"Somewhere up there, there's a spaceship and it's going to incinerate the planet." He repeated, turning back to face the television. "Twenty minutes to the end of the world."

Amy turned from looking at The Doctor and moved her focus onto Reese, who wore the same panicked expression that the redhead did.

"Well. . ." Reese breathed out. "Shit."

。・:*:・゚★,。・:*:・゚☆

Reese fiddled nervously with her pink-tipped hair as she walked a little bit behind Amy and The Doctor as they made their way back into the centre of Leadworth. She moved out of the way of a young boy who was playing with a toy helicopter, and the Williams girl couldn't help but envy his obliviousness to the predicament that the rest of them were in right now.

"What is this place?" She heard The Doctor ask. "Where am I?"

"Leadworth." The two girls chorused.

"Where's the rest of it?" He wondered, causing Reese to laugh loudly.

"This is it." Amy told him.

"Is there an airport?"

Reese sighed. "I bloody wish."

"A nuclear power station?"

Amy scoffed. "No."

"Even a little one?" The Doctor tried, peering at Amy, then over his shoulder to Reese.

"Actually, yeah!" Reese jested.

The man in front of her whirled around, a hopeful glint in his eye. "Really?"

Reese then shot him a deadpan look. "No."

Huffing in annoyance at her teasing, The Doctor turned back around. "Nearest city?" He asked Amy.

"Gloucester, half an hour by car." She answered him.

"We don't have half an hour." He reminded her. "Do we have a car?"

"No."

"Well, that's good!" Sarcasm was dripping from every word coming out of The Doctor's mouth. "Fantastic, that is! Twenty minutes to save the world and I've got a post office. . .and it's shut!"

Reese's lips formed into a thin line, she had to admit, they were in quite a sticky situation right now. So, his annoyance was understandable when it came to how useless the small town really was to them currently.

"What is that?" She heard The Doctor ask, pointing towards the small pond in the middle of the grass a small distance away.

"The duck pond?" Reese wondered, her and Amy running after him as he made his way over to it.

"Why aren't there any ducks?" He inquired.

Amy shrugged. "I don't know, there's never any ducks!"

"Then how do you know it's a duck pond?"

"It just is! Is it important, the duck pond?"

Before he could answer Amy's question, The Doctor's entire body trembled for a second, and Reese stepped back in surprise.

"I don't know, why would I know?" He responded, coming to sit on the ground, clutching at his chest as his face contorted in pain. "I'm not ready, I'm not done yet."

Reese stepped forward again, looking at the man on the ground with worry. "Are you okay?" She asked him.

He nodded briefly, before everyone's attention was drawn up to the sky, that began to darken. Almost as though it were starting to become slightly overcast.

"What's happening? Why's it going dark?" The tall redhead asked from beside Reese.

Reese peered up at the sun, watching as it started to flicker a strange grey colour, it reminded Reese of those videos on Youtube of people that had recorded a solar eclipse. Then, within seconds, the sun came back out, but not without looking slightly weirder than before. Almost like it was on fire, burning a bright orange.

"So what's wrong with the sun?" Amy voiced the question that Reese had been thinking.

"Nothing, you're looking at it through a force-field. They've sealed off your upper atmosphere, now they're getting ready to boil the planet." His statement caused the two girls to look down at him in alarm. He then stood back up, looking at the village green, where a crowd had formed, all of them using their phones to take a picture of the strange-looking sun. "Oh, and here they come, the human race. The end comes, as it was always going to - down a video phone!"

"You know," Reese piped up, her hands on her hips as she looked at him with an annoyed expression. "You use an annoying amount of sarcasm, has anyone ever told you that? And that's coming from me."

Ignoring the snarky comment, Amy had her hands clasped under her chin, and an expression that looked as though she was rethinking every life decision she had ever made that led her to this very moment.

"This isn't real, is it?" The Scot theorized. "This is some kind of big wind-up."

The Doctor looked confused. "Why would I wind you up?" He asked her.

"You told me you had a time machine." She shot back.

"And you believed me."

"Then I grew up!"

The Raggedy Man groaned in despair. "Oh, you never want to do that." He warned. "No, hang on,  shut up, wait! I missed it." He then smacked his forehead hard, and Reese flinched at the noise. "I saw it and I missed it. What did I see?"

It seemed as though The Doctor had spaced out, and Reese sighed, throwing her hands up in the air. "Well, that's helpful of him." She moaned, turning to Amy, who still looked panicked.

Reese placed her hand on the ginger's shoulder. "Ames?" The redhead looked at her through her lashes. "I understand that you're probably going through a bit of an existential crisis right now, but I promise you, this isn't a dream, okay? This is really happening, and I'm really confused, too." The blonde let out a light laugh at the end of her sentence.

Amy didn't really respond, only letting out a shaky breath. Suddenly, The Doctor moved from behind them, out of whatever daydream he had been in. Both girls looked at him expectantly.

"Twenty minutes." Was all he said at first. "I can do it. Twenty minutes, the planet burns. Run to your loved ones and say goodbye, or stay and help me."

Reese raised her eyebrows at the sudden arrogance in his voice, crossing her arms and looking over at Amy for a response.

"No." Amy said simply.

The Doctor seemed taken aback at her response. "I'm sorry?"

Amy then grabbed The Doctor's tie roughly, starting to drag him along to where a car had just pulled up. Reese hastily followed behind, not really knowing what to do in this situation. The redhead then pushed The Doctor up against the car as the driver stepped out, slamming his tie in the car door and locking the car with the owner's keys.

"Are you out of your mind?!" The Doctor barked, looking at Amy in shock.

"Who are you?" Amy demanded to know, glaring harshly at him.

"You know who I am." He tried.

"No, really, who are you?"

Reese, maybe against her better judgement, took a step towards her friend. "Ames, maybe this discussion could wait until after-"

But Amy cut her off, glaring at her just as angrily. "No, Reese, it can't! Now shut up!"

"Got it, yep." Reese stood back, smiling awkwardly at Mr Henderson as the older man looked at between Amelia and the man who she had just trapped in his car. "Hello, Mr Henderson."

Realising that Reese wasn't going to help him in any way, The Doctor continued to plead with Amy. "Look at the sky! End of the world, twenty minutes!"

"Better talk quickly, then!" Amy snapped back.

Mr Henderson looked over to Amy. "Amy," He started nervously. "I am going to need my car back."

Amy closed her eyes and took in a breath through her nose, looking over to the old man. "Yes, in a bit. Now go and have coffee."

Reese nodded at these words, placing her hand on Henderson's shoulder. "Yeah, come on, I'll walk you over." She told the man.

She knew that Amy and The Doctor needed to talk. Maybe not properly just yet, what with the world ending in approximately eighteen minutes, but they needed to have some sort of discussion. And she didn't want to be some awkward bystander whilst this was happening. The Doctor was Amy's "imaginary friend", and whatever they were about to discuss, Reese wanted to be respectful and let them have that moment to themselves.

It didn't take long to walk Mr Henderson over to the small cafe, sending him a small smile as he wandered through the door, Reese let the smile fall as soon as he turned his back to her. She glanced back over to where the other two were still talking, but now it looked as though Amy was holding something in her hand.

Reese started to walk slowly back over to them, the short distance not taking too long to walk. As she got closer, she saw the beginning of a small smile appear on The Doctor's face, and how the once-angry face that Amy had was now softening. She took this as her cue to approach them again.

As soon as Reese had reached them, Amy held up the car keys in her hands, pressing the button to unlock the car, looking at The Doctor with a determined stare.

"What do we do?" Amy asked him.

Now, with an actual smile, The Doctor looked at the two women before nodding in the direction of the people on the village green.

"Stop that nurse!" He instructed them.

As the trio quickly approached the figure in the nurse's scrubs, Reese felt herself sigh inwardly as she realised who they were running towards. Her older (adopted, as the two of them often liked reminding each other) brother, Rory, was standing with his back to everyone else. The younger Williams sibling could already predict his reaction to the entire situation.

The Raggedy Man swiftly grabbed Rory's phone from his hand, giving Rory a weird look. "The sun's going out, and you're photographing a man and a dog." He observed. "Why?"

Amy and Reese caught up, joining The Doctor, and each standing on opposite sides of Rory. Noticing Amy first, obviously, Rory looked surprised to see his girlfriend.

"Because he's a weirdo," Reese took the liberty of answering The Doctor's question on behalf of her brother.

The sound of her voice made Rory turn and face her, also looking surprised to see his sister. "Reese!" He greeted. "Shouldn't you be at college?"

Rolling her eyes, Reese waved him off. "Oh, hush. You sound just like dad."

Rory shot her a dirty look, causing The Doctor to stare curiously at the pair of them, questioning the immediate hostile environment between Reese and the nurse.

"This is Rory." Amy introduced. "He's Reese's brother, and a. . .friend of mine."

"Boyfriend." Rory corrected.

"Kind of boyfriend." Amy hastily spoke, causing Reese to raise her brows at the two of them.

"Amy!" Rory complained.

The Doctor seemed uninterested in the couple's small argument, stepping forward again with Rory's phone. "Man and dog, why?"

Rory's face then lit up in recognition as he pointed at The Doctor, his mouth falling open. "Oh, my God, it's him!"

Not again, Reese thought to herself as she let out an annoyed breath.

"Just answer his question, please." Amy begged, sending her boyfriend a wide-eyed look.

"It's him, though. The doctor, the Raggedy Doctor."

"Yeah, he came back." Amy responded impatiently.

"But he was a story, he was a game!" Rory insisted, and Reese growled in annoyance under her breath.

"Well, clearly he's not just a game, genius!" She hissed, gesturing wildly at the Raggedy Man with her arms. "Now, answer his question!"

Snapping out of his surprise, her brother turned back to face The Doctor. "Sorry," He apologised. "Because he can't be there, because he's-"

"-In the hospital, in a coma. . ." The Doctor and Rory spoke in unison before trailing off.

Rory nodded. "Yeah."

"Knew it," The Doctor said, placing his hand on Reese's shoulder. "Multi-form, you see? Disguises itself as anything, but it needs a live feed, a psychic link with a living but dormant mind."

Reese nodded in understanding. "So it looks like that because it's linked to that man's mind, and that man is in a coma?"

The Doctor nodded at her, indicating that she was correct. Their attention was then brought away from each other by the man and dog, well Prisoner Zero, snarling at them. Reese would never get used to seeing a full grown man literally bark at her.

"Prisoner Zero." The Doctor spoke lowly, taking his hand from her shoulder and walking towards the disguised creature.

"What, there's a Prisoner Zero too?" Rory asked, looking astonished.

"Yes." Amy sounded slightly annoyed by his incessant questioning.

An electrical buzzing from over their heads caused everyone to look up, coming face to face with the giant eyeball that they'd seen on the television at Mrs Angelo's house.

Reese nodded up at it and turned to Amy with a victorious smirk. "Told you it was a spaceship!" She boasted.

The eye then began to swivel back and forth, scanning the green, and presumably looking for Prisoner Zero.

"See, that ship up there is scanning this area for non-terrestrial technology." The Doctor's voice brought Reese's attention back to him. "And nothing says non-terrestrial like a sonic screwdriver."

The Doctor then brought his sonic device and pointed it above his head. And as soon as he did so, chaos ensued. Streetlights above shattered, the glass flying everywhere, car alarms all around them started to go off, the siren from a fire engine began wailing, followed by said fire engine starting to drive itself away. Reese let out a giggle as she watched a bunch of firemen then start to chase after the truck, yelling for it to come back as though it were a dog.

The Doctor smirked at Prisoner Zero from where he stood. "I think someone's going to notice, don't you?"

Prisoner Zero then barked at him, and The Doctor then lowered his sonic screwdriver and pointed it at the red phone box that the alien was standing near, causing it to explode. Just then, the screwdriver itself then started sparking, which caused the man holding it to drop it with a wince of pain.

"No, no, no, don't do that!"

Reese wandered over to where The Doctor was crouched down beside his broken sonic, and she sent him a sympathetic look.

"Look, it's going." She heard Rory say, looking up just in time to see the giant eyeball spaceship fly away into the sky.

The Doctor rose to his feet once more, waving his arms in an attempt to get its attention. "No,  come back, he's here! Come back!" He yelled. "He's here, Prisoner Zero is here. Come back!"

A strange noise from behind made Reese turn to face where Prisoner Zero had once been standing, only to see it turn into a weird mist and escape down one of the drains in the ground.

Amy, who had also witnessed the escape, tapped The Doctor to get his attention. "Doctor! The drain, it just sort of melted and went down the drain."

"Well, of course it did." The Raggedy Man replied, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world.

"What do we do now?" Reese asked him.

"It's hiding in human form, we need to drive it into the open." He told them. "No TARDIS, no screwdriver, seventeen minutes. Come on, think. Think!"

The four of them, now including Rory, made their way over to the drain where Prisoner Zero had been standing. Amy scrunched her face up in disgust as she mulled over the events of the past thirty minutes.

"So that thing, that hid in my house for twelve years?" The redhead checked with The Doctor.

"Multi-forms can live for millennia. Twelve years is a pit-stop." The Doctor articulated.

Reese shuddered. "That's comforting." She said sarcastically.

Ignoring the Williams girl's remark, Amy eyed The Doctor skeptically. "So how come you show up again on the same day that lot do?" She wondered. "The same minute?"

"They're looking for him, but followed me. They saw me through the crack, got a fix. They're only late 'cos I am." He explained to them all.

Rory looked at his girlfriend and then to his sister with a look of bewilderment on his face. "What's he on about?" He asked Amy.

"Now, sport, give me your phone." The Doctor held out his hand for Rory's phone again.

But the nurse held it slightly out of reach, his eyes still on Amy. "How can he be real? He was never real!"

"Phone, now, gimme!" The Doctor continued to badger, and Reese rubbed her temples, she could feel a headache coming on.

Thankfully, Rory handed his phone over to The Doctor. But that didn't stop his relentless questioning. "He was just a game, we were kids. You made me dress up as him." He reminded her.

"Oh, yeah!" Reese pointed at her brother with a slight smile on her face at the memories that came flooding back. "I always had to be his machine. You always made me make the funny noise that you heard it make!" She directed this last part to Amy, who gave her a pained smile.

"These are all coma patients?" The Doctor asked as he flipped through the pictures on Rory's phone.

Rory nodded, causing The Doctor to shake his head back. "No, they're all the multi-form." He told him. "Eight comas, eight disguises for Prisoner Zero."

"Does that mean there's a dog in a coma?" Reese asked in a sad voice.

The Doctor shook his head reassuringly at her. "The coma patient dreams he's walking a dog, Prisoner Zero gets a dog." He told Reese, and she let out a short sigh of relief. The Doctor then looked as though he was struck with an idea, and turned to Amy and Reese once more. "Laptop! Your friend, what was his name?"

Reese and Amy looked at him, awaiting a bit more information before they could know who he was talking about.

"Not him," The Doctor gestured at Rory. "The good-looking one."

"Thanks." Rory responded, offended.

Amy then clicked her finger and pointed in recognition. "Jeff." She told The Doctor.

This seemed to offend Rory even more, making Reese smirk. "Oh, thanks!" Rory shook his head.

"He had a laptop in his bag, a laptop. Big bag, big laptop, I need Jeff's laptop." The Doctor's words caused Reese to frown deeply.

"Are you sure it's Jeff's you need?" She made a face of contempt as she asked him.

The Doctor nodded in response. "Right, you two, get to the hospital, get everyone out, clear the whole floor. Phone me when you're done." He then turned to Reese, who stared at him with wide eyes, waiting for him to tell her how to help him. "You, come with me! We're gonna commandeer a laptop!"

He then grabbed her by the hand, and they set off, once again, in the direction of the Angelo residence. Reese saw Amy and Rory run quickly over to where her brother's Mini Cooper was parked, both climbing in and driving away in the direction of the hospital.

The blonde girl turned to The Doctor, raising an eyebrow at him as they both ran towards Jeff's nan's house.

Today was turning out to be a weird day.

I do not own Doctor Who, or any of the canon characters affiliated
with the show. I only own Reese and her storyline(s). All rights for Doctor Who
belong to the writers (mainly Steven Moffat), the BBC, and whomever else
helped make the amazing show that shaped my childhood and teenage years.

A/N:

chapter two!! One more and then we're done with The Eleventh Hour😂.

I hope ppl are enjoying this so far, I know it doesn't have a lot of readers rn but it's okie bc I enjoy writing it so much. Also if u are reading this, ilysm ❤️💖.

Hopefully reese's interactions with everyone are alright so far, she pretty much has established relationships and friendships with everyone so far, apart from the doctor lmao. Also I love her and rory's sibling relationship, they're honestly my favourites🥺💞.

But yeah, tysm for reading and I'll see u in the next chapter 🥰🥰!!
