Ryu, Sasuke, Haku, Itachi, and Suigetsu finally made it back to the leaf village. They were met with shocked expressions by Izumo and Kotetsu.

Izumo: Ryu, what are you doing with Itachi?!

Kotetsu: And how did you get so injured?!

Ryu: Long story short, beat Itachi, he's not evil.

Sasuke: Is Lady Hokage busy right now?

Kotetsu: Yes but...

Haku: But what?

Izumo: She's trying time heal Kira and Jiraiya. They're in pretty bad shape.

Ryu's eyes widened at this information as he immediately began running to the hospital.

Haku: Ryu wait up!

Everyone immediately went after him.

Ryu: 'What could have happened to them?!'

He kept running until he was in front of the door with Kira and Tsunade's Chakra signatures. He burst through the door to see Tsunade and Sakura using Medical Ninjutsu on the two bodies.

Ryu: Lady Hokage, what happened?!

Tsunade: Ryu?!

Sakura: Your back!

Looked over Tsunade to see that Kira was in the worst shape he had ever seen her in.

Ryu: Kira!

Kira: Ry-u...

Ryu: Who did this to you?!

Kira: It was the... Akatsuki. They were so powerful... It felt like the best... I had in me was some kind of... joke to them.

Kira was struggling to speak as her through sounded deprived of all moisture.

Ryu: Shoot!

Ryu preformed hand signs before his hand started glowing in red Chakra.

Ryu: Excuse me Lady Tsunade.

Tsunade nodded and moved out of Ryu's way.

Kira: W-what is that?

Ryu: Beast Chakra.

Ryu places his hands over Kira slowly allowing her to recover.

Ryu: Whatever happened to you used up all of your strength. You couldn't even heal properly.

Kira: Things have been going to hell ever since you Haku and Sasuke left... Asuma was killed in a battle with the Akatsuki, and even now we're going to be under attack again.

The news of Asuma dying shocked Ryu to the core.

Ryu: Not Asuma... And which of their members did this to you?

Kira: It wasn't just one of them... There was three. One of the even had *Cough* The Rinnegan.

Ryu: The Rinnegan?

Sakura: Whats that?

Ryu: An ocular Jutsu that puts the Byakugan, and even the Sharingan to shame. It was only possessed by the Sage of the Six Paths. The Father of All Shinobi. I once thought it was a legend but...

Ryu remembered seeing a person in an Akatsuki base with the Rinnegan.

Ryu: The leader.

Kira: Jiraiya and I were overwhelmed. We used Sage Mode and I had to use everything I had to get us out of here alive. But the other two, there's not even a comparison in strength... We were done the moment they transformed.

Ryu: Beast Warriors.

Sasuke Haku Itachi and Suigetsu came into the room frantic.

Haku: Don't rum off like that!

They all saw Ryu with the saddened expression on his face and became a little worried.

Suigetsu: What else is wrong?

Ryu: Itachi, who are the most powerful members of the Akatsuki?

Itachi immediately caught the drift of Ryu's question and slightly paled.

Itachi: This is bad.

Time Skip!

Itachi: So they'll make it here in that short of a time huh?

Jiraiya: Thats about the estimate.

Sasuke: 2 weeks...

Ryu: So people that are even stronger than you Itachi, who Sasuke and I BARELY managed to defeat after me releasing some Demonic Wolf inside of me, and not to mention Orochimaru coming out of Sasuke's Curse Mark, will be coming here in 2 weeks?

Itachi: Thats if we're lucky.

Ryu kept a straight face for 5 seconds before he took a breath and teleported out of the room.

Itachi: Is he going to be ok?

Sasuke: Oh Ryu? He's fine he just does that when he has to.

Haku: Wonder how far he went this time.

They all heard a slight scream along with an explosion.

Ryu: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Sakura: Apparently not far enough.

With Ryu.

Ryu started turning rocks into dust with his Wolves Claw and had kept going for about 10 minutes.

Shojo: You done now?

Ryu: Yeah. *Pant* I think I'm good now.

Shojo: Good, cause your psycho switch almost went off.

Ryu: You know sometimes I think that I'm really a danger magnet.

Shojo: Well I mean Orochimaru kidnapped you because of your eyes and natural talents, the the sound four came directly to you. And the Akatsuki are going after you cause of me- Yeah you have a lot of things that go against you.

Ryu: Well I should probably get back now.

Back in the Hospital!

Itachi: So how long does he usually take?

Naruto: Well the last time it happened he was gone for 5 minutes but the training field he was at was wrecked.

Kira: Lets hope it's not the same one again.

Tsunade: It took months to fix it the last time.

Haku: Here's to hoping.

Ryu came back looking slightly relieved.

Ryu: Ok I'm back.

Itachi: How are you feeling?

Ryu: Itachi I destroyed 300 boulders before I came back. How do you think?

Naruto: I think that's a new record.

Ryu: Oh hey Naruto. Ok Jiraiya do you know any way of training before they get here?

Jiraiya: I may know one, but it will take far to long unless... No. Its too risky.

Kira: Jiraiya your not talking about Sage mode are you?

Ryu: What? But that at least takes 3 years for someone to master.

Kira: There is one other way. But I'm not sure if even that could defeat 6 Rinnegan Shinobi.

Naruto: What is it?

Jiraiya: We can do it, but we will have to to Mount Myoboku for it. And you two, you'll have to go deeper into it to the Wolves den.

Ryu: Well, when do we leave?

Kira: As soon as Jiraiya and I recover.

Ryu: Alright then.

Ryu started walking to the door.

Haku: Where are you going this time?

Ryu: I just need to go on a walk.

He closed the door behind him and left the hospital. He flashed to the grassy hill for the first time since he left.

Ryu: Man I haven't been here in a while.

Shojo: 3 years and this place is still as green as ever.

Ryu sat down and started to meditate.

Ryu: Where are you Shadow? We need to talk.

He reopened his eyes to see he was in a void. He turned around to see Shadow with a smirk.

Shadow: Well Ryu I gotta day it was pretty rude of you to interrupt a fight like that.

Ryu: Screw off you tried to kill the person my sister loves all bets were off. And I don't remember giving you permission to use my body.

Shadow: I mean it's my body too.

Ryu: Ok first off: What the HELL was that form you used?

Shadow: Oh it's just more of Shojo's power mixed with my own.

Ryu: What?

Shojo appeared by Ryu's side looking very confused.

Shojo: Excuse me?

Shadow: You heard me. You didn't think that was all the power you had inside of you did ya? No you have way more than that. More than your brother I'll say that.

Ryu: Shonen?

Shadow: Yup. Your just to weak to access it. I on the other hand can use it no problem.

Ryu: Well then since we're pretty much the same person, how about you give me access to that power.

Shadow: Hmmm, how about you find it yourself?

Ryu: Not in the mood Shadow. If you don't, the Leaf is screwed, by extension Shojo is screwed, more by extension I'M screwed, and then your screwed.

Shadow: How about you try and grasp the concept of Sage Mode? Then I'll consider it.

Ryu snapped out of his meditation and grunted.

Ryu: How can he- *Growl* I be such a prick?!

Shojo: When you think about it he's pretty much your dark side. And can find a LOT more humor in things.

Ryu: What does that mean?

Shojo: How many times have you actually fully laughed out loud. And not a chuckle or snickering.

Ryu: Those are just my versions of laughs. Besides Sasuke and Itachi are the exact same.

Shojo: I guess it's just the Uchiha Blood.

Ryu: My blood huh?

Ryu looked up to the clouds and for a brief minute saw his mothers face before smiling.

Ryu: Definitely not.

Ryu pushed of the ground and flashed back to Konoha. He started walking and noticed Kai and May walking together.

May: Like I said, it's really not that hard.

Kai: And like I said men have parts down there for a reason.

Ryu: Hey guys.

May: Ryu! Your finally back!!

Kai: And I'm willing to bet money that you brought back Itachi!

Ryu: You guesses it.

May: Ok what was with that dragged out tone?

Ryu: What do you mean?

Kai: Ryu we've both known you for most of our lives, that's not something that you always do. Your always say something straight out or just not say anything.

Ryu: Well I might have just come back, but I'm gonna have to go again tomorrow for training.

May: Really? Man it seems like your always away weather it's a mission or training.

Ryu: Actually you really aren't wrong. I feel like I'm needed a lot in the village.

May: Well I guess the your reputation as the "Lone a Wolf" and as a Jonin it's expected.

Ryu: Speaking of, did you guys ever take the exams?

Kai: Duh. What do ya think I am crazy?

May: Both of us became Jonin a while back.

Ryu: Well that's good.

Kai: Actually Ryu, we never actually got to finish our match back when we were kids.

Ryu smirked.

Ryu: Are you looking to get beat again? Cause I'd be more than happy to help you with that.

May: Oh good grief. You two will never change.

Kai: Oh you love us and you know it.

Ryu: That she cant deny.

She rolled her eyes at the two boys.

Ryu: Alright then, let's go to our old spot.

They both grabbed onto Ryu as they teleported to an old training field.

Kai: Man this place still looks great!

May: Yeah! Like it's brand new!

Ryu: Yup.

Ryu thought of every time he came and cleaned everything since he was 10 before whistling.

Kai: Alright lets get this started.

Kai cracked his knuckles before getting into a stance.

Ryu: I'll try to keep it on an even playing field. Only my 3 Tomoes.

Ryu blinked before his Sharingan formed in his eyes.

Kai: If you insist. Let's make it a straight Taijutsu match. Only straight martial arts.

Ryu: Fine by me.

Kai created a Cloak of Flames around his body surprising Ryu.

Ryu: So you've gotten down the Inferno Cloak huh?

Kai: I have to find ways to keep up with you somehow.

In an instant both Shinobi rusher at each other going blow for blow. Kai tried a round house kick to Ryu's head but he blocked it with his right hand. Ryu went for a spinning kick being dodged by Kai. The two went back and forth for hours until it nearly became dark. They were both panting with Ryu having the clear stamina advantage while Kai looked ready to lay flat on the ground.

Ryu: Well I think *Pant* we know the winner.

Kai: No way! *Pant* This isn't over yet! Not by *Pant* a long shot.

May: That makes 3 hours.

Naruto: Geez! 3 hours?!

May looked behind her to see that Sasuke Naruto and Haku were there.

Sasuke: I didn't think anyone could go toe to toe with Ryu that long and not be out cold by now.

In one final charge the two ran at each other and landed powerful blows on each other's faces. After what seemed like 5 seconds of them standing still, Kai fell down to the ground.

Kai: Argh... Uncle...

Ryu: I win. Ahhh.

Ryu fell down next to Kai before the two looked at each other and laughed.

Kai: Man this sucks. The worse part is that you still had more strength in you.

Ryu: Don't feel down. You did pretty good.

They both looked over the other four Ninja confused.

Kai: When did they get here?

Ryu: I don't know but what I do know is that I'm beat.

Kai: Same here.

They fist bumped without getting off the ground to move.

Haku: How are those two so alike but so different?

Mei: I gave up trying to figure that out a long time ago. I guess our boyfriends can be complete mysteries too.

Haku: Amen to that.

Time Skip!

Ryu: Alright Haku, I'm off.

Haku: Make sure not to do anything reckless okay?

Ryu: Right.

They kissed before Ryu looked at Itachi.

Ryu: Itachi, your gonna be the strongest in the Village while I'm out. You'll have to hold down the fort for the attacks in case we're late.

Itachi: Leave it to me.

Ryu: Sasuke, train REALLY REALLY HARD for the attack that's bound to happen. Might wanna switch eyes too.

Sasuke: Right.

Ryu: Well I'm off. Ryu closed the door behind him before walking to the gate being met by Naruto Jiraiya and Kira.

Kira: Alright, let's go.

Ryu: By the way Kira, how long have you known about Sage Mode?

Kira: Maybe around... Since before we left the Village-

Ryu: I knew it. You were holding out on me!

Naruto: WAIT HE'S RIGHT! YOU MUST'VE TRAINED ON THAT MOUNTAIN SINCE YOU WERE OUR AGE PEVY SAGE!! YOU COMPLETELY HELD IT BACK!!

Jiraiya: Do you think either of you two could be ready for a technique so complex that even the Sharingan can't comprehend it fully?!!

Ryu: Well we're definitely ready now so let's get going.

Kira: Right. Well we should summoned any-

In a massive puff of smoke the 4 Ninja disappeared.

Ryu: So this is the Wolves den huh?

Great Sage Wolf: Oh a male Kira. That's great.

Kira: We'll need to hurry up if you can master Sage Mode in time.

Ryu: Next Time: Ferocious Wolf Sage!

Kira: Until the next one!
