🔥Natsu's P.O.V🔥

"Mom! Make an extra dish!" I said as I came in with Lucy.

"What for? Never mind." She said as she peeked at me holding Lucy. A few minutes passed until mom finished. We sat at the table and ate in silence. Wendy finished first and went straight to her room without a word.

"What brings you here Lucy?" My mom asked.

"I wanted to know if you had any open rooms, or knew anywhere that I could stay." She said quietly.

"What about your father? He'll be worried sick!"

"He can't get sick if he's not here to get sick."

"What happened? You ran up to my crying about how he left you." I cut in.

"He did leave me. I don't even think Sting knows what he did. If he finds out, he'll be out of control."

"Lucy, sweetie. I need to know what happened. Maybe we can bring you father back to his senses." My mom said.

"Not of he's dead!" She yelled. My mom and I fell silent. Lucy took out a piece of paper and her phone.

"Read the paper, then I'll show you the picture." She said sliding the paper to us.

"Dear my sweet Lucy,

I see what pain you're going through, and I can't help but think about what I could've done to help your mother. Maybe if I had helped, you wouldn't be in this miserable state. I'm sorry. But I must do this. Goodbye my dear Lucy.

From, your father."

"What did he do?" I asked as I looked at her. She gave me her phone, then sat on the chair with her legs up to where she could hug them. I looked at the picture that she had open, and I couldn't believe what her father did to himself. I showed my mom, but she couldn't take it. She stepped out.

"Your father-"

"Hung himself." She said. 

"I..I don't even know what to say to that. Why would he blame himself for your mother's death?" I questioned.

"I need help Natsu. Both of my parents are dead, my brother will blame himself or me and won't help. I have no one to talk to. No one to turn to. So please, help me." She pleaded as more tears came from her eyes.

"Do you need to grab anything from your old house?"

"No. I hardly owned anything."

"Well, that makes things easier. You're staying here with us for now."

"Thank you." She said, but this time, her face was flooded with tears. I got up from my chair and walked over to comfort her. My mom then came back in.

"Lucy's staying with us for now mom." I said strongly.

"That's fine. And Lucy, I'm so sorry. You must be torn apart right now." She said. Lucy shrugged. 

"Come on. I'll take you to my room." I said, pulling her up. I lead her to my room and sat her on my bed.

🔑Lucy's P.O.V🔑

His room was filled, but clean. Everything had a place. Everything was in it's place.

"You'll be staying in here for now. Unless you wanna room with my sister." Natsu said.

"It's fine here. I'd rather be here where I can talk to you, then be in a room where I can't talk." I said quietly. My phone rang, but I didn't answer until I got a water bottle from my bag and splashed it on my face.

"Hello?" I said in a very cheerful voice. You would never expect  that I was faking.

"Lucy! We're on our way to pick you up for the concert we planned on seeing!" Levy squealed through the phone. I mentally face palmed myself.

"Levy, I can't go today. I'm having family problems." I said.

"Oh come on! Your dad's nice! He'll let you go once I show up and ask!"

"No! Don't go to my house!" I nearly yelled.

"You're not getting out of this!" She said.

"Fine! Then pick me up somewhere else. I'm not even home right now."

"Where are you then?" 

"City park. Meet me there in seven minutes."

"Alright! She's you soon!" She hung up. I put my phone away and looked at Natsu. 

"I forgot that The Nons planned a night out tonight. Now I have to go because if they go to my house, they're going to see all of the commotion and get suspicious."

"I'm not letting you go out alone in your mental state." He said.

"You're a Popular. Once they see me with you, they'll hate me. Then I'll have no one."

"Well then proves that they aren't good friends."

"Fine. We need to go now though." I said getting up. We walked out and headed for City park.
