"Vegas..." Pete squeezed the alpha's hand as he moaned in pain. Both of them were in the hospital room as Pete was about to give birth. He was walking to and fro, waiting for his hole to dilate. He has been experiencing contractions for the last hour but the doctor said he wasn't ready yet.

"Baby, you are doing great..." Vegas squeezed his husband's waist, letting him lean on his chest as he crouched down due to the pain.

"I can't Vegas... it hurts so much," the alpha held Pete's large belly to support him as he helped him to get to the bed.

"How about now?! Do something for god's sake!" The alpha screamed to the poor nurse who can only look down in fear.

"The main doctor is coming sir, please be patient," Vegas rolled his eyes at the nurse's response. Hearing Pete's constant whimpers made his heart tight.

A surge of sting ran down Pete's spine as he whined and whimpered in his alpha's arm. A doctor entered the room and quickly approached the nurses to discuss something.

"Fine, you are ready to give birth sir, please hold on," the doctor adjusted Pete's bed to make him half sat, half sleep so they can carry out the procedure. 

"Okay, so at the count of three, you have to push as hard as you can sir," Pete nodded frantically, looking at his husband with sympathy.

The doctor and nurse counted and the omega tried his best to push out his children as he squeezed the alpha's hand. Vegas winced in pain from time to time but didn't dare to complain. He knows this is not even a quarter of what his mate is going through right while birthing their children.

After a few rounds of counting and pushing, the child's head was finally visible to the doctors as the omega felt something being pulled out of his hole, reliving his pain a little.

"It's an alpha girl!" One of the nurses there shouted in excitement.

Vegas was stunned by the baby's cry as few tears trickled down his cheeks. Pete could see his alpha's wide eyes adoring their newborn who was currently held by a nurse.

"Would you like to cut the umbilical cord sir?...sir?" The alpha finally came out of his trance as he took the scissors from the tray and cut the cord as he cried happy tears.

"Ahh-" both Pete and the baby cried as another surge of pain kicked in the omega's lower abdomen.   He held the alpha's shirt causing the elder to quickly focus on his mate who was already whining again.

This one was worse than the last one, the omega arched his back every time he tried to push the other baby out. This baby was stubborn. It wasn't willing to get out of there any time soon as the doctors and Pete kept trying to get it out of the womb.

"Please..." the younger whimpered as he pushed harder and harder.

"The omega is losing consciousness, please try to keep him awake sir. Release your pheromones!" The main doctor shouted to Vegas who placed Pete's head against his chest. "Venice Kovit Theerapanyakul, for my little son," Vegas approached the omega with the other baby on his hand as he placed her on Pete's arms.

Everyone soon left the room since the omega had to feed the children, leaving only the two new parents in the room.

Things weren't going well with the new parents as they tried to adjust their busy schedule with their children.

Vegas was able to spare a lot of time for his children since Porsche and Kinn were ready to handle the work, alongside Phat but the alpha didn't want to burden them much. He was still asked to go home and take care of his children by his father in law and cousin so here he is, with Venice in his arms while Sienna was able to take care of Vienna. He patted his son's back who just stopped crying.

Pete had left some milk for them in their milk bottles which was already finished and now the babies are getting fussy again. They need their omega father.

The omega finally arrived in the afternoon, she sighed as soon as he saw his children asleep in their cribs. Vegas was too asleep on the bed next to the two bassinets. The sight really made him smile after the stressful day at college.

The children weren't that fussy these days so it was easy for the couple to take care of everything.

Vegas took one of the babies and hugged her. Vienna is really close to his alpha father, probably because they have similar sub-gender. She barely cries, only when she is hungry she asks for her pa Pete.

In the afternoon, the family went to a major mansion where they were surprised to see a cute baby girl in the centre of the living room.

They soon found out that the baby was only two months old and was adopted by Kinn and Porsche from the orphanage where they went to donate some money.

"She is so adorable," Pete couldn't take his eyes off her. The three children quickly surrounded her and started fighting for her attention.

"We fell in love instantly with her," Porsche said as he lifted the baby on his lap.

Everyone were charmed by the baby including the twins who fighting with Ford to touch the baby as the boy was already being overprotective brother.

The children looked confused at their father. "Hmm, think of it as cupcakes. You have to put the cupcakes in the oven until they are round and fluffy. You can take it out of the oven at the right time when it's ready. Babies are just like that, and inside your pa there is one growing. It will grow for nine months and then we will finally be able to see it," both the children grinned satisfied.

"Yey! I will tell Ford that we are finally having a baby and we won't let him play with her!" The children jumped down their father's lap and hugged Pete's belly before living few kisses there.

"Don't be like that honey, Ford is your cousin. He does let you play with Fah but he needs to make sure to keep her protected from everyone as a big brother," the omega caressed his children's hair as they continuesly kissed his belly.

"We will protect the baby too!"
