A Single Wish: Before the Solstice

The Curtain grew larger as she advanced with her captors. The Curtain was always shrouded in mystery, it's name let to the public made sense. Fear was all that was accomplished going over the Curtain of Judgement. I will be judged, she thought. They went close, and made a right turn. Behind? She questioned. They found their way, and her captors pushed away some of the Curtain, and went in, beckoning her to follow. She had no choice. I will be judged before Lord Draak, she thought. Behind the Curtain. It looked the same as the other side, and yet... Why do I feel so different, when this place mirrors the other? She questioned herself. The only difference was a simple throne. The face depicted in the throne was in agony, in the middle of a word, but it just couldn't finish. Someone resides on the throne, she knew. The throne looked empty, long abandoned. Her captors brought her in front, keeping her still so she faced the throne. It has no name, but I know... She thought, the Vacant Throne. She held her smooth head, she felt hurting, yet no pain felt. You have a wish, said a voice in her thoughts. I do not understand? I am thoughtless as I stand... She thought. You must use it, said the voice. Or else... She shook her large head, wondering. What do you mean? She spoke through mind. Before the Solstice, said the voice, or he dies...
