I haven't drawn her often, but she's one of the antagonist in the comic I want to make. And look that's the main character, well one of them, Haru. Also her name is Shelby. 

I rewatched Mulan for like the millionth time at like 3 am, but the rest of the night I was watching gravity falls so yeah.
