Semblance: He calls it Meglovania. A strange name he agrees. His semblance allows him to see sin, guilt, and darkness in a living person. His semblance will absorb the sin, darkness and guilt to add to his own powers. Do not mistake this passive ability as all he can do. No. He can summon a multitude of things. His main things he summons however are cannon like mouths that fire energy blasts and a pair of giant skeletal arms and hands that have large sleeves that can attack the opponent or grab them so he can tear them apart. They seem transparent and are blue but they hit hard. When he does this both his eyes have blue energy spilling out from them. He has no known limit to how much power he could absorb. Ozpin theorizes that if he was presented with enough sin and darkness he could easily match a seasonal maidens power. As a result, he is one of the only few new students that Ozpin is eyeing for his secret order.

Looks: Has very curly charcoal black hair. You don't understand how curly. It may look like an afro from the distance but when you see it you can see its actually curly. Has gentle hazel eyes that turn blue when he activates his semblance. Usually has some kind of facial hair, like a light dusting of hair unless it itches. Then it vanishes by the next day. His skin tone is similar to Nora's. Has a few small scars. One on his forhead and cheek from where his brother pulled a stupid stunt and got him hurt. One on his left index finger where his mom threw proc-lien glass in the trash and Connor found it when he had to get the edge of the bag out of the can. And one on his right wrist. its the second most prominent and its from a darker time when he was a child.

Outfit: His pants are black with a white split end, four sided cross on the left leg that reaches all the way up to just below the belt loop line. He custom ordered them. His shoes are small steel toed boots one could easily mistake for simple black and blue shoes. He wears a naval blue tank top under his jacket. The tank top has similar small versions of the cross on his leg but are a darker blue than the tank top on the left side. They start at the bottom and as they get higher they get smaller until they vanish just at his chest. His jacket is black and dangles just past is butt just midway down his thighs. The jacket is short sleeved though. Wears fingerless gloves that go up halfway up his arms. They are black as well.

Weapons: A Clawed Shield called Zaiaku-Kan No Tate. Meaning the Guilt Ridden Shield the name matches the semblance of the person who wields it. It's made of something akin to Tungsten but is lighter and its melting point is beyond what a super volcano is capable of. This makes it impossible to breach but this is only the beginning. First he can make it transform into along gauntlet that goes up to his shoulder. This allows him to punch with such force that it can easily break bones if one's semblance is low. The 'claws' from the shield sit on the elbow making flanking him possibly a fatal decision. He can do another thing with it. It can also transform into dual scythes he wields with deadly efficiency. These scythes can combine to make a scythe like Ruby's but he rarely uses them like this unless he's surrounded. In shield and gauntlet mode he can fire a 50mm rifle that is pretty powerful though it can only hold five rounds per clip. It's a pretty versatile weapon even if it can't utilize dust.

White Fang Bingo Entry: Entry 106: Connor Arcadia A.K.A: The Judge And Jury. Wanted Level 8. This one is hard to pin down. He doesn't kill our members but when he fights us he acts like he will. Has no problem paralyzing us or otherwise. He claims he 'can see all that we've done' whenever he fights our troops. This may be his semblance but that would fall under his two kinds of constructs. Living canons and skeletal arms. Do not engage in groups because he is damn good at crowd control. Kill him when given the chance or he will make your life nearly impossible to live otherwise.

Dislikes: Liars, Being Lonely, White Fang, Jauqes (Has come to blows with him over Faunas rights), crowds, crowds in tight spaces, lots of pointless noises, and pancakes.

Personality: He has Asperger's Syndrome and thus can struggle socially sometimes. He also has some jokes and sarcasm go over his head. Out of his family, easily toe one that can get along with everyone. Usually relaxed until he becomes over stimulated. Once that happens you can find him leaving the area. Also, tends to sing when in public though its usually only to himself. Often wears naval blue head phones to drown out the world to make his mind rest a bit easier. He is also very compassionate to the point he'll escort a Faunas somewhere if they feel unsafe. He's very kind and patient with people and never judges one based on past fame, infamy, or their looks. As long as you're trying your best and are being a genuinely good person he will be your friend for life if you'll have him.

Story: He and his siblings come from a wealthy family. Though when you look at them and their family one would never know they were so wealthy. In fact, their wealth may match the Schnee's easily. Why is this? Well the family is full of artists and authors. Stephen's mother published a well known serial about a Succubus that is actually a prude. He himself grew up among such people and thus the writing rubbed off on him. Also, his Aunt and Uncle are well known activists in society and that sort of care and compassion rubbed off as well. Though due to circumstances he is distant to his parents... Its no one's fault but being left alone due to his older sister getting sick and requiring all the attention tends to make one distant to their parents... He's improving that where he can though. He himself was always a bit shy in social places as he grew. He never had many friends until he got to signal. Even than it was a select few. His Asperger's made his life a struggle in a few ways. Beyond the whole social issues most of his teachers treated him like he was stupid or a burden whenever his over sensitivity kicked in or when he needed help. Even when his first year grades came in at all A's and B's that didn't change. Many people picked on him as well for what he was. To Connor it felt like the whole school was against him short of about two friends and one teacher named Qrow. Qrow knew better than to think Connor was stupid thanks to his niece. His friends didn't care. In fact, one blonde with long hair helped Connor overcome allot of his social anxiety by easing him into certain things. Connor ended up graduating signal at the top of his class much to everyone's shock except Yang, Ruby, and Qrow. He went to Beacon just hoping he can make more friends and a real difference in someone's life. He knows with his semblance he can bring many criminals to justice and hopes he can help the city of Vale while he lives there. And to hopefully make his dad proud before he dies.
