Backstory

Isuzu Midoriya is Izuku's twin sister, and like her brother she is quirkless.

She was with Izuku when the sludge villain attacked him, and also asked All Might if she could be a hero.

After having her and Izuku's all-time favorite hero tell her she couldn't do it, Isuzu starts training to become stronger and show All Might how wrong he was.

She also does know about One For All, because she was running on the beach when she saw Izuku eat one of All Mighty's hairs.

She and Izuku enter the U.A. entrance exams together, and she tries to fight but wasn't powerful enough.

However, she does make a friend from the quirk exam.

Isuzu does make it into U.A, but she isn't in the hero course with her brother, but she does see her new friend again.
