Other Name(s): Jack Frost (No, not that one).

Hero/Anti-Hero/Villain Name(s): "The Frozen Speedster" Frost Star.

Dad - Barry Allen/The Flash OR Savitar [Note: This one really depends on the story at the time and opinions as well, because for my "The Flash - Frozen Speed" story it's Savitar who was his dad, though Barry has sort of, begrudgingly to Frost, become a Dad because Barry and Savitar are one-and-the-same].

Mum - Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost.

Powers: Speedster Powers that he inherited from his Dad(s) - even though he is 5 times faster than both The Flash and Savitar put together, Cold/Icy Powers that he inherited from his Mum.

Additional Abilities: He can create Time Remnants like most Speedsters; but he rarely ever chooses to because he doesn't want to end up in a situation like Barry and Savitar, When he uses his ice powers to encase something or someone, the icy binds/prison can only be broken by either a very strong pick axe...or by Frost using his powers again on the same object - this is because when doing so, it works as a counter-freeze and causes the ice to melt. He can easily melt anything covered in large amounts of ice, like ice sculptures or glaciers. 

Skills He Has: Expert hacking that rivals that of Felicity from The Arrow, or that of Cisco. Although he is far from a tech expert, he is able to work with tech and do something with it, even if he does occasionally need help figuring out what some of the pieces do. He has Caitlin's smarts in terms of medical science, which he has adapted to allow him to make chemical agents to allow him to either heal himself, or paralyse his enemies/weaken and hinder them.

Facts About Him:

1. He was born cold-blooded, and his body temperature is always below freezing. If his body temperature is warm or warming up, it is ALWAYS a bad thing, as it means something is wrong, and he could die from it. 

2. When he uses his power to speed off: the Speed Lightning he creates seems to give of a frosty discharge, and also sends a temporary chill in the area where the Lightning appears.

3. He never tries to hide his true identity, outside of who his parents are, because he doesn't care too much for what people think beyond those he does actually care for.

4. He's always had trust issues, with only a rare few people having his trust.

Note: I don't actually have a design or picture for Frost Star outside of this Lego version of him, which is a shame because Frost Star is one of my favourite DC OC characters I've created for a story. If you want to give it a go designing him, then definitely have a go and please let me know how it goes because I definitely want a design for Frost Star...outside of Lego of course.
