The room is silent as Freya and Klaus exchanged a look
"Well I think it's time for us to leave" Klaus said " Sister shall we?" Freya stood up and followed after Klaus, leaving me alone with Elijah. He pulled the door slightly closed and then walked over and sat down beside me on the bed. We sat in silence for a few more minutes,then I said
"How much of that did you hear?"
"All of it actually" Elijah said undoing the button on his suit jacket" It was Klaus's idea"
"So Klaus asked Freya to question me,and then for him to join and have you listen in?" I said.

"Yes I did tell Niklaus to leave you be,but he insisted we sort this out" Elijah said
"Well you heard what I said,and I don't expect anything from you. Its been along time." I said I stood up but Elijah took ahold of my hand
"There are some things we need to talk about Y/n" Elijah said,I looked back at him and then sat back down again
"Okay so what do we talk about?" I asked
"Well to start with my feelings for Hayle are no more,she is married to Jackson and the mother to my niece. Nothing more" Elijah said.

"Okay " I said " Well we have been very close for a long time,and I...I have had feelings for you for a long time as well"
"Y/n look at me" Elijah said,I turned myself to face him better" Why did you never tell me about your feelings?"
"I don't know, perhaps I was too scared you wouldn't see me that way. And end up hating me" I said
"Sweet Y/n I could never be that cruel to you" Elijah said reaching out and placing a hand to my cheek" I might have done some terrible things in my long life,but having you in my life was never one of them."

"Still a sweet talker "I said smiling
"What can I say, you're my favourite sweet treat" Elijah said
"How do you know I'm sweet, you've never tasted me?" I said
"Sweet Y/n when did you become a flirt?" Elijah asked leaning closer
"I picked some things up from Klaus " I said also leaning in
"I shall have to thank Niklaus" Elijah said before our lips meet in a long overdue kiss. As we kissed my vampire hearing picked up some noise downstairs but I ignored it. I wanted nothing to ruin this moment.

We moved further back onto the bed and Elijah layed down and I lay on top of him. Our kissing had become a lot more heated at this point,I rested my hands on Elijah's strong chest as he held me by the waist. It was then I heard quite clearly close by
"Elijah is quite busy at the moment" it was Klaus
"I don't care I need to talk to him" a woman's voice replied that I didn't know,and a second later the bedroom door is flung open and Elijah and I brake apart. I look over to the door and see a woman stood there with brown hair and she is glaring at me.
"Niklaus what is this?" Elijah asked his brother.

"An unexpected visitor to see you brother" Klaus said" I did tell her you where busy,but Hayle wouldn't listen" Klaus added with a smirk
"Elijah who is this?" The woman I now know to be Hayle said
"My sweet Y/n" Elijah said" Why are you here?"
"The Y/n you never stopped talking about?" Hayle asked
"I'm certain I'm the only Y/n this family knows" I said " Now if you don't mind dog breath,me and Elijah are in the middle of getting reacquainted"
"Y/n be nice" Elijah said playfully
"I'm sorry but after the way she treated you,it's no less than she deserves " I said looking down at him.
"Mommy,where are you?" A little girl calls.

"That would be Hope" Klaus said,he all but forced Hayle from the room and before he closed the door said" Make sure to keep the noise down,we don't need Hope to hear you" with that he closed the door
"I'm sorry about that Y/n" Elijah said
"Don't be sorry,she the one with the problem not you" I said" Now where were we" and I leaned back down and reconnect my lips with Elijah's, hoping there would be no more interruptions for the next few hours.
