If the Hamilton characters were in the musical "Rent" which characters would they be...?

Hamilton would be Benny Coffin III, because, like Benny, he is slick and charming and is ambitious OR Maureen Johnson, because he is flirtatious with girls like Maureen, and also like Maureen, he was not loyal to his lover (Eliza). 

Burr would be Roger Davis, because Roger is moody and has a lot of baggage with him, like Burr.

Maria would be Mimi Marquez, enough said.

Angelica would be Joanne Jefferson (Ha!), because like Joanne, Angelica is no-nonsense and strong.

Laurens would be Angel Dumott Schunard, because like Angel, Laurens is pretty funny and confident.
