The principal looked not only shocked, but humiliated and incredibly disturbed. He couldn't believe that his beloved nephew could stoop to such levels. 

Stealing, cheating, and exploiting a young lady all for his own personal benefit. 

"What did you do Bipin?" his Mama just moaned, sounding hurt. "Why did you have to disappoint me like this?"

Bondita joined Surabhi as Bipin looked at his Mama, a fearful look on his pale face. 

Surabhi grinned at Bondita, and raised her hand to high five her. Bondita high fived her friend, and grinned back at her. 

The two girls clasped their hands together happily, incredibly pleased that their plan had worked. 

Earlier that day... 

"Surabhi, I'm going to teach Mallika how to make pads at lunch," Bondita was saying before school started to Surabhi. "Then in the future, she should have no problem coming to school." 

Surabhi asked, "Oh, wouldn't it be easier to show her after school?" 

"After school, I have my punishment with Vikram," Bondita said with a sigh. 

Surabhi frowned and answered, "But that doesn't make sense! It's Bipin's fault. I can tell the principal about his true colours!" 

"The principal won't trust anyone about his beloved nephew!" 

"What an idiot!" Surabhi said, rolling her eyes. "Well, we have to think of something that will expose Bipin, otherwise you will be stuck doing that dreadful punishment for a long time." 

The two girls thought about it for a few minutes, then they looked at each other, their eyes lighting up. 

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Bondita gasped. 

"Bipin will definitely come to find you!" Surabhi said, her eyes widening. 

"Yes, and I will avoid him all day, so he'll be left with no choice but to approach me after school!" Bondita added on. 

"Then I can find the principal and bring him to you!" Surabhi continued. 

"All I have to do is engage him in conversation, and provoke him into accepting all the things he did!" Bondita finished. 

"Oh my God Bondita, this can work!" Surabhi said with happiness. 

Bondita grinned and she said, "Only with your help Surabhi! He would dismiss anyone else!" 

The two girls had come up with a plan quite easily, in an almost telepathic way... perhaps, they truly had a stronger connection than they first believed.

The two girls looked at each other while Bipin was being scolded by the principal, their hands still held tightly. 

"Our plan worked!" Bondita said happily. 

"It did," Surabhi said, feeling giddy with excitement. "Now the creep will be thrown out of school!" 

Not too long later, they went to the principal's office. 

Bondita was in there, along with Anirudh who had been called. Bipin's parents were also called and were inside the room with him. 

Vikram was there, but they had handled the situation of contacting his parents, by Anirudh accepting responsibility over him. The principal was already extremely embarrassed as it was, so he was listening to mostly everything they were saying without any complaints.

Batuk and Surabhi were standing outside the office, not allowed in since they weren't directly part of the incident. However, the office door was half open, and the two of them were peering inside, eavesdropping on the conversation. 

Surabhi was closest to the wall beside the door, glancing in, while Batuk was beside her, placing his hand on the wall next to her. He was quite close to her, but this was the only way that he could listen. 

Surabhi's heart was beating extremely hard being in such close proximity to Batuk.

Batuk was avoiding her gaze. She helped get Bipin caught, but he was still very, very mad at her! He hadn't said a word to her all day as well. 

Inside the office, after Bipin's parents, who looked very ashamed of their son's behaviour, apologized many times, the principal finally announced the verdict. 

Bipin was just silent the whole time, unable to say a word, but his silence spoke louder than any words. 

"I have no choice but to do this, because Bipin has not only stolen the keys and broken in, but he has also cheated on the examinations. There is no other punishment for this. I'm sorry. We have to expel him," the principal announced. 

Bipin's parents looked furious with Bipin, and Bipin just looked down, unable to meet anyone's eyes. 

Bondita was standing between Anirudh and Vikram. 

Vikram was smiling widely upon hearing such a punishment. 

"YES!" Batuk said quite loudly, and Surabhi turned to glare at him. 

"Shut up or we'll be caught!" she hissed. 

When she turned around, her face was dangerously close to his, and she gulped, looking down. Batuk started to feel warm, and he immediately turned his gaze away from her, his heart starting to beat at a faster rate. 

Inside the office, the principal turned to look at Bondita, Vikram, and Anirudh. 

"I didn't believe in your words, and you had to face a lot. Although following Bipin into the office is still something you two did wrong, it is not entirely your mistake. You won't be punished any further," the principal said, "And I am very sorry about what happened." 

Vikram just looked at Bondita with a smile. 

Now they didn't have to clean anymore! 

However, Bondita had another idea. She had another plan. One that could change the course of society.

"Principal sir, I don't want any apologies. What I want is an opportunity," Bondita told the principal.

"An opportunity?" the principal asked, shocked.

A dreamy look appeared on her face, one that resembled Anirudh's famous look when he dreamed about their future, and Bondita said, "Although there are only us three females in our year at school, the younger years have many female students, who have attended school after being inspired by my attendance. I want to teach them all something."

"What would you like to teach them? Math? Geography? Just say it, you're our topper!" the principal said.

"I want to teach them about how to make their own menstrual pads, so that they could come to school if they want to, during their menstrual cycle," Bondita informed. "This is what I want principal sir. Give me a chance to teach them."

The room suddenly went silent, as everyone was shocked by her request. 

Anirudh looked at Bondita incredibly astounded, proud tears in his eyes.

He hadn't expected her to think of this, but what an amazing idea it was! The dreams he had, were getting fulfilled in the real sense. His Bondita was making it happen. She was making all of their dreams come true, and that too in the best possible way. 

Tears slipped down his cheeks, and he reached to wipe them away. He was not only proud of her, but he was incredibly in awe, because while he had imagined this, he had never thought that she could still blow him away. 

He was the source which envisioned their future first, and she was now executing it, in a way that was beyond even all of his imaginations! 

Outside, Surabhi's face had turned red when she heard Bondita openly speak about menstrual cycles. While she was quite modern in her thinking and so was her family, the topic of menstruation was still something that nobody talked about so openly, even in England! There was always a tone of shame when it came to the topic. 

Batuk wondered where his Boudi got the idea all of a sudden, but he supposed it was a good idea. He didn't know many details about how girls managed their cycles! He just knew that his Boudi got very moody sometimes, and had cramps. She would scold him a lot more on the days around her cycle! 

"M - mens..." the principal stuttered, and he looked at Bondita, his face pale, "That... that isn't something... that is required at a school." 

Anirudh turned to glare at the principal, and Bondita placed her hands on her hips, looking furious as well. 

"Sir, isn't science taught at this school?" she demanded. 

"Well, yes," the principal confirmed. 

"Isn't biology a part of science?" Bondita argued. 

"Yes..." 

"Then isn't menstruation part of biology?" Bondita added on. 

Anirudh looked at Bondita with a smile, extremely, extremely proud! 

Even Vikram was blown away. He knew how well Bondita spoke of course, but the way that she actually presented her points was so inspiring! 

"But... Bondita... there is a limit to what we can teach young students," the principal continued. 

"I know! You don't teach them openly about menstruation or sex, because you all are so afraid of it! I don't know why! These are beautiful things!" Bondita added on. 

The principal's face turned white when Bondita called menstruation and sex beautiful! 

"But nevertheless, I won't convince you to accept it. Just allow me to speak to the girls at the school," Bondita said. "That's my request! Many girls miss school because they don't know how to manage they menstrual cycles, and I don't want them to miss their opportunity to learn, unless they personally want to! They should have the choice to come to school on those days, not be forced to stay home because of inadequate ways to manage their cycles!" 

Anirudh looked at Bondita very proudly. So proudly that he wanted to praise her to the moon right now! 

However, he was here to support her today, and he would save the praising for later when they were alone. 

"Sir, don't you think that the girls have the right to basic knowledge?" Anirudh asked, "That they have the right to know of an effective way to deal with their cycles, so that they can manage their studies as well? And Bondita isn't requesting to teach this to the boys, although they should learn too. Right now, we will be satisfied if you just allow her to speak to the girls." 

The principal gulped and he said, "But what if the parents have issues?" 

Anirudh looked at the principal with a sigh, and continued. 

"There will always be people with issues. Has nobody ever had issues with you when you ran this school? I'm sure Bipin's parents are not happy with your verdict too, but did that stop you from doing what was right and expelling him?" Anirudh asked. "You yourself aren't happy with expelling your nephew, but you put aside even your own emotions, and you did what was correct for the school. Just like that, we are requesting that you do what is correct now too." 

Bipin and his parents were still standing there, looking upset. 

Now it was Bondita's turn to look at her Pati Babu proudly!

Vikram was just looking at Anirudh with a dreamy gaze! Just like Bondita, he was such a huge inspiration! 

The principal looked at Anirudh with a sigh, knowing that there was no way he could win in front of Barrister Babu, and now his wife too, who was quite solid at her arguments. 

"Fine. You can speak to them in the auditorium after two days," the principal agreed.

Bondita grinned happily, and she said, "Thank you principal sir!" 

"Then we will go," Anirudh said. "Come on Bondita. Come Vikram. We have some planning to do." 

Vikram nodded, still not believing that he got out of this, and that too, by getting something out of the principal too! This worked out in their favour in the end!  

Outside, Batuk grabbed Surabhi's arm, catching her by surprise. 

"Let's go," he said to her. 

He wanted to get her away from here before she came in front of his Dada's eyes! Batuk didn't want his Dada anywhere near this woman! 

"What --" Surabhi started, but he grabbed on to her forearm tightly, dragging her away. 

"Batuk!" Surabhi said sternly. "It hurts!" 

"Let it," Batuk growled, pulling her outside of the school building. 

He took her a good distance away before letting go of her arm with force. 

Surabhi rubbed her forearm. It was slightly red. 

"Why do you keep doing this?" she snapped. 

"Don't you know?" he asked her angrily. 

"I told you I'm sorry!" Surabhi said, "And even if I was wrong, you shouldn't have done that... that day!" 

Batuk knew that kissing her was totally wrong. He was incredibly disappointed in himself for this. However, he wasn't going to make her happy by apologizing to her about it. 

"I hate you Surabhi. I hate you very much," Batuk told her darkly, "And you deserve every bit of pain. Do you understand? Every bit of it." 

Tears invaded Surabhi's eyes, and she just choked. 

"But... I..." 

"Shut up," Batuk hissed darkly. "Just shut up. I don't want to hear a word you say. You lost that right already!" 

Tears streamed down her cheeks and she just said, "You're... so mean!" 

"Like you're very nice," Batuk retorted. 

"I'm way nicer than you!" Surabhi said, wiping her tears. 

Batuk rolled his eyes and said, "Get going now, or I don't know what I'll do with you." 

Now she was getting angry. Although her heart was fluttering for him, and she was feeling differently, it still didn't give him the right to talk to her like that! She was already guilty as it was, but that didn't mean he could keep threatening her!

"What will you do? Will you forcefully kiss me again?" she snapped. 

Batuk glared at her and said, "Oh please, I wouldn't come near you with a ten foot pole!" 

Which was kind of ironic, considering he was right in front of her right now. 

Surabhi smiled, kind of sarcastically, and she said, "Then great. Because if I deserved that, then you deserve this too, Batuk Roy Choudhary!" 

Batuk didn't know what she was talking about, and he was absolutely shocked when she took a step towards him. 

He froze on the spot. 

She had grabbed his arms and stood on her tiptoes, pressing her lips against his gently -- not forcefully like he had done that night, but still firmly. It was a gentle yet persistent kiss, and Batuk was frozen, shocked, unable to move. 

They were really lucky that nobody was around. 

Surabhi pulled away, and she just softly asked, "Why didn't you stop me Batuk? It means you don't really hate me. So don't pretend!"

Batuk looked at her with absolute shock and fear. 

Then before he could lose himself in any other way, he turned around and bolted from there, his heart hammering fast, feeling like he had gone absolutely nuts. 

What was wrong with him? Why didn't he move? Why didn't he stop her? 

He felt like such an idiot, because although he was convinced he hated her, he couldn't even push her away when she came near him... almost like he was enjoying her proximity.

Anirudh and Bondita went to buy materials for Bondita's speech, and he took her on a kulfi date. 

"Pati Babu, we have a lot of work to do tonight," Bondita said, eating her kulfi happily. 

"We do," Anirudh said with a proud glimmer in his eyes. 

"I don't think I'll sleep!" 

Anirudh smiled and he said, "My amazing, amazing Bondita, I'm so happy today, that I don't think I can sleep even if I wanted to too." 

Bondita grinned happily at him. 

Little did the two of them know, that the news of Bondita teaching such things at school was spreading, and slowly, a ruckus was being created.
