BACKSTORY ; Donald's parents were a special case, his mother was an alien from the planet Lyria, who had escaped to earth and his father was a supervillain, who had tried to turn his mother from her fight to protect humanity. Donnie lived with his mother for most of his life, though his father got hold of him when he was young. After running away from his father, and back to his mom, they lived a semi-normal life. His mother, who went by the alias, Paladia, while she was doing hero work, had immense abilities, which only her superstrength was passed to her son, along with his father's electrical powers. He promised his mother that he would never end up like his dad and tried his best to live in his mom's shadow. He eventually made a name for himself after stowing away on one of his mom's missions, and ended up helping take down his dad, which almost destroyed him to do. Despite how he was treated as a kid by his dad, he went for visits monthly. He knew his father couldn't have been all bad knowing how his mother once loved him. Though Donnie's mom would never tell him what happened to his dad to make him the way he was. Donnie would eventually begin helping at a secret hospital where his mother would be treated after one of her fights. One day his mother came back from a fight and almost passed out in her and Donnie's home, so he took her to the hospital. She had been hit with one of her most deadly weaknesses, coal, and went into a coma. Donnie now spent his days around his mom, who is still in a coma, at the hospital. More TBA...
