I tried to redraw my OC Void. He's an alien android who came crashing to earth in a meteorite. He doesn't remember his exact past and will begin to malfunction and basically spaz out if anyone tries to pry any answers out of him. He goes to an academy for monsters, and is the most popular guy in school. You may be thinking, "Oh typical, of course he's the cliché handsome guy that everyone loves", and seeing my fair share of anime, I know just how you feel. "Oh. Another one of those." But that my dear reader, is where you are wrong, AH HA HAA! Void intentionally made himself the most popular. He made it his mission to excel in every subject that would help make people like/respect him. Art, sports, math, chemistry, he does it all.

Why you ask? By observing, he figured out that the more people like you, the easier it things. And to be honest- it does. It's not very fair but that's how the world works. And he adapted too it. He gained more and more adoration, and as he did he discovered more doors opening to him. He plays the game and plays it well. However, although he acts kind and charming and seems to have the perfect nice guy personality, he does not actually care or comprehend his actions. It's not that he can't. He does have feelings. But it's just that his feelings have been override by logic and cold hard facts. It's not his fault. It's just a mechanism that he developed after the. . . "Incident" from his past. He values logic and facts over feelings now, and things that can't be explained baffle him. For example, flowers. He is very confused with flowers and plants in general. How could a tree push up steel and solid rock? How can a flower spring up between concrete? These things confuse him and he'll constantly try to find an answer to them.

There are a few people he genuinely likes though. A select few who he considers his actual friends. Nameless and Garland are two of them. They're in my art book too and you can take a look at them if you like. I also created an alien language for him. Well not him specifically but it works.
