"You have something that belongs to me," Chanyeol's deep dominant voice echoed across the area, freezing everyone in place.

Alpha Byun watched the child who had left him petrified years ago and remembered when he ripped his friend to pieces.

At that time, Chanyeol was only 13 but now the young King was bigger and older and the alpha wasn't ready to find out how much stronger he was.

He knew from past experience that the King should not be angered.

"You...your highness...I ass...assure you that I have taken nothing of yours. I wouldn't dream of doing such a thing believe me." The alpha fell on his knees in fear shocking the whole pack. .

Their strong alpha looked like a small weakling in front of a man way younger than him.

This only filled them with confusion and fear especially when Chanyeol chuckled with a smirk.

"How can I believe the same man who helped overthrow my father," Chanyeol said before giving him a serious look.

"He threatened me and forced me to do it. I would never do...do anything against you, Your Highness." The alpha shook in fear as his past sins came to haunt him.

"Whatever. We can deal with your past sins later. For now, I want what belongs to me," Chanyeol lashed out, causing a chill of fear to go through everyone including his family and friends.

Even his uncle took a step back knowing that an angry Chanyeol shouldn't be messed with.

"Wha...what is...it that...yo...you want?" The alpha asked as soon as he swallowed the lump of fear in his throat.

"My mate," he said causing the man's eyes to bulge out in shock.

Mate?

"Wh...who is..."

"Cha...Chanyeol."Bbefore the dragon could respond he heard his mates voice call his name.

Baekhyun had just run out of the house and was shocked to see the man who stood high above everyone.

It's not like he was standing in a higher place but you could feel his dominant aura that overwhelmed every individual within the area.

A true dominant alpha.

And the omega was even shocked that the man who carried this aura was his mate. His Chanyeol.

Baekhyun was about to run to him when he was tackled to the ground and all hell broke loose.

Daehyun had always had this unexplained power over Baekhyun because of fear.

Baekhyun had been beaten most of his life and was used to all the verbal and physical abuse.

No one really saw what happened or how it happened but next thing they knew, Daehyun was held by the throat and his feet barely touching the ground by the dragon king.

"No one and I mean, NO ONE TOUCHES WHAT'S MINE!!!" He roared before snapping the wolf's neck and burning the remains to ashes.

Luckily Luhan had rushed to cover Baekhyun's eyes as a command from his King but everyone else in the pack who had watched the scene were petrified and frozen in place.

When Chanyeol was done, he scooped Baekhyun into his arms before burying his nose in his hair and inhaling his sweet scent, visibly calming down.

"I missed you so much. I'm sorry I took too long to come save you," Chanyeol said before pulling back and giving his mate a concerned look.

"No, I'm sorry. It's all my fault for rejecting you and ..."

"Shhhh...don't worry about it baby. I understand. It's not your fault, okay?" Chanyeol said before kissing him on the lips and putting him down and turning back to the pack.

By this time, alpha Byun was as pale as a ghost as the truth got revealed.

The son he had abused for all his life was mated to the dragon king.

The son he had personally beaten and allowed the whole pack to beat up and push around.

The son he verbally abused and called useless so many times he lost count.

"I don't think, I need to explain what is happening. You already have committed great crimes against my kind and on top of that you abused my mate, who shockingly is your own son as well. Actually, I just want to rip you to shreds right now but I'm going to put your life and the life of this pack in his hands," Chanyeol said before turning to his mate with an evil smirk.

Baekhyun couldn't deny how the new look on his mate gave him all sorts of tingles.

At first, Chanyeol was all vanilla and he loved him. But he had to admit a dominant Chanyeol was his biggest turn on.

"Baby."

"Yes?"

"What do you say? What should we do with your father and his useless pack?"
