Backstory: Daniel Wayne is the the younger brother to Steven Wayne and son of Bruce Wayne, After Bruce passed away, he passed his inheritance to his older son Steven who proved to a good responsible young man. Before Daniel turned into the Anti-Hero, he was known to be Robin. Throughout his youth years, Daniel has followed what his brother taught him ever since he became Robin.

However, when Daniel reached his teenage years his personality and fighting habits began to deteriorate. As Daniel and Steven we're stopping a thug with heavy arms, Daniel struck at the leader causing him to shatter his shoulder... Steven being the only level headed brother of the Wayne family scolded him after that, But Daniel disobeyed orders... One night, when Daniel was in the Batcave, he saw the Joker and the gang have set fire on a school killing the youngsters. This made Daniel angered and he setout to stop the joker and his gang.

However, Daniel was caught by poison Ivy who injected him with her venom. Joker and the gang had they're fun with the boy by violently torturing him and breaking him. At that time, Steven knew about his brothers actions and setout to find him, but when he arrived at the place where Daniel was tortured, he was dead.. The impact of his younger brother struck sorrow on Steven like an arrow full of sadness. Over the past years, Steven mourned the loss of Daniel and wished he could've been there for his little brother.

Unbeknownst to Steven, Talia and her father Ras took Daniel's demise and resurrected him by using the lazarus pit to bring him back alive. The results we're futile... Ras and the league of Assassins tried to kill Daniel, but Daniel was more stronger than before. Daniel took up a name for himself "The Red Hood" Going on a carnage spree murdering villains and even planning to plot his revenge on his brother.

As Red Hood and Bat-Boy met again, Steven was horrified to seeing his brother alive and realized Ras used the lazarus pit to bring his brother alive. After a grueling fight again each other, Daniel never forgave his brother and continued his murdering spree.

However, Barbara, Dick and Tim approached him telling him that Steven mourned the loss of him for so long that he was diagnosed with PTSD after the loss of Daniel. Hearing about his brother mourning for him ever since he lost him made Daniel realize that Steven actual cared about him and that he was locked into his own protocols instead of following his brother.

This now resulted in Daniel changing his ways and reuniting with his brother. When Steven was captured by the court of owls Daniel appeared beside him and fought for him. The two brothers we're now reunited again.

Daniel decided to move to the Union Academy to start a new life all over again for him.
