Chaewon poc:

As i was watching joshua on stage i couldn't believe how much we have grew up... joshua was just 7 years old when he told me he wanted to be like these idols he was just a kid so i went along with him we sang and dance together for fun but here he is now my best friend on stage with thousands of fans cheering for him could i be any prouder ?

I felt bad that i never attended his performances so i promised to at least try going to majority of their performances from now on because damn they were great anybody would love to stan them

I went backstage after their concert ended, as soon as joshua saw me he hugged me tight making me chuckle

" you look like a baby meeting his mom  after a long time" i said making him laugh

" well back in the days when we were in primary school and you were taller than me you were like my mom but no dear look at me now " he stated proudly trying to show me his abs i just laughed as i smacked him  we talked for a while before I remembered that i promised mom i would be back early for lunch as we had guests

"Joshua ya i have to go back home now i just wanted to congratulate you again and tell you how proud i am to see you on stage so bright. Thank you for opening up to me again" i smiled sadly regretting letting all these times pass by without talking just because of a misunderstanding

" I actually missed your mom and her cooking  can i come sometimes?" He asked making me chuckle

"Do you even need to ask you fool? Mom also missed you she was nearly jumping in excitement when i told her i was coming here today" i said and he grinned before hugging me again " thank you for coming today" he said and i hugged him back "take care buddy" i said before waving goodbye and leaving

"Mom am home!" I said as i took of my shoe and jacket

" honey here come and help me seat the table" she cried from the kitchen and i truly felt bad for leaving her with all the work

" am so sorry mama for being late its just the concert ended late n i had some talk with josh—" i was rushing to the kitchen but i felt eyes on me and when i looked at the living room i gaped hansol was glaring at me and mrs chwe was grining

"Mrs Chwe!! I am soso glad to meet you again how have you been" i grinned as i hugged her tight making her laugh as she hugged me back, i truly missed her

"I have been great Chaewon and i see you have been too! You look amazing you grew up so well" she smiled bright making me grin " i know right i look like a great looking lady" i posed earning a laugh from a mrs chwe and a groan from vernon making me glare at him

"Chaewon! I told you to come and help me here " mom called and I immediately slapped my forehead " I totally forgot" i said making mrs chwe chuckle " i told her i could help but she just didnt let me " she said as i Rushed to the kitchen and mouthed a sorry to mom as i started serving the plates before calling mrs chwe and vernon to eat

I eated in peace just listening to mom and mrs chwe talk made me smile, am so happy mom finally had a friend to talk to round here

I catcher vernon looking at me several times during the lunch but when i looked at him he just shrugged

" so rian, how was joshua? Did he do well?" Mom asked me and immediately a smile filled me

" gosh mom i wish you came with me, they were dope amazing! And joshua was great! I swear if i havent been friends with him since ages i may have fell for him " i said making both mom and mrs chwe laugh

" you could always fall for your friend, emotions dont care about friendship or not" mrs chwe said in a teasing tone making me blush but shook my head

" am glad you went then " mom said and i know she meant she was glad we were back as friends and i nodded

"He said he missed you and your cooking and he would want to come by one of these days if his manager let him be free for a moment" i said earning a grin from mom

I looked infront of me and saw vernon glaring at me i furrowed my eyebrows "what?!" I mouthed him but he didnt say anything and just ate his food with a galre

Here we go back to the cold grumpy vernon of Highschool
