The room began to dim as the black sky continue to grow outward. The darkness seemed endless. This was probably one of Hades many tricks to try and win his war. I noticed Pit was losing focus in the endless seeming black sky so, I gave him a nice painful shove to get him 'awake'.

Pit opened his mouth but I spoke first, "What do you think this is? Some kind of joke? Let's move out!" I quickly run through the portal, we need to finish the mission without getting distracted.

I was looking carefully at the burning village. It looked like there was Skuttlers and Monoeyes terrifying and terrorizing citizens therefore, Thanatos would mostly likely be across town. I looked at Pit and told him, "Your finally here. Yay." I pointed to the village, "Acorrding to the map, this colony was registered as the next target."

The smell of smoke got thicker the closer we got and ash was thick in the air making you cough often. Out of the corner of my eye I say Pit smile. "Then, let's get started. What are we waiting for?" Pit said enthusiasticly.

I angled my wings downward to get somewhat closer to the ground. Pit stayed above me, so I stated the obvious, "Get ready to land soon," I looked at Pit then back to the village, "Hope your ready, cause we are her to win. There's no room for mess ups."

Pit started to fly downward too and retorted, "You know you are going to get no where with that attitude." I ignored him and went straight down, twisting in midair so I would land on my feet.

I landed lightly on my feet and looked around. I rearranged my staff for I was ready to hit any upcoming Underworld troops. Pit landed with a nice thud, the sound could saw are the enemy we are here. Great. "Let's get moving Pit, we have no time to waste," I state.

I ran started running through the narrow spaces between the houses, this way no troops could surprise us. After a few minutes of running Pit asked, "You know where we are going...Right? We don't need to get lost." I stopped in place an looked Pit in the eye. I have been to many villages in Skyworld, they are all, for the most part, set up the same. I narrowed my eyes and replied, "If you don't want my help me helping you, then don't ask for it."

I turned around and started working our way through the maze again, as soon as I turned around I heard Pit sigh. Within two minutes we were out of the maze and in the center of the burning village. Pit coughed from the smoke-filled area, as I continue to look around.

"Thanatos should be here...or very near here," I state obviously for him. "Okay," Pit exclaimed happily. I was silent as I finally found a path, it had borked pieces of skulls on it, the skulls that Thanatos used to throw at you.

"I found the path that..." I said as I started to turn around. Pit was nowhere in sight, he most likely took a different path. I sighed and started down the 'skull' path, I had no time to waste, I hope Pit won't run into any trouble alone.

I finally made it down the path...I just noticed that there hasn't been any Underworld troops encountered, which is weird. I walked into one of the houses and inspected it. I was shocked, all the villagers belongings were packaged away...we we're told that this was a recent invasion, unexpected.

I walked outside and looked more closely, it seems the building were covered in oil to make them on fire. I was about to go into another house when I heard an annoying, high-pitched laugh.

I turned around and saw the stupid, floating chameleon. "Well well well, looks like we got an angel to play with," Thanatos said, but their was a tinge of disappointment in his always so jolly voice. Was he expecting Pit....why was he waiting for Pit in the first place?

"Get ready to crawl back to the Underworld Thanatos! Your rein in Skyworld will never work," I say/yell. Wait, did I just say that...why am I becoming more like Pit? Thanatos wore a smile, but the smile wasn't very big or jolly.

"Now, let's get on with the show!" Thanatos says as thick, dark purple smoke engulfed him. "Pit won't be here to safe you goth angel, and soon Skyworld shall be ours," Thanatos chuckled.

I narrowed my eyes and reply, "I will take you down before you get a chance Chameleon!"
