Lillian's view

The boys woke up shortly afterwards. To me lying there shocked.

"Morning Lillian," they greeted me, realising what they had done both hurriedly ran out the door to the bathrooms. I lay there for a few more minutes before getting up myself.

Lucian came back in after he had showered. "Let me check your back," he gently ordered holding Macy's favourite form of torture with wounds that she had taught us.

I nodded and lifted up my shirt. He sprayed it all in teatree oil and then dressed my skin in the mix of honey and pawpaw. He then gently pulled my shirt down.

"Lil" he started "Seeing you like this reminded me of how I feel about you. I don't know...it's probably not the right time to say this but I am anyway.  Lil, Lillian I love you. I don't mean as a sister... I mean like a girlfriend. Well, I want more than that with you. I want to be with you always. I am sorry that I wasn't there for you when it mattered, but I promise that I will be better. Would you consider being my girlfriend? Aahhh, damn this is awkward saying it...

"Lucian, I love you too, but I need to think about it...I am sorry but too much has happened lately, I don't know what to feel."

Lucian nodded and took his leave of me. Louis seeing that he had gone came in and confessed too.

I ran to my Mum.

"Woah, Kiddo, what happened?"

"Nothing Mum, I just wanted a hug." I say, realising that I could not talk to her about it as she then would stop them sleeping with me right when I needed the company. 

"Sure, baby, whatever you say." Mum said dryly "Is it about those two horny boys?"

I look at her in surprise thinking "How the hell...?"

Mum laughed "I guess it is then. What did they do? Come on, out with it!"

"They professed their love to me and want me to be their girlfriend." I whisper totally embarrassed.

To my surprise, Mum laughed.

"What? Why are you laughing?" I ask bemused.

"The curse of Ladybug," Mum finally gasped out.

"Huh?"

"Don't you remember what Tikki said?" Mum asked.

"What about Chat Noir and the snake both wanting Ladybug?"

"Yes," said Mum "We know that Louis is Viper, so I wonder if Lucian is Hēi Māo. But there is not any proof."

"Wait...Louis is Viper?" I say. Suddenly, it made sense as to why he kept calling me "My Lady" because he was like Luka in hearing people's heart song. It was also why he was always there for me, like Luka was for Marinette and now Macy.

I actually loved both of them. How was I to choose. Who was Hēi Māo anyway? Was it Lucian? Time would tell, till then I would have to give a unfavourable answer to both of them. I could not be a girlfriend to either, I simply could not choose. Not a conversation I was looking forward to.

Macy's view

Louis and Lucian were acting weird around each other, so I pulled them up.

"Ok, boys, what's with you pair?"

"Nothing" they respond.

"Big surprise as to that answer, is it to do with Lillian?" I ask, as she was the only thing apart from their superhero duties they had in common and as yet Lucian had not been ousted, well that I knew of.

The pair look away from each other blushing.

"So, it is..." I confirm as they give small nods. "So, did you both confess your feelings to her?"

"Muuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmm!" they say together, clearly embarrassed.

"What will you do if she can't choose between you two?" I ask, hating myself for asking as I very much believed in a traditional marriage, but asked anyway as it was a distinct possibility.

"Don't know," they confessed.

"Well, I think you need to think about it as it is a possibility, you have always been together you know."

They nod and disappear.

Lillian's view

Over the next week Hēi Māo started distancing himself from me as Lucian became closer. Lucian was ever vigilant in class now, he basically kicked his twin sister out of her seat so that he could sit next to me, earning him a tongue lashing from her. She was my best girlfriend, we just had not talked recently. Although, Annette and Jack had been spending a awful lot of time together. I wondered at that.

Lucian was like a human wall between my abusers and I. He saw everything now, and glared at anyone threatening to hurt me. Unfortunately, that caused more rumours, causing my self-worth to drop more. The only time I felt sort of safe was when I was between Lucian and Louis. I would just sink down between the pair and curl up into a ball.

When I was on my patrol with Hēi Māo and Viper and Hēi Māo and I were alone, I asked him "Why are you suddenly distant from me? You won't even hug me anymore? What have I done."

"You've done nothing!" he said quickly "It's just I came to realise, this is a fantasy for as long as I don't know you. My childhood friend was being bullied and I did not even realise. I love her as much as I love you, but she is real and tangible to me. I hope you can forgive me."

I remembered what Mum said that it was a possibility that Hēi Māo was Lucian.

"When did you find out that she was being bullied? and what happened?" I ask.

"A week ago roughly, I saw classmates of ours throwing a broken bottle at her causing her to bleed into her clothes. I helped her clean her injuries. It broke my heart seeing her like that. It was then I realised that I loved her more than a childhood friend." Hēi Māo explained.

I was about to say "Are you Lucian?" when an akuma occurred, and I forgot, as by the time we had finished all of us just wanted to sleep.
