malia's pov

"Doesn't Ashton look like Mason Dye?" Carrie exclaims, flipping through the pages of an Iron Man comic book.

"Ashton from school?"

"No, Ashton from the junk yard down town. Yes of course Ashton from school!" Carrie threw her hands up in the air as I just stared at her.

"Personally, no. He's still handsome though," I spin around in the rolling chair behind the counter. Working days at the comic book store were tough but they provided money and free comics so its worth it.

"How is your lover boy?"

"We're just friends Carrie, not dating."

"That's how it starts. Besides I know how you two talk, the next thing you know, in Disneyland you shall meet and start making out somewhere," Carrie remarks, making kissing noises as I chuck a book at her head.

"Gross, and no that's not happening. Dylan and I have no relationship at all. Period. End of story."

"Why don't I believe you?" Carrie smirks. I roll my eyes at her behavior. Since I've started talking to Sprayberry, she's been saying how 'we're meant to be' or 'love at first sight', all that crap. Personally I don't believe her, but I will admit I have a crush on Dylan. Yes, he's my big crush, the guy I day dream about. He definitely doesn't like me though, sadly.

"We're just friends, just friends," I whisper, bringing my spirits down each time I say it.

"Sure, totally believe you."

That earned her another book to the head.

dylan's pov

I feel myself turning into a geek, slowly but surely. The amount of time I spend camping out at this darn comic store is way too much time. We won't start filming Season 5 of Teen Wolf anytime soon, so I have enough time to try and make the cast forget.

Except they aren't.

I ended up getting a new phone because they were tracking my other one. I seriously feel like I'm in some sort of spy movie. Its actually pretty cool, besides the fact I'm the victim.

"Dylan, want to read something?" George calls out from the counter.

"Uhh, sure," I walk over to him as he hands me a graphic novel with the words 'Secret Wars' scrawled on it.

"If you want to start somewhere, start here. Its all the Marvel superheroes jam-packed into one adventure. Enjoy," George remarks, going to help a customer. I flip open the novel, and start reading. I get to the part where Cyclops is confused on his love for the alien girl and his wife Kitty Pryde. You and me both, I'm pretty messed up on my love life too.

I was glad Malia never asked why I didn't want to tell the cast. Truly it was because if the cast found I had a crush on a girl I was talking with over the internet, they would freak out. Freak out as in wild monkeys in one cage freak out. I didn't want to risk that. Not at all.

Besides, I really liked Malia. Like, huge major crush, really liking her. I suspected she didn't like me back though. For all I know, she probably has a crush on O'Brien or something. I didn't want to jeopardize anything, so I guess I won't mention it.

I was more than halfway through the comic when I heard yelling outside. I ducked behind a counter, and peeked up slightly. I saw Tyler Posey and Dylan O'Brien running around the street calling out my name.

"Damn't," I whisper as George shoves me out the back door. I sprint across the street, trying to get as much speed as I can. I end up running five blocks before I have to stop before I pass out. I'm panting heavily as I duck into a store. I see its a furniture store.

"Running boy?" an elderly man asks as I nod my head, my hands on my knees. "I used to hide from my friends, you can stay as long as you need," he offers as I smile thankfully. I walk as far into the shop as I can and hide behind a stack of tables. I see a sofa there and lay down, trying to catch my breath. I don't know why, but I decide to call out Malia.

"Hey....Mali.....how....are....you?"

"Why do you sound like you ran a marathon without taking a break?"

"I ran five blocks, does that count?"

"Uhhh, yes. What's up?"

"Hiding in a furniture shop from the cast. You?"

"Working in the store with Carrie. And you're still hiding Dylan, I'm very ashamed."

"Shut it shortround."

"Gees elephant seal, I was joking."

"How's Carrie?"

"As crazy as usual."

"That's good. You need weird friends. God, I thought I was more fit than this,"

"Haha, I find that hilarious. Dylan, do you have a guilty pleasure?"

"Not that I was aware of. Why? Do you have one?"

"More like two."

"What are they?"

"Wipeout, aka watching people hurt themselves. And the Korean Pop band Girl's Day,"

"Mali, I'm surprised I'm still friends with you after you basically confessed that you like Korean Pop music."

"I ONLY LIKE ONE BAND, THERE'S A DIFFERENCE."

"Sure,"

"SPRAYBERRY,"

"I believe you!"

"Good, I have to go. Bye Dylan, talk later."

"Bye Malia."
