Chapter 24: Fight!

Hermione's POV:

Ugh. This potion is starting to un-grow on me. It tastes horrible!

And on top of that, we were going to have another Life Class!

I fiddle with the time turner in my robes. Nobody except Harry, McGonagall, and Minister Shackbolt know I have it, and I intended to keep it that way.

Well...I could if it weren't for a sneaky ferret, like Malfoy!

"Granger!" Draco called, stepping out from the bathroom. He only had on a towel around his waist, which gave me a clear view of his stomach. Well...more like his abs.

"Like what you see?" While I had zoned out, Draco had moved from the bathroom door to right next to me. His hot breath by my ear sent a shiver down my spine.

"No," I concluded.

Draco smirked. "Why not? Would you like to see..." His hand moved to the towel around his waist, gripping the edge of it. "...more?"

I covered my eyes. "NO!" I squealed. "I DON'T!"

Draco trailed a finger down my neck and rested on the chain of my Time-Turner. "What's this?" He asked.

I gulped and turned towards him, my eyes tightly closed and my hands over my chest, where the Time-Turner rested in my robes. "A locket. Now...GET DRESSED!"

Draco groaned. "You're no fun, Granger!"

I frowned. "Back to last names, are we, Malfoy?"

"You'll become one soon, Granger."

My breath hitched. "Dammit. Just hurry up so we can get to breakfast!"

After what felt like an eternity, but was probably only like two minutes, he called out to me. "I'm decent, you can look now." I slowly opened my eyes to see him standing in his Slytherin robes.

"First we'll go to breakfast, then we have a life class until lunch, after lunch and then-"

"I know, I've memorized our schedule." Draco picks up his bag and hefts it over his shoulders. "Let's go, Granger."

I step out of the room, grateful that he hadn't seen my time-turner. My secret would be safe after all! Well...that wasn't the only secret...

To be quite honest, I was pretty disappointed in myself. I hadn't told Draco anything, and despite everything we've been through, I felt almost...guilty.

Wandering through the walls of the castle, I remember that this is my last year here. I wouldn't be able to run around with Harry and Ron again. The Golden Trio had seen the last of their adventures...hopefully.

Draco and I sat down with the rest of our friend group. I picked up a piece of bacon and chomped on it.

I looked at the ceiling, the ceiling that was charmed to be like the weather that it was outside. I remember reading about in Hogwarts: A History, and being fascinated before I had even stepped foot within these walls.

With a sudden pang, I realize that this summer, I have no idea where to go. In the past years, I had been with my parents or with the Weasleys and the Order. Now, I didn't really know.

Obviously I could go to the Manor, in fact, that was most probable, but I don't think I was quite ready to face that yet. I flinch at the memories.

Then again...fear of a name only increases fear of the thing itself. Perhaps I should go to the Manor...

"'Mione? 'Mione?" Ginny snaps in front of my face. "'Mione?"

I pull myself out of my thoughts. "Yes?"

"I was just asking you if you knew what class we had, but you didn't respond so Ginny started snapping in your face," Ron explained.

I gave Ron a blank stare. "History of the Golden Trio with Moldy Voldy." I deadpanned.

Harry and Ginny howled in laughter, earning a glare from McGonagall.

Ron playfully rolled his eyes. "Haha, but really?"

"Life Class," I respond, shoving another piece of bacon into my mouth.

"Hermione Granger, you need to eat something besides bacon!" Astoria scold, pushing a plate full of fruits, pancakes, and hash browns my way. "Eat!"

I take my fork and stab the pancake. Once I successfully have it on the fork, I hold it up in the air and drop it into my mouth, whole. I grab the small bottle of maple syrup and casually pour a bit in my mouth. I then stand up, mouth still full of pancakes, and head to the Life Class.

When I get inside, I see Professor Sprout. "Alright, class, there's nothing much to do today, so why don't we go down to the greenhouses for a little water fight?"

The class nods eagerly and follows her out the door and to the greenhouses. "Now, just a friendly water fight! Gentlemen, if you want to take off your shirts so they don't get wet, go ahead. Ladies, keep your shirts on." Sprout instructs.

We are all handed a hose and run around, finding a place to stay. I stand behind the shed with Ginny, Astoria, Luna, Lavender, and Pansy. "Won't our shirts become see-through?" Luna asks, worriedly.

"I know a spell-" I start, but Professor Sprout interrupts.

"Ready? Set? BEGIN!" Sprout booms. She places a shield charm around her chair and calmly starts to read a book.

I feel a splash of water coming from behind me, soaking my back. Based upon my friend's gasps, I assume they got splashed too. We whip around to see the boys, shirts off, grinningly evilly at us, and their hoses in hand.

I look down at my blouse, it was becoming see-through! I gasp. "Sweet," Theo mutters.

I shoot a blast of water into his mouth before he can say anything else. "Sweet!" I mimic.

While he's still distracted, I take the chance to bolt. I'm separated from all the girls and nobody can see me, so I do a complicated hand motion and become invisible.

I see Draco running towards me with Harry. Grinning, I pull out my hose, which I've cast a disillusionment charm on, and aim it at them.

Once they're in firing range, I send a steady stream of water at them.

"What!" Draco splutters, looking around wildly. I cover my mouth to suppress a giggle.

"I don't know! Run!" Harry yells.

They both started to run away from me, letting out shrill, high-pitched screams.

I throw my hose in front of them so they trip on it. They both go tumbling down the hill, still screaming for their lives.

Realizing that I had just lost my weapon, I wander around, patting the ground for my hose.

Once I get it, I see Astoria wandering towards me. She's alone and very vulnerable. I creep up behind her and wrap my hose around her. She lets out a Mandrake-like screech.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" She squirms.

I laugh. "Shut up idiot! It's just me!"

Astoria stops screaming and huffs. "So you're invisible huh?"

I shrug. "She never said we couldn't use our wands!"

"Who are you talking to?" Blaise asks.

We turn around. "N-nobody!" She squeaks.

Blaise eyes her. "Alright..." He feigns turning around before splashing us with water! The water bounces off my body and to the ground. Before Blaise can say anything I run.

I see a tree just ahead of me, so I climb it. I watch as people run around. I try to climb higher but lose my focus while trying to think of ways to attack them. My invisibility magic falls, leaving me visible. I fall on my bum to the branch below me.

"Did you hear that?" Ron asks, cautiously.

"Nope..." Neville responds.

I snicker, posing my hose to hit them both in the face.

"Yoo-hoo!" I call. They both swing around and see me, sitting in the tree. I blast them both with water and jump down. "See ya!"

Draco's POV:

After getting attacked by some super suspicious invisible attacker, Harry and I ran.

That's right, we ran. And it wasn't even a manly run, it was a "scared for my life" kind of run where we didn't know where we were going, but the general direction was away from whoever that was.

We sprayed people with hoses, sniggering as girls blouses became see-through. It took us a while, but we finally found The Brightest Witch of Her Age, running from torturing Ron and Neville.

I look at Harry. "Ready?"

He fixes his gaze on Hermione. "Ready. 3...2...1!"

We race after her and start spraying her. She freezes and turns towards us, her blouse now completely see-through. I can see her bra now, it's lacy and green. It's been a while since I've seen one of those...stupid marriage law ruining my life!

I smirk." How very...Slytherin of you, hm, Granger?" I taunt her, pointedly eyeing her bra.

She looks down and covers her chest. "Draco!" She turns on her heel and bolts away.

I chuckle with Harry as we move to find our next victim.

Just as we were about to call out to Blaise, somebody shoots me with water from behind. Harry and I spin around to see Hermione standing there, a murderous glint in her eye.

I gulp, secretly feeling a bit scared. "You're uh...bra, Granger...I can still see-"

Hermione shoots water into my face. I shake my head, water dripping out of my hair.

"'Mione! COME OVER-DANG IT!" Ginny yells, realizing that we're here. Harry gives me a look before running towards her. She screams and flails her hose around, probably trying to get Harry.

When I turn around, Hermione's walking towards me. She sways her hips and has a pouty look on her face. She walks with one foot in front of the other, and I can't help but think about how beautiful she looks.

"Draco," She purrs. "Why don't...Slytherin to my bed tonight?"

She trails a finger down my chest as I gulp. "Uh...Hermione?"

"You don't need to say Lumos Maxima to turn me on..." She continues, whispering in my ear.

I grin a bit. Things are about to get fun. "If you speak parseltongue to me, I might let my snake out." She freezes before looking up at me through her eyelashes.

"I won't say no to your basilisk entering my chamber of secrets." She runs a hand through my hair.

"Did you order Felix Felicis?" I lean down and nip her ear. "Because you're seriously about to get lucky." I run my hand down her back, drawing circles at the small of her back with my index finger. She shivers.

"Draco..." She warns me.

Even if she wants to stop, I want to keep going. This law took away any pleasure I could have, and now that Granger started playing, I didn't want to stop. And it certainly didn't hurt that she was one of the most attractive girls in the school.

"I don't need accio to make you come..."I whisper in her ear. I raise one of my hands to play with her hair.

"Draco..." She warns again. "We're in a class."

I kiss her cheek. My lips linger on her soft skin for a bit before mumbling, "Shall we pick up later then?"

She blushes and starts to stutter. "W-well no it was just a j-joke- b-but I g-guess it's kind of fun-ny-"

I make a soft growling noise. "Admit it, Granger, you think I'm irresistible."
