Next day

Raj and Abhi went to Mukti's house to meet her parents. Mukti was an adult still Raj didn't want to get them married without her parents permission. Sometimes we judge people without knowing about their side of the story and the same happened to her. Her father always wanted a boy who could join the army just like him. When she was born he was upset but when her younger brother was born he started loving him more than her. She couldn't take this but whenever she voiced out about this unbalanced love and care he used to scold her. She was getting depressed with each passing day. When she got an offer for modeling her father disagreed with her decision. That's why she left her family. Raj talked to them and requested them to attend the marriage functions. They agreed to him.

Few days later

Malhotra Mansion was decorated beautifully. Abhi and Mukti did a simple court marriage as they wanted to avoid the media. Though their marriage news was spared in the media, many fashion magazines published articles about them and their love story. Raj threw a reception party for them. He also introduced them to his business partners and many people. Mukti's parents were also present there. They all were enjoying the party but they didn't know what war was going on inside the house. After that day Manik didn't talk to his father. Cabir, Arya and Dhruv were feeling guilty and the whole Malhotra Mansion became silent. Nobody fought with each other. In fact they didn't even talk to each other. It was like a storm came and set everything upside down. After the party when Abhi and Mukti left the house as usual Raj went to Manik's room and found him sleeping already. He pulled the blanket over his chest then came out of the room. Then he went to Arya and Cabir's room. Cabir had a night show that's why he left already. Arya was studying as his final exam was near. Raj went to him and closed his books.

"You have studied enough for today. Now come on, go to sleep."

"Dad, just a chapter was left."

"It's already late. You can complete it tomorrow."

Raj made him sleep on the bed and switched off the lights. Then he went to Dhruv's room. He was sitting on his bed without changing his party attire and lost in his thoughts. When Raj kept his hand on his shoulder and said,

"What are you thinking so deeply?"

"Oh dad. When did you come? Sorry I didn't realize. Come, shit."

Raj sat beside him and said,

"Now tell me, what's bothering you?"

"No...nothing."

"You don't need to hide from me. I know you were thinking about your buddy."

"Dad, to be honest when you brought me into this house I was a small kid. You used to be busy in the office. Bhai used to be busy in his studies. Cabir and Arya used to be busy fighting with each other. Nobody had time to take care of me except him. He used to teach me and help me with my homeworks. He used to play guitar to make me sleep. In fact I learned to play guitar from him only. Maybe sometimes he was strict to me but he also loved me and protected me from all. He lost his whole childhood taking care of me. Nobody can know about his sacrifices better than me. You shouldn't have brought me into this house and ruined his life. I feel guilty."

"I can understand your point of view but what's the use of crying over the spilt milk? Actually it was my fault. I always treated him like a robot who would follow my orders. I taught him to stay together but I never taught him that going away is also necessary. But he has to learn it now. Anyways forget about your past and don't feel guilty, okay? Now change your clothes and go to sleep."

Few months later

As usual the whole mansion remains silent as if nobody leaves there. Everybody was busy building their careers. Nobody has time for each other or should I say they don't want to spend time with each other anymore. Days were passing like that only. One day Dhruv came home with Aliya and they both were panting very badly as if they had come there running. Unfortunately there was none present at the house then. Manik went out to talk to their manager about him performing solo in the albums. When he returned he was Dhruv and Aliya sitting in the living room. Dhruv was shaking in fear and Aliya was biting her nails in nervousness. He went to them and said,

"What happened?"

Dhruv got some relief by seeing him at home. He knew no matter what his buddy will always protect him.

"Buddy, Harshad can come here at anytime."

"What did you do now?"

"Aliya and I had a court marriage a few days ago. When Harshad got to know that he started searching for us. Anyhow we reached here and I am sure that he will come here."

Soon they heard the watchmen shouting on someone. Manik opened the front door and saw Harshad and his men were trying to enter the mansion. Manik immediately took Dhruv and Aliya inside a room and said,

"Call the police and stay here and lock the door from inside. Don't open it until I tell you to open the door, got it?"

He also locked the door from outside for their sefty and went back to the living room. Till then Harshad and his men had beaten the watchmen badly and came inside the house. Manik blocked their way and said,

"Where are you going?"

"Stay away, I am not in a mood for joke."

"I am not joking either."

Harshad held his shirt's collar and and said,

"Where are they?"

"You can't touch them until I am here to protect them."

That's it they both started fighting with each other. Harshad's men wanted to fight with Manik but he stopped them and started fighting with him alone. In frustration his men started breaking evey furniture and expensive things of the house. After some time the police came there and stopped them. Then Harshad said,

"Police officer, please arrest him and his brother. They have kidnapped my sister."

Manik immediately punch him and said,

"Stop lying. Officer, my brother didn't kidnap her. She is an adult and they both did court marriage. When he got to know that he beat our watchmen with his men and entered our private property without any permission."

Manik was going to punch him again but the police officer stopped him and said,

"Mr. Malhotra, please stop it and let us handle this matter. Look Mr. Saxsena, if your sister is an adult then you can't do anything. In fact if they want I can arrest you for beating their watchmen, entering into their private property and damaging their furnitures."

Harshad was raging like a mad bull but he couldn't do anything. That's why he left with his men. Then the police officer said,

"I don't think this matter will be solved here only. He will surely come to take revenge on you. Call me if you need any kind of help, bye."

"Thank you. You already helped us a lot."
