As they started eating Nandini could notice a unusual silence in Manik bt chuckled it thinking she is over thinking than she said all the things she did with rishab today n wat all she shopped than she said

Nan-aur jab Mei ghar pochi toh chacha chachi ko laga that I haven't spend time with u today isliye unhone muje yahan bhej diya for a nite stay

Ma-chacha ne bhi

Nan-haan chacha ne kaha k he trust us that we won't do something wrong isliye

Manik was overwhelmed by their trust n then he narrated everything wat all he did after leaving her from chacha Chachi's meet,to bike ride ,lunch ,he skipped saying abt mr malhotra's call than ,jamming n all also the cake thing

N both were giggling n having fun

At the same tym nyonika entered n heard their giggles she came near to look who it was n saw manan having dinner happily so she came with a smirk n said to Manik

Nyo-wow Manik seems you are having great fun

Hearing nyonika manan turned to her n got statue as Nandini had holded Manik's hand so that he doesn't lose his calm in front of nyonika

While nyonika noticed their hand n then food n said

Nyo-itna amazing food aaj kuch special hai Kya

Nyonika doesn't remember its manik's birthday while Manik just dint wanted to hear it that his own mother does not remember his birthday while Nandini was shock knowing that nyonika actually forgot his birthday while nyonika continued

Nyo-well for today Manik m very tried isliye aaj Mei tumhara dinner spoil nhi krungi

Saying this she picked up a cucumber from salad n with a sly smiled left from there leaving behind a hurt Manik n shocked Nandini

After that the dinner was uncomfortable Manik tried his best to behave normal bt he forgot with whom is trying to be fake bt Nandini remained quiet as she was thinking wat to do

After dinner Nandini said to Manik

Nan-tum ja k chng kr lo n I will clean all this

Manik just bobbed his head n went away n Nandini started cleaning the table she came up n Manik was done with chnging she came n saw him only in his tracks that means tonight he will sleep like that only

She came forward to him with a bag in her hand n said

Nan-yeh try karo na plz

Manik took the bag n said

Ma-yeh Kya hai

Saying this he removed a tshirt from the bag it was the same tshirt that he liked bt aaliya dint let her buy it so Manik said surprisingly

Ma-Nandini yeh tshirt tumne xyz mall se liya na

Hearing the name of the mall Nandini was shocked so asked

Nan-tumhe kaise pata

Ma-area aaj hum mall gaye the na I liked this tshirt lekin aaliya dint let me buy

Nan-okay actually Mei rishab k liye kuch aacha dhund rhi thi n I got this yeh tumhari size Ka tha so I took it immediately I hope u liked it

Ma-no I loved it thank u so much

Saying this he hugged her n she too responded

After a while she said breaking the hug

Nan-try Karo na batao tumhe fit hova ya nhi

Manik immediately wore that n it was perfect for him n Nandini said

Nan-wah mera andaza kitna sahi hai this is perfect to u

Saying this he kissed her cheek n then Nandini said

Nan-5 mins Mei chng kr k aati ho

Manik bobbed n Nandini left than Manik removed the tshirt n was waiting for Nandini

Soon she came n both laid down on pillow facing each other after few mins Nandini got up with a jerk n said

Nan-aiyappaaaaaaa

Manik was confused bt before he could say anything Nandini got up n started searching something in her bag than she came to him n said

Nan-Manik tumhare wallet do

Ma-huh??

Nan-do na

Manik got up n gave his wallet to her from his cupboard n was looking at her actions

Nandini opened his wallet n she saw her pic in his wallet n she blushed bt than she showed him a thread n started placing it in his wallet n saying

Nan-subhe Mei mandir Gayi thi aaj tumhara bday hai na isliye to pray for u aur tumhare liye yeh raksha dhaga le aayi thi I know u don't believe in all this isliye tumhare wallet Mei rakh rhi ho so that muje thodi tnsn kum ho tumhari safety k liye

Manik looked at her with so much of love coz he never thought that somebody could actually do that for him n was overwhelmed by her action so just for her happiness he let her keep that thread in his wallent

Once she was done she gave him the wallet back n again both laid down after looking at each other for a long tym Nandini said

Nan-last 5 mins for ur birthday

N Manik noticed the time n Nandini said caressing his cheek

Nan-aiyappa tumhari har wish puri Kare Manik n u live a long long life

Ma-with u

Nandini bobbed her head n then she kissed his cheek wishing him happy birthday for the last tym n came back in her position

After awhile Nandini came close to Manik n hugged him trying to sleep while Manik too took her in his strong grip

Nandini kissed his chest line once n closed her eyes to sleep bt seems like sleep was far away from Manik n he was just pecking her head again n again

After few mins he thought that Nandini is fast asleep so he got up n kissed her forehead n came to his balcony gazing the stars

It was not even 5 mins he came there wen he felt two soft hands encircling his hard bare chest n next he felt her soft lips on his tattoo he knew who it was bt remained quiet while Nandini than placed her head on his back standing quietly

Ma-muje laga tum so Gayi

Nan-Mei peacefully tab soti ho Jab tum peaceful hote aaj tumhara sukoon tumhare sath nhi hai so meri neend mere sath nhi hai

Again there was a silence n Manik said

Ma-woh Mei......

Nan-yaad hai Manik musicana ka qualifying round jab tumne rishab ki help ki thi n raat ko I had come to thank u aur tumne muje bheega diya tha

Nan-usse waqt we were not in any kind of positive relation lekin fir bhi meine ek note choda tha tumhare liye that ur secret is safe with me n I will not tell anyone that u r not a monster

Again there was a deep silence after 15 mins Manik said

Ma-dad Ka call aaya that to wish me n he was asking k Mei kab aa rha ho beis (20) saal Mei aaj pehli  baar dad me call Kiya muje wish krne k liye

There was no reply from Nandini coz she was playing the role of a good listener today while Manik continued

Ma-lekin nyonika ko yaad bhi nhi hai ........u know Nandini as per my knowledge labor pain bahut severe Hota hai it's very bad (pause) accepted that mere birth k khushi nyonika ko nhi hai bt is it so easy to forget that labor pain also itna aasan hai usse din ko bhul jana wen u were screaming n yelling ur lungs out n if usne surgery ki toh haven't she taken any precautions after that that she forgot this day so easily

Saying this he started sniffing so Nandini came in front of him n wiped his tears n said

Nan-I don't know how to explain u abt nyonika Aisa Kya karu jisse tumhare dil Ka dard kum hojaye

Without any delay Manik pressed his lips with her for a soft kiss while Nandini gave in to watever he did

After breaking the kiss he scooped her in his arms n came on bed made her lay down n came half on her n said

Ma-pata nhi lekin it is said time is the best heeler isliye just stay with me patiently aise hi

Nandini bobbed her head n than made him lay down completely with his head on her chest n she was ruffling his hair making him sleep

After he slept she to drifted to sleep

Next morning she woke up n placed Manik on bed properly n went to chng after chnging she went down to prepare breakfast for him

Recent continuous visit to malhotra mansion by Nandini have made good relations with all the butlers n workers so it was very easy for Nandini to work as per her wish at Manik's place

She made breakfast for Manik n than came in his room to see him sleeping like a baby she sat beside his head n leaned on it n said softly combing his hair

Nan-manik wake up

He stirred a lil n slept back n she again said softly

He stirred again n said

Saying this he came close to her n hide his face in her chest n she was caressing his hair after 5 mins she again said

He slept n Nandini too laid down still his face on her chest n was just loving him kissing him playing with his hair

After a long time Manik woke up n looked at her face which was just smiling n blooming like a flower he came on her face n kissed her for a morning kiss

After the kiss she made him sit n said

Nan-chalo take a bath Mei nashta yahi le aati ho

He noticed some chng on her face n after noticing carefully he complained

Ma-whr r ur earrings Nandini

Before she could say anything he said in demanding tone

Ma-I don't like it u without earrings tumhe pata hai na fir kyu let me remind u once again ur earrings they twinkle like star for me toh  tumne kyu.......

Nan-ssshhh tum naha lo than we will talk subhe subhe don't fight chalo utho aur jao

She made him stand n gave him his towel n pushed him inside the bathroom n came down

She placed all the food in a tray n came up in the meantime Manik had come out after taking a quick bath

Here Manik had a quick bath n came out opened his cupboard to take his clothes wen he found a long box wrapped in a gift he opened it n it had a scroll he took it out n started reading

Day 16

Yeh wind chime tumhare liye pata hai tv serials Mei Jab ek ladka yeh ladki ko deta hai toh woh kehta hai k jabhi hawa ko wajha se yeh ring ho it means that he is missing her lekin Mei isliye Nhi lai mtlb yeh tv serial thodi na hai

Hehehe mazak kr rhi ho actually Kaal Mei shopping Gayi thi toh I saw this n muje sirf tum yaad aaye so I brought it for ur room bas nothing else I hope u will like it

Nandini

Wen Nandini entered she saw him reading the scroll so she said

Nan-arey yeh tumhe itni jldi mil Gaya

N Manik removed the wind chime from the box n noticed it was of stars so a sweet smile appeared on his lips n Nandini asked

Nan-kaisa laga

Ma-beautiful

Saying this he came to his window n hanged it on the curtain pipe while Nandini removed a pair of clothes for him

After hanging it Manik once played it n a soft chiming voice played from it

He came back n started chnging while Nandini was making his bed after he was done chnging Nandini turned to him n said

Nan-aaj muje tumse kuch mangana hai jo mera hai lekin tumhare pass hai

Manik frowned so Nandini took him to his cupboard opening it n pointing towards a golden box which grabbed Manik attention while Nandini continued

Nan-woh gift hai first gift jo tumne muje diya tha bt situation aisi hogai that it came back to u ab muje yeh wapas chahiye

Manik took that golden box opened it n removed that pair of earrings which he gifted her wen he was undergrounded for soha's death

He took the earrings n he himself tucked it in her ears softly after he was done with it he said

Ma-they look beautiful on u

Nan-thanks ab chale nashta kr le

Manik bobbed his head n they came on bed n feeded each other than they left for college n the rest of the day passed away as usual
