AN: I've ignored this story for a while because I've been doing mealiness side projects which no one will ever see.

Edward led the pantaloon of soldiers towards the magical source. Not a single word was uttered the entire journey. They halted just before the tree line exited to a clearing. The light of a fire glowed bright from that direction and chattering could be heard.

The soldiers ran towards the light only to find a slow burning fire and the corpses of science wielders propped up. A recording of meaningless chatter was looped through a vocal spell.

The soldier looked around in confusion before the ground started to shake to the beat of giant footsteps. They looked in the general direction to see the trees fall to either side until whatever was causing it came into view. A massive creature made of rocks and vines towers over the soldier.

"Titan," a soldier yells and they scramble out of the path of the Titan's arm swing.

Damian engaged his Valkyrie wings and flew up with Alexis in arms. "Selene," Damian called into his communication device, "we need a Mech out here stat!"

Alexis looked down at the Titan to see it shield itself from the gun fire of the Science Wielder soldiers. It brought an arm down and Edward ran up it, slicing through the vines.

Damian let Alexis back onto the ground and the two watched the famed Exterminator do his work. The Titan kept smacking itself where Edward once was. He slipped and the Titan had the optimal chance to hit him be it was caught by its own vines.

Confused, Damian looked to Alexis who was twitching her fingers and eye were glowing. "You're one of them," he deducted which broke her concentration, "you sneaky little..."

"Incoming," a Mech came crashing through the forrest and slammed the Titian to the ground, reducing it to rubble. Edward jumped off before the Mech arrived.

Edward dusted off his hands and looked over to Damian and Alexis to see them struggling against each other. "What is all this," he demanded and Damian managed to subdue Alexis, "Sergeant Astro, what is the meaning of this?!"

The other soldier gathered around. "Alexis has deceived us," Damian yelled and the soldier murmured amongst themselves, "she is a Magic Wielder, I saw her use it!"

Edward went wide eye and looked to Alexis, not wanting to believe it. "Is this true," he asked and Alexis didn't answer, "is it true!"

"Yes," Alexis admitted with hints of sobs in her voice. Her eye flashed as flower grew instantly around her, "but I saved you."

Edward turned away and motioned for soldier to bring anti-magic cuffs. "You're a Magic Wielder and no amount of lives will change that," he started walking back to the command ship in a solemn mood.
