I'm sorry but people talking about who they find attractive or find "hot" around me makes me so uncomfy

It's probably at least partly because I can't even remotely relate but it's just so uncomfy

like the other day in French they talked about it for half the period and i was just like please please please move on help i hate it here help and just stared at my friend with a pleading look but she never looked over to me when I was :/

then today in the car my mom and i were talking (mostly my mom-) and then she brought up these two people she found "hot" and I genuinely felt like throwing up (and still do to a lesser extent since that was like five minutes ago)
