Tony... I can explain...

You were just getting out of the spaceship, which landed in the middle of the streets, blocking the traffic. Thor just didn't find a parking lot that was big enough to park the large ship and didn't want to walk to the Tower so he decided that was the best option. Typical Thor. Loki and you got out and the sight of Stark Tower came into your view. You were getting emotional again, soon you would see your mother and father again. After all this time.

Loki took his hand in your, something was wrong. He looked different. It crossed your mind that he could be an illusion of himself, but then he wouldn't be able to hold your hand. It could be worry that was showing in his eyes and you kind of felt bad for him. Your father would definitely try to kill him.

'Are you still alive?' you joked, trying to lighten the mood, but he remained tensed.

'For now,' he spoke lowly, eyeing the Tower while he gulped. You squeezed his hand reassuringly and he then looked in your eyes while he gave you a small smile. You winked at him.

'I'll protect you this time,' you told him, with a stern voice that said he shouldn't be worried or anxious.

'Are we going to tell them... you're pregnant?' Loki asked. You shrugged.

'I think we should. We have to be honest with them. It will be quite a shock, but I am sure they will appreciate our honesty, which will help in understanding us.' He nodded as wel walked into the Tower and took the elevator.

'Hello, Miss Stark,' Javis greeted me.

'Hello, Javis, could you tell dad that we are on our way to the kitchen?' You asked the friendly voice.

'Of course, Miss Stark. Good to see you again,' Jarvis told you. You smiled. Loki nervously played with the ends of his sleeves.

'Don't stress, love,' you told him. He smiled at you while letting go a breath he was holding.

'I-I'm not...' he stuttered. You didn't said it aloud, but you did think a stuttering Loki was adorable. The normal, confident man he once was had turned into a nervous wreck.

The doors of the elevators slid open and you both walked out, pacing to the kitchen where you saw your parents waiting. Pepper's eyes were red from crying and Tony looked sad, yet happy.

'Y/N?' Pepper's voice cracked as she rushed towards you. You did the same and as soon as you were close enough to her you wrapped your hand around each other. Tony came rushing towards you as well. Tears streamed from the corner of your eyes and so did Pepper. Only Tony seemed to keep a control over his emotions, but you could see the relief in his demeanor.

'Where were you? The Avengers searched the whole world to find you,' Pepper told you, caressing your face. Tony looked up and spotted Loki, and his attitude changed immediately.

'Something tells me that she wasn't even on earth.' Tony's voice had a sharp edge and you tensed under Pepper's touch. You stood up straight again and you let go of your mother.

'Tony... I can explain...' Loki spoke, his voice hollow and low. He quickly recovered and put on his confident demeanor again. The nervous Loki from the elevator was nowhere to be seen.

'Dad, mom, I will explain. You just might want to sit down...' you spoke carefully. Tony and Pepper did, and you and Loki sat in front of them and next to each other.

'Y/N?' Tony said. 'We missed you, where were you for five months?' Five months? I was gone for longer than I thought. 'We thought you were...' Tony didn't finish his sentence before he broke down crying. Pepper ran her hand up and down his back, comforting his while holding her tears back. You felt bad for them, they were worried sick while you had like the best months of your life. Well, there were still ups and downs about it, but the whole image was pleasant.

'But I'm not! I'm here... Right here,' you whispered. When they calmed down a bit, Tony spoke.

'Where were you?' You looked over at Loki and he nodded encouraging for you to tell the truth.

'Well... Dad, don't get angry,' you told him.

'I won't,' he reassured you. You smiled a little before you continued. After taking a deep breath.

'When you guys were gone... Loki came... and...' you couldn't finish your sentence because Loki finished ut for you.

'I took her away... to annoy you, Stark, but-'

'I knew it!' Tony shouted. He glared at Loki and stood up, but Pepper forced him back into his seat.

'Hear them out. Then you can beat him up and I'll help you,' Pepper spat, more at Loki than at your father. You swallowed. You were both screwed.

'Okay...' you started again. 'But now we have some good news as well...' Loki smiled a bit at how you chose your words.

'Good news? How can there possibly be any good news?' Tony shouted.

'Dad! You promised to not get angry!' you reminded him.

'Okay, okay... Okay... I'm not angry,' Tony said in a soft voice.

'As I was saying... There is some good news. Loki and I... we...' You looked at Loki with pleading eyes. You put your hands on the table and Loki grabbed one, squeezing it. Tony's eyes grew big.

'We love each other,' Loki finished for you. Pepper stayed silent, and so did Tony, progressing was the raven haired man just said. Tony then cocked up an eyebrow.

'Sweetheart... you're not? Please tell me you're kidding,' Tony pleaded, but you shook your head. Tony sighed and looked at Pepper for a brief second.

'There is more...' you then said, after a torturing silence. You looked at your parents. 'And I want you to know that I'm happy about it. That me and Loki are both happy about it.' Tony frowned and nodded, encouraging you to continue. You opened your mouth to talk, but the words stayed behind in your throat. Never had it been so hard to tell them the truth. Loki's grip around your hand tightened and he breathed more intense. His eyes locked with a glass of water. Tony sighed. 'I'm...' The words didn't come. Loki decided to say it for you.

'Before we tell you, I want you to know that it was completely my fault,' Loki said. You frowned.

'That not true, love,' you spoke softly to him. Tony cringed at the nickname you gave Loki. Loki smiled and then turned back to your parents.

'Your daughter is carrying my child.' The words came out hoarse, but they heard it. Very clear. Tony chocked on air and glared at Loki.

'You touched my child! She's only seventeen! You sick perv-' Pepper pulled him back to his chair as he made a second attempt to get to Loki. Pepper shot daggers at Loki, but didn't say anything.

'I'm so sorry,' you sobbed suddenly. Tony and Pepper then calmed down. Loki pulled you closer and you buried your face in his shoulder.

'Forgive me, please, but I do love your daughter, Stark, Potts,' Loki told them genuine. Pepper smiled at him, but Tony didn't. Pepper cleared her throat and quickly looked at Tony before speaking.

'Y/N?' Her tone was caring an motherly. You looked up in her eyes. Pleading. 'If you love him, then it's okay with me. I'll support you, but it will take some time for me to progress this. But I want you to be happy and if Loki is the one that makes you feel that way, I am not going to stop you.' A heavy weight dropped from your shoulders. A whimper left your lips.

'Can I just point out that he looks as old as me?' Tony barked. You felt like tearing up again. Of course your father would not approve.

'Tony!' Pepper whispered angrily.

'What! It's true!'

Loki rolled his eyes and placed a hand on your stomach. You smiled trough your tears at him. Tony then looked at you.

'Okay, fine. Be together and blah blah blah. But if you break my child's heart, I'll cut of all your hair,' Tony snapped. Loki grinned and nodded. You looked at Pepper and she winked. You giggled, relieved.

'Are you going to stay here?' Pepper then asked, both you and Loki. You looked at Loki.

'Well, we would certainly appreciate it if we could stay for the night. We haven't really discussed what we were going to do yet,' Loki spoke. And you could see that Pepper was pleased that he liked to discuss those things with you. And so were you.

'Of course you two can stay for the night. Stay as long as you want. You too Loki,' Pepper told you. Tony frowned.

'Yeah, we left your room exactly the same, Y/N,' Tony said. 'But Reindeer Games is sleeping on the couch,' he added. You frowned at how childish your father was being.

'He's sleeping in my bed, dad,' you told him. Tony was about to say something, but Pepper stopped him.

'They are having a child together, Tony, I'm sure they can handle a night in the same bed,' Pepper told him with a giggle. Tony playfully glared at her.

'Okay, fine,' Tony said. 'Since when did you became such a... women?' Tony complained. 'Where did my baby go?' You smiled and then said goodbye to them as Loki did the same and you dragged him to your room.
