[Y/n]'s P.O.V.

After riding my motorcycle through two days straight I finally made it to the docks where the ferry was waiting with many elemental masters and... ninjas? I got off my motorcycle and stood behind where the ninja were to get ready to board a ship to the island. While I was looking around I recognized some these men from my Port Mafia days especially Chen's daughter, Skyler. "Ah. I told you we shouldn't have worn them." the brunette with a gravity defying hair yelled to the blonde in the green ninja gi. "The Tournament of Elements. You think they all have powers like us?" the same ninja, who's name is Kai, mumbled to the ninjas. "When I asked my dad about it, he got really suspicious. Like there's something he's keeping from me." the blonde said to them with a frown on his face, from the files I read over his name is Lloyd, he turns out to be the son of Lord Garmadon who's now Sensei Garmadon. Haven't seen him over many years during my Port Mafia days when he was still evil and known as Lord Garmadon.

While the ninja were still talking I can already feel eyes on me from the other elemental masters on the docks. One was about to approach me, but a ferry came to reveal Clouse who was getting off to greet us. I met and went against Clouse once, when I was on solo mission to Ninjago while in the Port Mafia. All of us were then lined up to board the ferry, I was in front of the ninja and could hear their entire conversation. 'And I thought ninjas were suppose to be quiet.' I thought sweat dropping at how unstealthily they were with their conversations. "We don't know if this is a trap. Wherever they take us, we have to stick together." Lloyd said to the other ninja who were; Kai, Jay, and Cole. Walking up to the ferry I felt a breath down my neck, I turned around to see Kai sighing dreamily at Skyler. "We can't let anything distract us. You hear me, Kai?" Lloyd asked him, while Kai's focus was still on Skyler "Huh? Uh, yeah. Uh, got it. Whatever you say." the brunette said quickly.

'Disgusting.' I thought gagging in my mind about to board the ferry, to then be stopped by a hand on my shoulder "It's nice to see you again, Dazai-san." Clouse said, emphasizing my last name before having me board the ferry. "Master Chen will be charmed to see you've accepted his offer. A Master of Spinjitzu shall fare favorably in his tournament." Clouse said to Jay with a sly smirk "Hey, we're not here to fight. We're here to save a friend." Jay yelled at him. "Don't be so petty, Master Jay. Everyone here has something to fight for." Clouse then said pulling nunchucks out of Jay's bag "Chopsticks. I'm a big eater. Heh."Jay laughed nervously, as Clouse tossed the weapon into the water. The other ninja boarded the boat, but the green ninja who was about to until "Lloyd, wait! If you get on that boat, you may never return." Garmadon called out to him.

"What are you doing here dad?" Lloyd asked confused "Master Chen is a dangerous man who should never be trusted. Whatever he promised you, do not believe him."Garmadon warned him. Now that I have a better look at them, they have the same hairstyle, but both his mom and dad are brunettes. Must have been the recessive trait from his grandfather and uncle. "Lord Garmadon. It's been a while. It's Sensei now, correct? I can't remember."Clouse taunted smirking at the said man "Clouse. I see Master Chen still has you running his errands." Garmadon greeted with venom in his voice. "I have to go, Dad. This is about Zane. It's about family. If we're ever going to be whole again, I have to get on that ship." Lloyd said to his dad, 'So this is about that nindroid from the incident of New Ninjago City.' I thought remembering the file of Zane. "Last call. Are you in...or out?"Clouse said tauntingly at the father and son duo "I can't stop you, son, but I can join you." Garmadon said with determination.

"Sorry, no more room on the ship." Clouse said to him with a smirk "No room?" Garmadon asked, while the crew were laughing pulling in the board to get on the ferry. Annoyed by this I decided to do a favor for an old acquaintance, so I decided to 'accidently' kick one of the crew members near the edge of the ship to have Garmadon jump and push him into the water. "I stand corrected. There's room now."Clouse grunted glaring at both me and Garmadon, the sensei then looked at me and nodded gratefully to me. "Don't worry, I'm not here to compete. Only to look out for my interests."Garmadon said to him and moved over to put a hand on his son's shoulder "Let's ship out." Clouse yelled at the crew to have us travel to the island where they held my brother captive. I decided to separate from the rest of the people aboard the ferry and decided to look around, or just read and mark off the pages in the 'Complete Guide to Suicide' that my brother has already done.

Lloyd's P.O.V.

While watching that girl with; long beautiful brown hair, [E/c] eyes, and [S/c] skin that are wrapped in bandages kicked the guy near the edge of the ferry to let my father on board. 'Who is she? What's her element?' I asked myself in my head to then see that my father looked at her gratefully at what she did for him 'Dad must know her.' I thought seeing that they seem to be familiar with each other, along with the man named 'Clouse' as well. After we left shore we looked around on the deck to see; the master of metal hitting a oil drum, the master of gravity levitating himself, master of nature using his staff to grow bamboo, and the master of sound sending sound waves through his instrument. As we were looking around I see Clouse walking around with some bodyguards behind him "You know him. You said his name's Clouse." I said to my dad "Don't be fooled by his attire. He is a Master of Dark Arts and Master Chen's number two."my Dad warned me and the others.

"Huh. I thought Master Chen's number two was an eggroll and fried rice." Cole said jokingly "Why haven't you or Wu ever told us there are others with powers like us?" Kai asked Dad with a frown on his face. "Because there are some things we don't want you to know. You were led to believe you were special, yet you never questioned where your powers came from." Dad said looking away from them "Uh, are you implying that I'm not special?" Jay asked disappointed at he said. "Everyone on this ship is a descendant of an original elemental master." Dad then said, which made look at the girl I saw earlier sitting on one of the crates reading a book. "Elemental Master? Who were they?" I asked confused "They were the First Spinjitzu Master's guardians. Each endowed with an elemental power that has been passed down through generations." Dad explains to us.

We then looked around the deck again to look at the elemental masters again. "If that's true, then so is my sister Nya. But she can't do what I can." Kai said with a frown "Can't she? Power lies in all of you. It only needs to be awoken."Dad said, turning towards him. "The fighters here serve no master and have managed to unlock their own true potential. For instance, that pale man. A distant relative to the Master of Light. Watch closely, and you'll see how he's stayed hidden all these years." he said gesturing to the see through man, who then turned invisible in front of them"Then there's Griffen Turner. Grandson to the Master of Speed." Dad then said, as we then see a white blurred in front of us. "Hey. You can't lay a hand on me. I'm faster than fast. Swifter than swift." Griffen said running all over the ferry "Uh, Master of Speed? That's not an element." Jay said, as we followed to have a better look at him.

"So asks the Master of Lightning." Dad said to him "Oh, snap, he got you there." Cole said with a smile, as we were still walking around the ferry. "And, uh, who's she?" Kai asked with a smile looking at the hooded girl 'O jeez, why?' I thought mentally facepalming  at what I just said to him before we boarded. "I don't know. Most of these people I have not seen. But they will all be gunning for you. You are Ninja. You serve with honor. Here, that means very little." Dad said to us. "Then who's she?" I asked, pointing at the girl before who's walking towards us "You mean the one wrapped like a mummy?" Kai asked raising an eyebrowat the girl who's walking towards us. "That there is someone I haven't seen in a very long time." my Dad answered with a slight smile on his face, she walked through us to then go next to my dad.

I thought she was going to talk to us, but she then pulled a gun out of nowhere. This then triggered me and the others, but the girl by the railings who was shocked to see that she had a weapon on her. "Well it's been a while hasn't Lord Garmadon, or would you rather go by Sensei Garmadon?" she asked with a sly smirk on her face, I was so ready to attack her. "It has been a while Dazai-san, or would you rather [Y/n]?" my Dad said calmly with a smile. "How can you calm when you have a gun to your head, Dad?!" I yelled at him with wide eyes "Now, now, Lloyd. Calm down." he said. "I hope to see you again, Sensei." she said pulling the trigger, but nothing came out but a flag that said 'BANG!' on it. After that they both looked at each other and started laughing with each other, which made me, Kai, Cole, and Jay look at them confused.

"Oh my God! Their faces were priceless!" the girl said, wiping the tears from her eyes "Oh that never gets old!" my dad said still laughing a bit. "*sigh* It's been so long." he said bringing her into a hug "Uh, dad who's she?" I asked still confused at what just happened. "Well it's complicated. We met way back when he was still Lord Garmadon. The names Dazai [Y/n], but since the language difference my first name is [Y/n]." she said with a smile still on her face "It seems you choose the right path to go on. How's Odasaku?" he asked her with a kind smile, which made her frown and her brown hair cover her eyes. "I guess you didn't know... Odasaku died by Mimic and the kids he adopted." [Y/n] said looking at the ground "Oh, I'm so sorry." my Dad said. "No it's fine, besides this is his dying wish to have me and my brother go to a side he wished he was on." she said to him with a strained smile on her face.

'To be honest she was really beautiful, but I have to wonder. Why is she wearing bandages? Is she injured, or is she trying to cover something up for her elemental power?' I thought with so many questions inside of my head. I was about to go up to her to ask about her elemental power, to then be pushed by Kai who was making his way towards the girl he pointed at. "Well, maybe honor means something to me." he mumbled making his way towards the master of metal, who was grabbing the girl's wrist with his metal gauntlet. "It's okay. I can handle myself." the girl said to him "This none of his business. Karlof cold. Karlof just wants her cloak."Karlof growled at Kai. "You look like you got big enough mittens. Why not leave the gal alone?"Kai said to him, which made Karlof more angry "These not mittens. These crush ninja." Karlof said clenching his metal gauntlet hands. "Ha, I'd like to see you try." Kai taunted, making him more mad "Save it for the Tournament, Kai." Dad and [Y/n] said in different tones to Kai.

'This isn't going to end well.' I thought looking Kai and Karlof nervously "Don't think Karlof afraid of you." he said to Kai getting angrier by the second. "No, you don't think much at all, do you?" Kai said with a cocky smirk on his face, to then have the collar of his grabbed and to be lifted off the deck by Karlof who looks very pissed. "Uhh! Just jump in whenever you feel like it." Kai yelped looking at us for help "You say Karlof not smart?" Karlof growled at Kai. "I'd say Karlof is plenty smart not to start something he can't finish." I said to him, to have put Kai down and then punched him "Oopsy. Guess Karlof not smart." Karlof said with a smirk on his face. We were about to intervein,when both [Y/n] and Dad stopped us "Kai started this, he can finish it." [Y/n] said with a smile. Kai then got up and glared at Karlof who glared back, to then get into a fighting stance to go against the master of metal.

[Y/n]'s P.O.V.

'Now things are about to get interesting.' I thought smirking at the two elemental masters in front of me. "Fire!" Kai yelled with his hands on fire throwing them at Karlof, who blocks them with his metal gauntlets and then clang them together to make his whole body metal. He then charges at Kai trying to smash, till he finally punched him to the wall and then to the roof of where the deck below is. Karlof still kept trying to fight Kai, that is until he fell off the roof and grabbed Kai with him. The ninja decided to watch as Kai lit up his fists to fight Karlof, Kai was winning at first, but was knocked down. I was lucky enough to get there in time to touch Karlof who turned back to normal and looked at himself confused, along with Kai. "I think that'll be all." I said catching their attention "What you do to Karlof?" Karlof demanded glaring at me.

"Enough!" Clouse yelled at him, which made him back off and go away "Uhh... I'm sorry if I was cold to you earlier." Skyler said with a fake smile and grabbed Kai's hand to lift him up, but to also absorb his power. She then turned to me a smirked, while I just narrowed my eyes at her trick. "We're here. Welcome to Chen's Island."Clouse announced, with the horns blowing that we were docking at the island they were exiled to. "I swore to never return." Garmadon said glaring at the island "You know, you should never swear. It's a sign of weak verbal skills." Jay said to him. "If Zane's on that island, we'll find him. We have to."Lloyd said looking at the island in front "Now that I think of it. What brings you here [Y/n]? You don't usually come unless it concerns or interests you." Garmadon asked me curiously "Two words, Suicidal Maniac." I said to him with a deadpanned look. Which made him realize who I'm talking about, but made the ninja look at me confused.

"She's talking about her brother has a suicidal obsession, but it doesn't really turn out well." Garmadon explains to them "Yeah, and it ends up annoying the hell out of me and our partner and ex-partner." I said with a irk just thinking about it. I then handed them a video camera of all of his suicide attempts and the planner I got of all of his days of suicide. "How is he still alive?!" Jay yelped watching all of the attempts "Don't ask." I said with a depressed aura, having Garmadon pat my back and look at me with pity. "It's best if you don't. He's very vexing and annoying, but very; sly, intelligent, strong, and manipulative just like [Y/n]." Garmadon said to them "What did you do Karlof?" Kai asked me, looking at me suspiciously. "I'm not a elemental master." I said to them "What?!" they all yelled, except Garmadon. "She has an ability which can cancel other's abilities, but can also cancel out your elemental powers. So don't let her touch you." Garmadon then said, this makes me smirk knowing that they were going to underestimate me.

"Then that leaves easy pickings then if we don't use our elemental pow-Ow!" Kai said with a smirk on his face, to then yelp in pain "Don't underestimate her, she's just like her brother." Garmadon said pulling Kai's ear. "Besides she's a very though opponent to beat so be careful." he then said letting go of Kai's ear, who was now rubbing it since it's all red now. Still looking at the island I turned around, feeling eyes burning in the back of my head to see Lloyd looking at me narrowing his eyes at me. "Like what you see greenie?" I asked teasing him, which made him look away with a tint of pink on his face.
