Young messy furred Lionpaw there in the media :3

That's ridiculous! Kill Swiftpaw? He couldn't do that. Not after everything they'd been through, even if she did abandon him.
Kill her, the voice insisted loudly.
"No!" he hissed to himself, then realized he'd made himself look insane.
He shrieked loudly as he was pulled backwards by his tail, and he slid out of the crevice. His claws scraped the rock underneath him as he was dragged.
"Filthy mousebrain." the voice hissed.
"Don't touch me." Lionpaw protested quietly, his claws making the terrible high pitched shrieking, scraping, noise that is very offensive to the ears.
"Stop that noise, you fox-heart!" The voice seemed familiar to Lionpaw, but he couldn't quite put his paw on who it was.
"Let. Me. Go!" Lionpaw gave the cat's nose a swift kick with his hind paws, claws sheathed, luckily enough.
"You idiot." The voice had a new edge of pain in it, but he finally realized who the voice belonged to.
"What are you even doing here?" Lionpaw hissed, spinning to face him.
"I was told you ran away. So I came to drag you back like the good deputy I am."
"You killed the old deputy, didn't you...?" Lionpaw narrowed his amber eyes. They were alight like golden fire.
"No, no, of course not. Someone else did, luckily for me. And now, luckily for me, someone else is going to kill the leader too." Venomeye's eyes glowered in the dimness of the cavern.
"No. I'll tell everyone everything. I'll do it right now." Lionpaw darted off back towards camp, Venomeye hot on his heels.
"I hope you realize I've got to kill you now." Venomeye growled. Lionpaw could feel his beating on his legs and he felt a sudden shock of pain as Venomeye snapped his jaws around Lionpaw's tail, clamping down with bone breaking force.
Lionpaw screamed for help, as loudly as he could, and continued to run. He had no other choice. If he stopped, he was dead. If he tried fighting Venomeye, he was also dead. There was still a chance for him if he ran.
"Shut up, kit." the larger tom hissed through Lionpaw's tail fur. He jerked the apprentice back by his tail and used that moment to push himself forward so that his two front paws landed square on top of Lionpaw's shoulders. He pushed the apprentice down onto the ground.
The two wrestled for a moment. Lionpaw was wrestling to get free, while Venomeye was fighting to get access to Lionpaw's throat or belly.
Neither succeeded. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Swiftpaw shrieked, arriving on the scene.
"I'm teaching the apprentice a lesson. He kicked me in the face earlier, you'd best stay out of it." Venomeye answered calmly. His blue eyes held no trace of his true intention.
"He's trying to kill me!" Lionpaw shrieked, fighting harder. "He killed the deputy and he's going to kill the leader!"
"Just go back to camp, Swiftpaw. This is none of your concern." Venomeye said smoothly.
"Please." Lionpaw begged, his small voice ragged from screaming. His eyes pierced Swiftpaw's pleadingly, honestly, hoping the she cat would believe him.
"I'll go back. But not without Lionpaw." she said quietly.
"You're my apprentice. Do as I say." The older tom hissed loudly.
"No. Or I'll go and tell everyone what Lionpaw just told me." She flattened her ears stubbornly.
Venomeye thought for a moment, his gaze burning with anger. "Fine. But if either of you say a word of what Lionpaw knows to anyone else in the clan, I will kill you both in your sleep." He snarled and pulled himself off of Lionpaw, stalking back the way they'd come.
"Th-thank you..." Lionpaw whispered to Swiftpaw. He avoided her gaze but he could feel it stinging into his eyes.
"You mouse brain, you!" She tackled him in a ferocious hug, nuzzling into his neck fur. "I thought I was going to lose you for good." Her voice cracked mid sentence, and she sobbed.
Lionpaw was extremely surprised by her behavior. After a moment's hesitation he licked her ear. "I-I'm fine now.... Thanks to you..." he murmured.
"I didn't mean those terrible things I said to you, I was just angry, and worried... I-I don't know why I said those things... You were right in the first place. Are you angry at me?" Swiftpaw sniffled and continued to sob into his fur.
Lionpaw wasn't sure how to answer. "I love you." he whispered, his eyes closed. His fur was growing hot with embarrassment, but he meant what he'd said.
"We've been through so much together... I couldn't let go of you if I wanted to." he added. Swiftpaw answered with stunned silence.
"I... This is so wrong... I-I love you too." she murmured. "W-what if they find out about us...?"
"I don't care about them. We can just run away again. With my herb knowledge and your hunting skills, we could even do just fine on our own." Lionpaw said quietly.
"I know... But let's try to keep this a secret anyway." She licked his nose lightly as he nodded in agreement.
"We should probably head back now..." Lionpaw sighed.
"Probably... Camofur is worried about you." Swiftpaw let Lionpaw get to his feet. He let Swiftpaw quickly lead him back to camp and once there they shared a parting glance, before heading their desperate ways.
"I was beginning to think there was a cave in! Thank heavens you're alright!" Camofur said loudly. He sniffed Lionpaw all over for injuries. Luckily he chose not to notice the scratches Venomeye caused during their struggle.
"No. I was just out for a walk." He shrugged and walked over to his nest in exhaustion.
"Oh, I see. Well get some rest, we've got a lot of work to do tomorrow."
With those words in mind, Lionpaw laid down and let himself slip into where he felt like he really belonged. The Dark Forest.

"Ah, good, you're here." Tigerstar had already been waiting for him.
"Of course I am." Lionpaw replied, chin held high.
"We have some things to discuss, and after that I want you to get some rest. Walk with me." Tigerstar began to lead the apprentice through the forest using an overgrown path. The foliage was up to Lionpaw's chest, and he felt like he was wading through water it was so thick.
"What do you need to talk to me about?" He tilted his head.
"I have a special mission for you." He smiled a deep smile, a smile of multiple meanings.
"Special mission?" He blinked.
"I need you to watch your clanmates. Anyone who seems overly suspicious of me or anyone here needs to be silenced immediately. You know what that means." Tigerstar chuckled, as if he'd just told a joke.
"Y-you want me to what?" Lionpaw asked quietly.
"Kill all who oppose. It won't just be you, I have other connections. But I'll know if you don't do your job." The older tom shrugged.
Lionpaw shivered and gulped. He didn't have any choice... "Okay." he replied quietly.
"Good. And kit?" Tigerstar swept his claws across Lionpaw's flank. "Actually fight next time someone attacks you."
With that, Lionpaw startled awake in his nest, his flank stinging with pain.
