Part 42

Next morning:

Garima is in kitchen when Lavanya came there. It was already 7'o clock.

"Mom. ASR still din't wake up"asked Lavanya.

"I think he still din't"said Garima.

"Then where is Khushi ?"asked Lavanya.

"She also must be sleeping "said Garima.

"But she wakes up early naa"said Lavanya.

"I will go and check"said Lavanya and went to Arshi's room. She knocked the door for two to three times. But no response came.

She pushed the door little. She peeped in and found no one inside.

"Where they must be ?'thought Lavanya.

She came out and said the same to her mother. Garima too wondered where they must be.

"Did they returned to RM ?"said Garima.

"No mom. Their mobiles and things are in the room"said Lavanya.

Garima thought for a while and said" May be they slept on the terrace. Also Khushi always likes to sleep on the terrace"

"I will check "said Lavanya and went to terrace.

When she came to terrace, the scene infront made her shock.

Khushi is sleeping with her head on Arnav's chest and her one hand hugging him. Arnav is hugging her possessively by waist.

Lavanya's eyes almost popped out of her eyelids seeing the scene. Fuming in anger, She went downstairs.

Buaji saw Lavanya coming downstairs with an angry disturbed face. She felt confused and went to terrace. She witnessed the same scene. Blushing heavily, Buaji came down. Then she understood why Lavanya came down angrily.

Lavanya directly went into her room not answering her mother's questions. Garima looked at her confused and followed to her room.

On the other side, Arnav slowly wokeup feeling the sunrays. He opened her eyes and found that there is something heavy on his body. He looked down only to see Khushi sleeping on his chest and her hand encircling around his waist. Arnav lost himself in her beauty. He removed the fringe of hair falling on her face with his finger. Due to that sensation, Khushi sleep got disturbed and she opened her eyes only to get lost in each other eyes. But soon Khushi realized their position and was going to get up but her mangalsutra got stucked to Arnav's shirt button so she crashed on to him because of that her lips touched on his cheek.

Then Khushi observed that her mangalsutra stuck to his shirt button. She tried to remove it but couldn't. Arnav stopped her and removed it slowly. Khushi got up from him. both felt embarrassed for whatever happened.

"Arnavji. You go downstairs. I will bring these blankets"said Khushi without looking at him.

"Ok."said Arnav and went downstairs.

In the downstairs, Arnav went inside the house. Shashi is sitting on sofa reading newspaper. Buaji came out of her room.

"Good morning Arnav"said Shashi.

"Good morning uncle"said Arnav.

Then both Shashi and Buaji both looked at each other giggling. Garima came there with coffee. Behind her Lavanya too came. She handovered coffee to Buaji.

They both too looked at him wondered.

"What happened ?"asked. They nodded their heads as nothing.

Arnav couldn't understand why all are looking at him like an alien. Confused he went into room.

After a pause of time, Khushi entered the house with blankets. Buaji and Shashi smiled to each other seeing Khushi. Garima and Lavanya turned away their faces angrily.

"Good morning papa"said Khushi.

"Good morning beta"said Shashi.

"What happened papa ?"asked Khushi seeing their glances.

"Nothing beta. You go and freshup"said Shashi.

Khushi too went from there confused.

When she entered into the room, Arnav has just completed talking with Aman. He turned and looked at her lost in his thoughts.

"What happened ? What are you thinking ?"asked Arnav.

"Nothing Arnavji. Don't know what happened. All are behaving weirdly"said Khushi without looking at him.

"Yeah.You are right. I too feel the same"said Arnav."But why ???"said Khushi and looked at him only to open her mouth into a big O.

" Arnavji. Who did this ?"asked Khushi with little anger.

"What????"asked Arnav confusingly. Khushi took him near mirror and indicated to look into it.

There Arnav saw lipstick mark on his cheek. He got confused then he remembered when Khushi fall on him due to mangalsutra , her lips touched his cheek. Arnav smiled to himself thinking about it.

"Why are you laughing ? Who did this ?"asked Khushi keeping her hands on her hip.

"Who else can do this Khushi other than you ?"asked Arnav.

"Me!!!!!!!!!!! When? Don't lie "said Khushi.

" I am not lieing. Let me remind you, when you fell me when mangalsutra got stucked then this happened "said Arnav.

Khushi recalled the incident and felt embarrassed.

"All are smiling to themselves looking this . They are thinking you kissed me"said Arnav.

"Hey devimayya. What I have done ? What will papa and Buaji think of me now ?"murmured Khushi.

"What the...Khushi. Why are you behaving as if you kissed some random guy? You kissed your husband only. Also this is not first time "said Arnav teasingly.Khushi blushed hearing this and went from there to take bath.

After sometime, Arshi came near dining table. All are present there. Shashi and Lavanya are ready to go for office. They all had the breakfast together. Arnav and Khushi took blessings from the Buaji and Shashi before leaving.

"Papa. You are going for office naa"asked Khushi.

"Haan beta."said Shashi.

" Then you too come with us. We too are directly going to office"said Khushi.

"No beta. It's ok"said shahsi.

"Uncle. Khushi is saying right. You too come with us"said Arnav.

"But beta............"stammered Shashi.

"No if's and but's. You are coming with us"said Khushi.Shashi agreed thinking for a while.

"Ok. I too will come. I will bring my bag"said Lavanya and went into her room.

Arnav and Buaji rolled off thier eyes. They came out of the house.. Arnav and Khushi took blessings from the buaji and Shashi. Khushi hugged Buaji.

In this meanwhile Lavanya went and sat in the front seat of the car. After bidding goodbye to all, Arnav and Khushi along with Shashi came there. They looked at Lavanya in the car puzzled.

"Hi ASR. Come"said Lavanya with her smile.

"Why are you sitting here ?"asked Arnav.

"What is the problem in it ?"asked Lavanya.

"This is Khushi's place. I don't give her place to anyone. So go and sit with your father back side"said Arnav.

"Arnavji. It's ok. Let her sit"said Khushi

" You just don't say anything "said Arnav with a stern voice. Khushi looked at him startled.

Lavanya feeling insulted went to back side. They drove off to AR. During the whole journey Lavanya's eyes are on Arnav which din't go unnoticed by him
