Does being a judgmental means I'm a hypocrite?

In my opinion if you mock of someone doing an act and then you go around doing it that makes you a hypocrite, but I'm for one can't hold myself for being judgmental sometimes but only in trival matters Alhamdulillah like the immodest clothes choice or manner Less behaviour. Other than that you can't judge as no one knows what's going on on others' life.
