[Leo's POV]
Weeks have pasted and I still get up early every morning just to watch (Y/N) go by my house.

She's been acting different lately though. Whenever she walks by my house, I can see a bright pink dusting her beautiful cheeks.

She's beautiful while blushing though. It makes her cheek bones stand out and...ugh I'm so weird.

This morning, I woke up and did the usual. I picked out my usual attire: jeans, a white button up shirt, brown suspenders, and my combats boots.

I got changed and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I didn't really feel like eating breakfast because I wasn't hungry.

I decided to keep my curls messy today because it's uncomfortable when they're tamed.

I walked down the stairs of my house and sat on the porch like I do every single morning.

I checked my watch and saw that (Y/N) wasn't walking by at the time she usually does.

I wasn't worried....scratch that, I was freaking out. What if she's sick? What if something bad happened to her?

I decided to walk down the sidewalk a little bit. I got up off my porch and walked in front of my house to hers.

I heard voices coming from the house next to mine. I recognized one as (Y/N)'s and the other as Kyle's.

Kyle lived next door and he was twenty-four. He had brown hair and green eyes that were like my friend Percy's.

I couldn't help but eavesdrop on their conversation. It could've been something happening with (Y/N).

"So...what do you say? Do you want to go on a date with me?" I heard Kyle say. My eyes widened and I started to get mad and worried.

"Look Kyle, I'm flattered that you asked me, but I don't like you that way. I like someone else and I'm really sorry. I hope we can still be friends." (Y/N) said.

Ninety percent of me was extremely happy that she rejected him, but the other ten percent felt bad for Kyle. He was a good guy.

I quickly walked back to my house so (Y/N) wouldn't suspect anything. I didn't want her mad at me for listening on their conversation.

I sat back down on my porch waiting for (Y/N) to walk by. While doing so, I did a lot of thinking.

What would've happened if she said yes to Kyle? I would be broken hearted and mad at myself.

This is the day that I have to confess my feelings to her. Kyle asking her out made me realize that it could happen again, and I can't lose a beautiful lady like her.

I saw her walking and I walked up to her. She immediately blushed and looked down when I came to her.

"Hey Leo!" She said quietly while smiling her gorgeous smile that can make anyone fall in love.

"H-hey (Y/N)!" I said.

Dang it, I stuttered.

"What do you need?" She asked, her bright and cheerful (E/C) eyes boring into mine.

"I wa-wanted to a-ask you this a lo-long time a-ago, but I've been s-so ner-nervous."

"Okay..." She nodded, signaling me to go on.

"Ilikeyoualotandwantedtoknowifyouwouldgoonadatewithme." I said really quickly.

She furrowed her eyebrows and looked at me confused. Oh how she looked so adorable.

"What? Say that slower Leo." She giggled.

Oh my gosh her laugh. I'm gonna explode just from her perfection.

"I like you a lot and wanted to know if you would go on a date with me?" I said slowly.

Thank goodness I didn't stutter again. That would've been embarrassing again.

"I'd love too Leo." She said softly. She smiled really brightly, which caused me to smile too.

I sighed in relief when she said yes. That means that she liked me and I was the reason why she declined Kyle.

"I'll pick you up tonight and wear something nice." I said.

She nodded and continued her walk to work. I smiled and walked back in my house to plan something for the date.

It was six o'clock and I have to get ready for the date. I want it to be special, so I'm going to dress extremely nice.

I rented a nice tuxedo with a black bow tie. (Y/N) once told me that she finds a guy in a bow tie more attractive than a guy in a tie.

I took a shower and changed into the tux. I have a pair of dress shoes from when Percy and Annabeth had their wedding.

I decided to leave the curls messy again because (Y/N) always compliments the messy hair.

I brushed my teeth and checked myself in the mirror to make sure I looked good.

I went downstairs and grabbed by car keys. I walked to (Y/N)'s house since it's only a few down from mine.

I knocked and she immediately opened the door smiling. I widened my eyes and my jaw dropped on how gorgeous she looked.

She was wearing a flowy white dress with gray striped and brown high heel ankle boots.

Her elegant (H/L) (H/C) hair was in a loose French Dutch braid with curled pieces coming out of it.

I immediately blushed and knew I was gong to stutter. I had to say something though so I wouldn't look like a creep.

"Y-you look ab-absolutely st-stunning." I said.

She blushed and smiled softly. She looked at her shoes and back up at me.

"Thanks. You look very handsome by the way." She mumbled.

"Shall we go now?" I asked.

"We shall."

We walked down the street to my car. I opened the car door for her and she got in. I got in and I started driving.

I decided to take her to dinner. After dinner, we would walk along the beach and watch the sunset.

As we were driving, there was an awkward silence between us. I knew (Y/N) was a shy person. I had the radio off because I didn't have a radio.

"Thank you Leo."

"For what?"

"For doing this. I'm glad you asked me on a date. I like you a lot." She said.

"It's my pleasure and I like you a lot too."

I parked in a parking spot and we got out and entered the building for dinner. When we entered, we were immediately consumed in the smell of delicious food.

"It smells so good..." (Y/N) whispered to me."

"I agree." I whispered back.

We were walking on the shore of the beach. I cracked a few jokes and (Y/N) was laughing at them. Her laugh was absolutely beautiful.

We walked in silence for a few moments until I felt something grab my hand.

I looked down and saw that (Y/N) intertwined our hands together. She's so beautiful.

We looked out into the calming ocean waters and saw the beautiful sunset. The sky was a little cloudy and it ranged between the colors of pink, orange, red, and purple.

In that moment, I realized how beautiful everything was. The view, life right now, all the moments to come in the future, and the gorgeous girl beside me.

We stopped on the sand and decided to sit down. When we were sitting, (Y/N) rested her head on my shoulder and intertwined our hands once again.

In that moment, I realized that this is exactly what happened in my dream, except more stuff was added.

I looked at her peaceful face and smiled. I didn't realize I was staring until (Y/N) lifted her head and smirked.

"A picture lasts longer." She whispered.

I realized how close we were. I tried to stop myself from kissing her, but I couldn't resist the urge.

I slowly closed my eyes and leaned down. My warm lips kissed her soft, cold lips.

She kissed back and I mentally did my happy dance. Everything I thought was now happening.

My dream, our first kiss, everything was perfect.

When I pulled away for air, I was blushing like crazy. My next words slipped out of my mouth.

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course you dork." She said with a small giggle.

I pouted and she pecked my lips. After that, she placed her head back on my shoulder and I laid my head on top of hers.

"I love you Leo." She whispered.

"I love you (Y/N)." I whispered back.

Maybe it isn't just me and my imagination.
