Racers
"And that's another win for the world champion, Rocket Racer!" An eager reporter exclaimed. "He may have had a bit of a stumble back in 1999 when a challenger managed to beat him in the grand prix, but now this old champion is back on top."
The top racer was basking in all the glory, signing autographs for his adoring fans and posing for photos. Nothing could get any better than this, especially now that Rocket didn't have any more rivals threatening his title of champion racer in all of Legokind. "Mr. Racer, uh. Is that even your real name or is it just a stage name you take on when racing?"
"Nah, it's real alright. Either that or the author doesn't have any more ideas for character surnames." Rocket joked, only to be hit by a random newspaper blowing onto his face. "Hey! Oh and call me Rocket, everyone does."
"Well, Rocket. What do you plan on doing now? You have been tearing up the track ever since you started out, are you concerned that any new racers might try to take your title again?" The reporter asked.
"Nah, I might take breaks from time to time but I'm gonna keep on winning until I fall apart!"
Speaking of breaks, a man dressed in a formal suit carrying a briefcase walked right up to Rocket. The racer immediately got excited, his very first sponsorship was just in reach. "That case is filled with cash, right? I love the thrill of racing but repairing my car over and over again is costing a lot lately." Rocket remarked.
"Oh it is! My name is George H. Plumpwell, I own a little milkshake place I call Sumo Shakes." He answered. "Would you like to star in one of my commercials? I could use the advertisement."
"Sumo Shakes huh? Weird name for a drink, guess it's like some kind of sport's shake?" Rocket Racer just shrugged it off, taking the hand of his sponsor and off to the commercial shoot. "Wait, before I go through with this I wanna taste these shakes."
"Ah of course, our samplers just came out of the freezer." George smiled as he got out seven different flavours of Sumo Shakes. "Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry-banana are of course a must, I also have mango, toasted coconut, mixed berry and matcha."
Rocket chose chocolate first, one can never go wrong with such a popular flavour. "Whoa, this is so creamy, like I'm swimming through an entire ocean made of melted ice cream mixed with full fat milk. Wait, that sounds really weird."
"I'm quite flattered, you should say that in the ad. Ready to shoot?"
"One sec, I wanna try out the coconut shake."
As Rocket downed his second sample shake, his belly was now poking out from under his racing jacket. Of course George and the crew didn't say a word as they watched the racer's gut grow. He then reached for the vanilla shake, before long he was guzzling down all the samplers. "Eh, we'll fix it in post." The editor said under his breath. "Now Rocket, just pose there with a Sumo Shake and really let your heart out about how much you love it."
"Oh it'll be a breeze!" Although it took the famous racer all of his might not to completely slurp down the cup he was holding. His jacket zipper was struggling to stay on as his belly was now the size of a basketball, just one more sip would be enough for it to pop right off. "If you need a good pick me up on a hot day, go for the Sumo Shakes! They're all natural and contain only the freshest milk and cream, available at the frozen dairy section of all local supermarkets!"
Once the cameras went off, Rocket could take it no longer. He chugged the Sumo Shake right down, with a loud PING, his zipper went flying off his jacket. "Aw man, and that was my favourite too."
"Oh don't worry about the jacket, we'll have it adjusted. Oh, in the meantime is it alright if you do a ranking of each flavour? And I also have some plans for more drinks on the market." George asked.
"Well alright, as long as I'm getting paid for-WHOA!! Five hundred dollars from one commercial?"
"For each, our sales have skyrocketed since your commercial went live, everyone from fellow racers to your fans are buying the shakes!"
This had to be too good to be true, but that didn't cross the plump racer's mind as he reached for another chocolate Sumo Shake. As the days went by it was all he would be drinking, and if he wasn't chugging down shakes he would be doing meet and greets while shooting more commercials. His weight doubled every week, with him needing a wider angle shot each time just to fit his massive belly on camera.
His butt was also a sight to behold, even with the stretchiest pair of pants his crack could still be seen from a mile away, sloshing and jiggling as he waddled. Some cameramen tried to film it only to be met with glares by George, of course he would keep slapping Rocket's butt whenever he got close enough to do so.
With his immense weight and especially his mighty belly, Rocket would need to have his car adjusted to fit him now. "I think I'll need me a new outfit too. The Rs on my shirt are stretching too much. How about something that really shows off what a fatty I became?" He purred, posing in front of a mirror.
The tailors all tried to hide their flustered faces as they measured such a bloated man, especially if it involved them getting stuck under some flab rolls or feeling his titanic gut. "How about a mawashi to go on over your outfit? You're as big as two sumo wrestlers combined." One suggested.
"Rocket Sumo huh? I dig it!" The racer smirked, jiggling his belly with his hands towards. "And I know you're digging my new form too~ Don't think I didn't notice you all staring and drooling at my sexy bod~"
He had no idea how much bigger he would get, especially now that his belly blocked the view to his feet. Just one step would make the ground shake, and whenever he bumps into anyone, they would immediately stare at his jiggling belly. Luckily all that weight didn't affect Rocket in the races, especially as other racers were starting to fatten up from Sumo Shakes alongside him.
As he was celebrating his return to the racing scene, George was meeting with a familiar figure. "I got a new idea for our next product, Slob Ice! A slushie that causes gas and makes the drinker very messy with their drinking habits."
"Oh I like the way you think, and I think my boss would too." She giggled. "Rocket is already as heavy as an actual spacecraft, soon he will become the new racetrack if he keeps this up."
"Not that he would mind, have anyone you want here for Sumotember?"
"Hmm, not yet. I may have better luck on my next trip."
